Extremely disappointed with the service booked a table for 8, 10 hours in advance and yet when we turned up 10 minutes early to our reservation our table was given away. Rashays redbank and Redcliffe offer way better service and food. The next day my mates went and ordered some pizza and it was of shocking quality pictures are attached below. Disappointing food and service 👍

We visited for breakfast on fathers Day. We never booked, but I managed a table for 3. Good to note, they do have a groupon offer available when we visited, although it was valid for fathers day. Service was polite, fast and friendly. Food & drink arrived quickly.

No one came to take our order, so we went to the counter to order our meal. Then, when our meal arrived, hubby had his meal placed in front of him, but the male server refused to put mine in front of me. I had to move my plate from the middle of the table to in front of me. This made me feel that because I'm not of their religion, I wasn't worthy of being served correctly. We opted to try this restaurant purely for the food, but due to feeling disrespected, we will not be back. We had contemplated returning for breakfast, but due to there being no bacon on the menu and our treatment, there is no way we will be back.

A bit average here. Not the best atmosphere as the place was a mess. Seemed understaffed and staff not concentrating on customers. Food was okay but not worth the price

The service was quite slow on the Saturday that we went there for my sister's birthday celebration. There were no other large tables of patrons. Buffalo wings were great. Crepe and Pasta dishes were delicious. The chips were yummy, however the lunch menu selections were limited or reduced unfortunately. $6.95 for two pieces of garlic bread was also a bit disappointing.

I went for the grand opening, the management team was great. The food came out very fast. Everything looked great and tasted better. A great optio for any family in the south Brisbane area and especially Muslim Families seeking halal options. Very broad menu that has something for everyone.

Really delicious meal, the atmosphere was nice personally I feel it is a bit over priced. Food and drink portions were big sizes though. Also the service was lovely and very helpful. Would eat here again but only on a special occasion. Edit: went back a second time the guy told use to sit down and that he would be right there with some menus we waited 15 minutes and in that time another couple arrived got seen by a waiter 3 times. So we left and will definitely not be back

Not even worth 1 star. We sat and waited. We were handed dirty menus. Eventually our orders were taken. 2 x Starters, 4 x meals, 4 x drinks. We got 1 drink and it was wrong. After half an hour another waitress asked if we had placed our orders. They had not been put through to the kitchen. No drinks, no food, a surly waitress who clearly does not like people or her job. We left and we won't ever be back.

Nice place for quick dinner with affordable price. Thin pizza base with topping and cheese is pretty good. Creamy prawn pasta and creamy mushroom pasta are both very nice, kids love them. It’s a new restaurant and looks like waitress/waiter not familiar with menu. Overall, we will return for pasta.

We visited here on a Sunday night (apparently kids eat free on Sunday) The food was ok we ordered the beef ribs, lasagne, double Angus burger, cheese pizza and tried a few of the deserts. The beef ribs came out quickly but unfortunately went cold not long after which was odd. The fat had already dried up which was disgusting (should’ve taken photo) Everything else was delicious, definitely recommend their pizza. We noticed their menu is quite different from all the other Rashays as there was a lot of missing items. Great atmosphere with plenty of seating booths, tables. Great customer service. Car parking was a breeze at night plenty of spots. 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Order Big Brekkie for breakfast . When the waiter brings out to our table. It looks smaller than the picture advertising. Cost more than what my daughter and son ordered. $ 24.95. The Mushrooms were salty . I wouldn't recommend it . Overall I wouldn't order again.

Had dinner with my partner tonight, food was better than Redbank Rashays, staff were friendly. I just want to thank the kind gentleman that paid for me and my partners dinner. You know who you are and we thank you for making our day. I pray blessings upon you and your family. An experience I would never forget.

Great food, but need to be up front that they don't serve alcohol, despite it being heavily featured in menus and on-site advertising.

Definitely will not be ordering again. Orders got messed up, and we specifically said no certain ingredients and waiter wrote what we asked. Chef messed up the orders and we returned it to be changed and recieved severely uncooked chicken that was burnt on the outside the second time. We returned the raw chicken and got loads of attitude from the chef so we didn’t reorder a third time. We got charged serivce fee for the worst service I have received in our life. Chefs tried to blame the kind waiter who took our order correctly when the problem was on their part.

Went the evening of 18/10/23 this week for a family birthday and old mate on the floor that night’s service was impeccable 👌🏽 Explained the ordering process, offered to keep our birthday cake in the fridge and was attentive all night even went the extra step and brought the birthday cake out while singing with enthusiasm 🥳 Cheesey garlic bread was nice along with the Creamy Chicken Fettuccine and the strawberry lemonade was AMAZING 🤩 Great service all around and will definitely be returning ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
