We needed lunch and I felt like a burger. Spotted the sign and decided to try, thank goodness we did! Awesome tasting "M K Burger" and chips had a lovely flavouring. If ever we need a feed when in the area again, we will go there immediately! Highly recommended!

We had to wait 45 minutes to receive our food. Several other tables were getting restless about the excessive wait time. No matter what was happening in the kitchen, what we have here is a failure to communicate. If we had been told there would be a long wait, we would have been fine with that. Maybe we'd have gone elsewhere. It's hard not to feel disrespected as a customer. Sadly, when the burgers did arrive, the patties were a bit overcooked. The fries were very good, though.

The burgers we ordered were juicy and full of flavour. French fries was lukewarm. Next time will dine in for feed and try their cocktails/milkshakes.

Ask my newly 18-year-old Kids where they wanted to go for dinner to celebrate Miss Kay was the answer. It was good as it has been on previous visits, had some fun with the bartender, as we made sure to let him know that they had just turned 18. Sadly, some of the neon lighting that we had enjoyed taking photos in front of previously has died, so we resorted to some table selfies.

Did a dine in. Really used to love the place, but now the I guess the standards have dropped down. Ordered Token veg Burger and fries. The burger was alright but oily and the fries were luke warm and too salty. The kitchen was closing so didnot bother bringing this to the staff's attention. I did request for little extra sauce for the fries, hence there a little lot of extra sauce on the fries.

Food was fantastic! So was the drink! I came in about 330pm which I recommend if you like the quiet time. Will definitely be back!

First time coming here. 100% recommend. Affordable and well beyond worth every dollar! I got the Mac Daddy burger who ever thought Mac&cheese belonged in a burger is just genius! Will definitely be back for sure..

Food is always grate eat here at least once a fortnight the people that serve you are so friendly and always happy to have a chat and the chief always gets the food correct and is of course delicious 🤤 I’d give them a 7 star if I could

I’ve passed Miss Kay’s time and time again, so after 1 hot Friday arvo I decided to give it a shot (and after seeing some amazing TikTok promos). Food was amazing! Pulled pork melted in my mouth and the cider on tap was cold and crisp 👌🏻 Overall, the experience was great! Will be going again

We got takeaway burgers at lunch and besides the line being a pretty busy and it seeming a while to get through a single person service was great. Additionally our burgers could have used a tiny bit more sauce but otherwise they were wholesome and super tasty! Ambience was good too. Drinks are reasonably priced, was lots of seating as well. The burgers were overall awesome - make sure you visit!

Called 3 times before 7 pm to order food. No one answered. I then drove down to order in store, getting there at 7:20 pm only for the waitress to tell me they are closed because "the table currently seated has been the only table for a while". Meanwhile, their website says closed at 8 pm.. Poor form.

Super welcoming staff! The food is delicious and very filling. The manager was amazing and helped us quickly and without a fuss when we had a problem. We had a wonderful night!

The burgers were good. No cutlery so you won't be eating like a lady if it's a date! Fries were good. You can sit inside or out. There is a competition to eat a meal. Seemed to be a good place to come if you are a mum, with babies as they have high chairs, booths (handy for feeding privately) and there were several that come while we were there. Very quiet at lunch time. So might be good if you had a small group as seating wouldn't be too much of a problem. Atmosphere, music was playing, but you can still have a conversation. (Would totally suit 50s music better). Overall it was great food, just not ideal for a date.

The tables and floor was sticky and not cleaned. Our friends ordered drinks 20 minutes after us online and they got their drinks before us when we ordered over the counter. We ordered 2 Caesar salads, but we got told afterwards that there was only enough for one when they brought it out to us. Offered us a replacement meal but had to pay extra for the meal. Seats are hard and uncomfortable. Women’s toilets needs a refurbished. Took 30 minutes to get our drinks out.

My family don’t often get take out and haven’t had Miss Kay’s in over a year. I have fond memories of Miss Kay’s, but can honestly say after tonight’s experience we won’t be back. My husband and I both ordered a Get Cluck’s burger - horrible. The chicken tasted foul and I actually removed the chicken and ate the burger without it! Praying we don’t get sick from it! The chips were also pretty ordinary. Overall a very disappointing experience for the amount of money paid.

Thanks to the wonderful stuff and the amazing management (Lito) for making a not so special birthday very special and memorable for all the family. We only come to this restaurant specially for the staff so thank you for the amazing service always.

Had new chick burger that has crispy fried chicken. Was good, fresh and tasted nice. Fries too were good.

Our first time coming here and I will definitely be back. To have a burger that looks just as good on the poster than it does in real life is so rare but this place delivered time and time again. With the vibe, the spacious seating, toilets available and top tier food I was so impressed by it all. This place is my new obsession.

Everytime I go it's perfect! I attempted the Miss Kay's burger challenge on the 19th of Jan 2024 with my two closest friends and we almost died. It was amazing. 10/10 would recommend this store. The supra meeting outside was super cool too.
