Walked in and served immediately, had a toasted chicken, cheese and avo ciabata was delicious and not overly greasy Coffee is perfect temp and not burnt tasting. Friendly staff up for a morning laugh.

Very surprised as this chain isn't, in this hot country, selling cold drinks of any kind. Only coffee and coffee products. All other cafes are selling a variety of drinks and it's a great necessity in the heat.

Food is all of the rack offerings. It’s ok, but it’s not freshly made. The music in the store is way too loud. Forget about coming here for a quiet coffee. It’s like trying to relax in a factory. Staff were screaming and banging about, the music was overwhelming.

Hands down the best Zarraffas you could go to. The staff are always very friendly and greet you with a smile. It is a great atmosphere and you can see they work very well as a team. Food always comes out super quickly and they become proactive and send an extra person out to take orders from the cars when lines get bigger on weekends unlike other Zarraffas which just make you wait ages.

Raised their prices again. I was a loyal customer but now it's $6 for their smallest coffee... ridiculous.

By far the worst Zarraffas ever, I will say they are consistent, by that I mean they consistently have the longest waits followed by the worst customer service and if that wasn't bad enough the coffee is always bad... like how???

I drive through Eagleby Zaraffa's for coffee 4x a week, although there is always a line up... its always moving especially eary mornings I have never waited longer than 10-12min the staff smash it, & always smiling & happy... this can't be said for others!!

Went in for a coffee this morning and was greeted by Nathan. He was so happy and his smile and upbeat attitude was contagious. His customer service skills were superb and he most definitely brightened my morning. Definitely a valuable worker for this store.

Staff is always friendly & helpful, breaky roll was delish & coffee extra hot as ordered always. Always clean. Always thinking I'm just going to have a coffee but always enticed with food in cabinet love it. Custard tart yum 😋
