Fast, effiecient, coffe was hot and made perfect. Food was delish.

Once you find the Drive Through (it's located on the far side of the Fuel Station), takeaway is a breeze..

Coffee is good but service is not great. I know it can get busy but In store service, always a long wait without acknowledgement you’re even there.

Called in for a much needed coffee fix. Ordered a triple shot ice coffee and hummus ciabata which is now my new fav! The girl who served me was very bubbly, polite and happy. Being in hospo myself I would Hire her! Well done girl 👏

New Columbian coffee ☕️ blend , for me to bitter ! I wouldn't get this one again. Friendly staff , For that I give a 10 / 10 The Cappuccino today only a 1 /10 .

Pretty standard Zarraffas. Always a huge drive thru queue that snakes through the service station and around the corner. They're often very busy inside, and the sound of the bean grinders is very typical of a busy cafe, but kills the ambience. The drive thru has a cashier window and a collection window... i've never seen the cashier window open... instead all transactions go through the last window. Not sure if that makes things more or less efficient, but most zarraffas I've been to utilise both windows during peak times. Fusion drinks taste a little icey/watered down and not as rich as some of the other Zarraffas sites i've been to. They upsell their premium beans, however don't take up too much time trying to upsell anything else (upsizing, food, extra shots/flavours) which is really nice. Food is served hot and not burnt.

Drive through line is always full and out past the service station entry, only seem to have one window open during peak times causing delay in the flow of traffic. Inside isn't much better, wait time is around 7-15mins for your order due to the line up. They appear to have enough staff on service inside but the flow has dropped significantly causing longer than normal wait times.

For the benefit of the doubt,as it was pretty busy, I waited 20mins for my order,went back to the counter and asked how long it'll be and they asked for the order only to be told sorry we will have to take that again as we lost your order....how do you lose an order that's all done on a computer and not paper???

Service was slow as per usual, every time I come here it's slow even if it's not busy and today it wasn't busy at all. After I was served 2 lady's stood there chatting for 5mins instead of making the simple iced mocha(seriously talk and make it, I don't care if people chat)I wouldn't mind if the food and drink was good but it just wasn't. The pear and raspberry bread was so stale that it had dried out, no moisture to it at all. My iced mocha was good though. Consistently let down by this store. The dining room was very clean though

The quality of the coffee is incredibly inconsistent. The wait times are ridiculous. The milk is heated to a thousand degrees multiple times. The premium bean is revolting. They first try and upsell you, when you decline they give it to you anyway.

The staff at Zarraffa's are friendly & always get my orders right I've had no issues with there's service every time i go back I'm greeted with a smile all the time. Thank you to all the staff at Zarraffa Coffee keep the good work up🙂👍

I shop exclusively at Zarraffas Bethania or Browns Plains. Really like the coffee and I use the same beans and syrup in my machine at home. Always friendly staff. Can't comment on the food but the coffee is fantastic.

I am an avid lover of zarrafas coffee, but I just had my first sip of their tea and I am unsure I will be able to taste any more of it as I just had serious burning of my mouth from how hot the tea was made! This zaraffas does beautiful coffee and good service but seriously please be careful of temp of tea. I have never had such hot tea before!

Usually the experience here is amazing, but this time we had cold grande cappuccino coffees, and both open clubs were stone cold and the bread was still soft like it wasn’t even toasted. Honestly the biggest let down we have ever experienced here. Probably won’t be back. What a let down to start my day. Luckily my air fryer cooked what you couldn’t.

We go here several times a week for coffee and The team are always so lovely and friendly no matter how busy. Will drive past other Zarraffas as this coffee and service is always consistently great. Love your work.

Just got the eggs beneath bagal it was nice & hot but so dry no hollandaise sauce any where!!!
