    I'm not one who would be comfortable in a commercial gym, but near the start of my fitness journey it was clear that I needed help, which Chad was able to provide. I saw Chad for personal training at his private facility where he provided effective coaching. He was able to teach me correct technique and taught me what I needed to move forward in my fitness journey. I've been able to take those skills home and now have much more effective workouts and continue to progress at a far greater pace than previously. I recommend SBC to anyone who needs a bit of guidance on their journey. I'm sure I'll be back in the future.

    My 14 year old son has been with Chad for the last 5 months and loves it, he goes twice a week and still looks forward to his workouts. I have joined in a few times as well and found the exercises challenging but I feel so good afterwards and I have gained the confidence that I needed. Chad is so friendly and is always at the door to great every student, he keeps you motivated throughout the sessions just when your brain tells you, you have no more Chad is there to make you push deep down and find the strength to finish your set. He is always there to critic your posture while doing each exercise to make sure you get the most from your exercises. If I could tick more than 5 stars I would 😊

    As a larger lady I was petrified of gyms. I came across SBC on Facebook, the page felt welcoming so I reached out to Chad. After our first consultation I felt so comfortable, supported & understood. I have only been with SBC for 2 months but it has been a life changer. I notice results so fast. Not just physical, but mentally & emotionally as well. Chad, Dianna & all the clients of SBC are so welcoming & lovely. I have never felt so accepted before. The trainers are with you every step of the way. They encourage, understand & support you through your entire journey. I can not recommend SBC enough. You definitely won’t be disappointed.

    I joined SBC training in September 2023 after extensive consideration on whether to try yet another gym or training centre after seeing the advertisements in my socials. The support from the moment I enquired to now three months in has been the best I have experienced yet. (I have been to my fair share of gyms, PT and group fitness classes) You are not just a number with Chad and the team you do not get missed if you fall off the bandwagon. The classes are small so you still get all the care, support and motivation during each workout as if you were in a PT session. Highly Recommend! 100 times over. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    After doing various types of training over the years, I feel the sessions and the atmosphere at SBC has been one of the best. Each session, Chad or Diana are there with a warm and friendly welcome, a high five and positive energy to help motivate and encourage you. There is a great emphasis on technique so after coming from HIIT type training, I feel like I’m now doing the correct technique while learning as I go and not getting any unnecessary injuries. The sessions are very well balanced and social Saturday’s are a great bonus and lots of fun. SBC is such a great place to train with awesome people and coaches that help keep it enjoyable and positive. I highly recommend SBC for anyone looking for somewhere safe, motivating and encouraging to train with lovely people!

    I started with SBC about a month ago and I can honestly say I am loving it ! Diana and Chad have helped me so much in such a short time making me more accountable and motivated to see results and I have started to see results within the first month ! I can honestly say SBC you can take all my money! I love the classes and the people I get to meet not to mention Chad and Diana two knowledgeable and amazing trainers who I am glad make me leave classes sore and looking like a tomato but feeling absolutely amazing !

    I can't say enough good things about my experience at SBC! The semi-private classes are fantastic, ensuring that everyone's needs are met. The coaches, Chad and Diana, go above and beyond, providing excellent support not only during workouts but also with nutrition guidance to support your goals. What sets this gym apart is the incredible sense of community. The dynamic and high-caliber clients make it easy to form lasting friendships. It's more than just a gym; it's a place where fitness and friendships flourish. Highly recommended!

    I joined SBC 4 weeks ago and am absolutely loving it! Starting exercise 6 weeks postpartum after a second c-section was scary, but Chad and his team have been absolutely amazing. There is structure to the workouts and the trainers spend time explaining each movement and continuously improve form. I am so grateful for the continuous support, guidance and motivation.     I’m 6 weeks new to SBC but have been to my fair share of gyms over the years. I was looking for a change and something to keep me focused through winter and was recommended to SBC by a friend. I have not been disappointed. Chad, as owner and trainer, and Diana as key trainer have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share so you can get the most out of your training. Even in the short time I have been at SBC I feel my technique and strength have improved. You always finish a session feeling that sense of achievement. It’s clear Chad and Diana care about their clients - you aren’t just another number. If you are starting out with fitness or feel comfortable at gyms - I definitely recommend giving SBC a try.     I’ve been coming to SBC for over a year now and have seen so much progress. Joining SBC has been the best decision ever. The coaches here give their 110% in every session, and their support extends beyond regular hours. Chad, in particular, has been instrumental in boosting my confidence and assisting me with my mental struggles. SBC is more than just a gym; it's a tight-knit community. It's the ideal place for those who prefer an alternative to commercial gyms as the semi private sessions are limited to a certain amount of people per class and the coaches are constantly paying attention to make sure no one hurts themselves. Love this little community 🫶🏼

    After many years of training in a variety of gyms, I just couldn’t find my groove and stay consistent long term. I have since joined the SBC team and found the trainers very accommodating, genuinely interested in my goals and aspirations towards my fitness success. The smaller community feel of the gym makes it a personal experience, enabling you to to know exactly who you’re training with and a chance to make new friendships. SBC gives you all the right tools and advice to achieve whatever your fitness aspirations are and have a successful fitness journey. Thanks for getting me back on track chasing my fitness goals.     I always found Chad to be very professional and he is happy to answer all questions to the best of his ability. He is extremely knowledgeable. The classes are run efficiently and will modify exercises according to you and your body.Chad regularly checks up to see if all is well. I would recommended SBC training to everyone. Excellent programs available.

    I discovered SBC in October 2023. I have already achieved some great results already in this short time. I have a big goal to achieve and confident I will reach this in 2024 under the guidance of Chad and the team. Small group classes which feel more like a PT session with particular attention to ensure you perform the correct technique to avoid injury and achieve optimum results. Each session has a dedicated weight session with a program that sees you increase weight each week. The whole team is encouraging and supportive assisting you to achieve your goals. The support doesn’t end outside the gym either with continued accountability, nutrition, mindset programs and seminars that provide a holistic approach to losing weight in a maintainable fashion. SBC is a wonderful community of likeminded individuals who want to improve their quality of life in health and fitness. I would highly recommend SBC to anyone at any level of fitness.

    SBC Training has been more than just a gym, it's a community of people committed to reaching their goals, working toward the daily change. My time in the gym has become the favorite staple to my week, improving my mental health, mindset and response to stress. Not only am I becoming stronger, I have significantly improved my fitness and endurance and worked through many fears. Chad and Diana are awesome, they understand how to motivate and push that little bit beyond what you thought you could give. I love my gym community and am thankful that Chad and Diana are there every step of the way.

    SBC in Yarrabilba is a hidden gem in the fitness world. After struggling to find my place in intimidating commercial gyms, I stumbled upon this haven. Chad, the head coach, and Diana, the amazing trainer, have transformed my fitness journey. Their professionalism and unwavering support are truly exceptional. In just over a year, I've achieved results I never thought possible. SBC's semi-private studio provides the perfect atmosphere - it's not overcrowded, and the focus is on personal growth. Chad's expertise is evident in every session, and Diana's encouragement keeps me motivated. If you're tired of the impersonal commercial gym experience, SBC is a refreshing change. Five stars are not enough for this incredible fitness sanctuary.

    This place is great if you're anything like me who is intimidated by commercial gyms and classes with huge numbers. Chad & Diana are great trainers, nothing is rushed, no question left unanswered and it's clear that teaching proper technique and safety is very important here. The group classes are small and very welcoming & no two classes are the same so it doesn't get repetitive. Over all its a lovely environment to train in, which has definitely helped me with getting up and actually going to the gym in a morning!

    **Highly recommend ** I was nervous in joining at first but the team made it’s easier to navigate and were absolute amazing. I have been apart of the SBC crew for few months now and honestly can say that the experience has been fantastic , Chad is great at what he does and very helpful. I wouldn’t be where I am today if I didn’t have the support from Chad and the SBC crew. He is an absolute legend. Thank you Chad for being a great trainer, person and motivator.

    I have completed nearly 6 months with SBC and it has been my favourite gym experience to date. The semi private classes allow for more attention from the coaches. I have really worked on my form over the course often time and feel stronger than ever and more confident in a weight lifting environment. And the programming it’s self is awesome. You are hitting everything in easy to follow daily programs. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

    My 14yr old son Levi has been with SBC training for the last 12 weeks and what an improvement my son has made. Chad and Diana have catered to Levi’s goals and injury he sustained. Levi’s confidence has improved so much and his physique is very noticeable, which he loves. I can’t thank both trainers enough for helping him through his injury and maintaining his strength and conditioning. Highly recommend SBC training, the programs, nutrition and the support that Levi received during his training is amazing. Great work Coaches 👍

    Getting myself back into shape both physically and mentally was very daunting and scary to me. I did use it as an excuse for a while but meeting Chad and the lovely teams within SBC has really changed my approach. I enjoy every session be it good or bad, I love the atmosphere it offers being smaller and more intimate, there is no silly question and both Chad and Diana are there to help every step and every movement. I can't wait to see what I can achieve during this journey

    When I started with SBC training 2 months ago I was a little nervous, but after meeting trainers Chad and Diana I immediately was made to feel at home and part of a great fitness group. These guys have an immense knowledge in their field. Such a flexible schedule of training options for all shapes and sizes, with small semi private sessions. I cant recommend SBC enough, I've already suggested it to my family and friends and will continue to .If you aren't wanting to sign up for a big gym , then this is the place for you. Hands down 10/10 .
