Finally decent burgers in this area. The price was better than we thought it would be after reading other reviews. $55 for 2 largish burgers, 2 thick shakes and large loaded fries. Considering I've been to burger places for 50$ for 2 burgers and that's it nothing else. The pattysmiths double was perfectly cooked. Soft patty and not charcoal on the outside, the bun was not trash quality and stayed together the whole time. Good presentation comes neatly wrapped up in a nice solid box. The meat itself was seasoned really well and broke apart in your mouth perfectly not like you had to rip it apart. As for the complaint "there was oil in the box"...... Yea it's a burger place? What did you expect it to be bone dry? Because it wasn't this burger was juicy and dripping with flavour. In my opinion better than 5 Boroughs and miles ahead of getta burger. If the quality stays like this I'll become a solid regular customer.

They charge you $0.02 surcharge everyday on eftpos transaction. They don't even tell you they just rip you off. I ordered chicken wings from here once and the wings still had hair on it. I just don't think it's right to charge everyone 2cents for goods and services we are already paying for

What the sign shows and what you get are two different things, compare the chocolate dip on screen filled to the brim, what you get is a dollop, if that. Burger on screen sauce oozing over the chichen on the sign, the double deluxe spicy chicken, what you get a small dollop of sauce under the top bun. Waited 38 minutes for it also only one person before us and five people after us got theirs first. Don't dine in your dessert will be brought out at the same time as your burger, cold churros and hard chocolate sauce by the time you get to it.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE- UPDATE ON CHIPS. We had dinner at this restaurant on Tuesday 11th April and it was quiet after Easter weekend. I ordered the cheese burger and my partner the chicken wings with chips. I'm pleased to say the meal was superb in taste and freshness. Also the chips were just perfect and a credit to the owner who was on duty. So take it on board you are doing it great.

Great burgers. I asked for extra sauce and they were happy to give it to me. They're more expensive than other places, but their burgers and churros are like nowhere else!

The overall experience was average. It's the first time we've tried it, and I can say I won't be back without any improvements. Partner ordered burgers for us on special for $10 each (usually $10-$17) and their $1 icecream. Service was ok, to start with. The icecream was a great serving size however, very icy and had a weird taste, almost like cream cheese, not to my liking at all, I wanted to chuck it in the bin. My partners burger was fine however mine was cold so I mentioned to the staff that it was cold and the poor cashier didn't know what to do. The chef came over and felt the burger with his finger, told me to throw it in the bin and he'd make me a new one. The chef brought out the new burger and I was super grateful, especially as it was hot. However, the inside of the burger buns were burnt, which all I could taste was charcol. Quality control and customer service training are something for them to keep in mind, perhaps it was just a bad night. Otherwise, the flavours of the burger were great.

Surprised of the lower review score. This is a solid burger joint. Well cooked, great flavour and not too greasy. Hit the spot! Onion rings are a winner too, and our friendly server also gave my partner and I free churro bites. Absolute lad. Definitely recommend and I will be back again.

Discovered Pattysmith few weeks ago in Browns Plains, i was excited to see one near my house. What a disappointment, the Browns Plains one has better chips by far. Chicken tasted like old oil reused several times!

Had chips, a beef burger and a chicken coleslaw burger for $31 dollars with the 10 dollar Tues special. Have to say, not very enthusiastic about the beef burger since it tasted like a whopper fresh from HJs. The chicken coleslaw, on the otherhand, was much more appetising. Chicken and coleslaw was crunchy and juicy, a solid 3.5/5 for that. The fries were great. It was crispy and had great potato consistency inside. It wasn't salted well but the Mayo on the side I got worked well with it. The aesthetic of the place was well presented and clean. Service wasn't nothing to write home about. Overall, it's decent but very overpriced for what they actually offer; I paid 31-33 dollars. Maybe it was just a bad day, but consistency shouldn't even be an issue at all with making burgers. Definitely not premium burgers, but chicken burgers are better than any fast food ones.

I have ordered from Pattysmiths multiple times and every time they never fail to disappoint. They used to have a wider range of Vegan options for the burgers which seemed to have been taken out (at least on delivery apps) which is a shame but the ones left are still just as great. Chips are really crispy all the time and salted just enough and they provide heaps of them in the large boxes compared to the large onion rings. All in all great Vegan burgers and would highly recommend :)

Very good service and having a huge variety of burgers and many more things. Staff members having a very good nature here I would like to mention Mr sudesh which is the owner of this shop recommend a veg burger which is too good it’s my first experience to visit the shop now I am pretty sure that I will come one’s in a week Thanks

spent $50+ on two burger meals, double pattysmith and spicy chicken, both were burn and tasted horrible. the pattysmith had the front half covered in BBQ sauce and the back half in relish, wasn't sure if that is how it is meant to come but wouldn't recommend. asked about the Thursday promotion of free upgrade to the milkshake, was completely ignored and was charged for it. the only positive thing about these meals were the chips (5 stars) but not worth the $50+ price tag. i recommend you save your money and go else where.

Came here after work with a mate, and when we ordered got served by Sudesh who’s such an amazing guy. Funny, kind and super chill. Food is to die for too. I have to come here more often, thanks Sudesh 🙏🏻.
