A fantastic park and beautiful reserve, with a great 5km running track (Park Run) and kangaroos within. The children’s playground is equipped with climbing ropes, a tower, slides and a few swings. Dogs are allowed in the reserve on leash and there’s a circular round trip path to walk them on. Plenty of parking and toilet facilities near the car park.

The park is a hidden gem in the forest. Feels really remote but not only half hour drive away from Brisbane. It got everything you needed from a park, playground, lake, bike track, basketball court, animals… One the way back through Middle Road, you would find different graffiti on the post

Nice place for kids and family. Sand park for kids . Two BBQs if you are planning a trip with family. A beautiful lake and you will find kangroos roaming around. Decent parking spot for ~15 cars. Beautiful location to chill out.

A great little reserve with plenty of wildlife to see. There's a track that goes around the lake, takes around 30 minutes to do the circuit. Keep your eyes out for kangaroos.

Nice local park good facilities with a toilet block kids loved it. Pretty quiet as only locals go to. There is a good bike trail / walking track going around the reserve

Lovely family friendly park. Playground/bbq and under cover seating..car spaces. Lovely walking path, gym equipment . You will most likely see the beautiful kangaroos the laze about. I noticed dogs are allowed on leash only. Definitely wouldn't want to frighten the wildlife with dogs running unleashed. But the last 2 days whilst walking my pup I have seen multiple families arrive with dogs unleashed? My concern is a roof getting attacked.. There is no one monitoring this valid rule of leashed dogs only... There are older style toilets, with such a lovely park a renovated toilet would be perfect.. Also noticed they have showers in toilets but these have been locked? Are they unlocked ever? It's a handy feature to have a public shower .

This is a hidden gem of a park. BBQs, shelters, clean toilets, a 2.5k running loop, playground, fit park and ninja gym. Thenrun/walk loop includes a cute pond where people have been seen fishing. Great spot for families- we've almost always been alone when we've come here.
