Update: Don't bother putting feed back in, they ask you to contact them and give you a reference number but never actually get back to you. They know this place is a dive!!! 0 stars if I could. Made a table booking for 19 people only to arrive and have the staff not be able to find the booking - they had booked for the next day and so had to be seated in two separate tables. Was a combined birthday for a 10 and 12 year old. The pizza was cold and hard that even the kids couldn't eat it. There was some type of mould above the desert/salad bar which made us avoid that general area. The toilet floors were covered in water and absolutely disgusting. The food has no labels so you have no idea what you're eating (or forcing what's half edible). The staff weren't rude but they weren't friendly and I witness one staff member putting her ungloved hands into the jelly. There was dirty spoons under the tables and the place was just dirty looking in general. Extremely disappointed in what was meant to be a fun celebration, instead we were shocked how disgusting of an establishment this was, two birthdays ruined. Avoid this restaurant at all costs! I will never be going to any Pizza Hut ever again

We had the all you can eat, they can make whatever you order on their menu. They made a creamy garlic prawn, where the prawn is literally on top of pizza which made me sus, bit on it - alas, its raw. All the pizzas are either too bland, too sour, too salty. No labels, inconsistency on purée, dirty utensils, mushy pasta. Nothing is right. Front waitress looks like she can’t wait for the day to end :)

The topping on the pizza was sparce, bits missing all over. I called the store, the manager was rude and inhospitable. I asked for a refund on the 1 pizza that I was not happy with and he offered to make a fresh one the next day when I brought the inadequate pizza back. I was not able to drive back to the shop to return the pizza tonight as I'm already at the hospital visiting my dad for game night. After I said that was not good enough he then said to bringing it in and he will decide on how much of a refund I will get on the pizza. I advised him I want the whole amount for that pizza!! he was not understanding and talking to me in a condescending tone so I put my father on the phone to which Ashok replied in a raised voice " why am I now dealing with you". I usually purchase at dominos and decided to change it up and get my pizza from PIzza Hut. I can safely say I will NOT be returning.

Surprisingly good experience considering the reviews. Staff were friendly and helpful, there was a good amount and mix of pizzas available and the price was very reasonable. Restaurant could be cleaner and there isn't the range there used to be but overall still a good buffet. Long live eat-in Pizza Hut.

Food was pretty standard fare for Pizza Hut. Plenty of selections for pizza and it was hot and tasty. Fresh supply of pizzas was kept topped up. Not so good was the cleanliness of the store. Agree with the other reviews, this place is a dive. Plates were filthy, food stains left from the previous use. You know you need to wash them right? No napkins provided, I had to clear out the stash next to the register for my table of 4. The cutlery we were given was in a filthy container. Staff were friendly, but I watched them all walk past the food mess on the floor next to us. We were there 45 mins and can confirm mess is still on the floor.

It was completely and utterly decided and amazing. Was pretty clean, and most food tasted amazing. Would come again and highly recommend.

Delicious food and helpful friendly staff. We dined the buffet as a family of 3 and really enjoyed the variety and value for money. We got in before the big 6pm rush, the queue was out the door! Everything looked as clean as you could reasonably manage considering it's a buffet. Definitely recommend trying it out, shame these are not commonplace anymore.

Pizza was dispointing and limited, plates and cutlery were all dirty Haven't been since the 90s decided to bring my kids for the first time, serverly disappointed 😔 Definitely wont be back! And will make sure I tell friends and family to avoid also. Over $100 down the drain and i would like to be refunded! For a restaurant that's vintage and rare would expect alot better. Avoid at all costs

Toilets need a good clean. If I knew how to add photos I would. After exiting bathroom my shoes were sticking to the floor. So I've walked out with whatever was on my shoes into the eating area. Absolutely disgusting. Also a lot of the booth seats need to be recovered, most have large rips and the foam is exposed. Added the photos I took but photos don't look the same as seeing it in person.

Even during lunch time, there were various pizza menus and two kinds of pasta. The store is big and old, but it looks suitable for children's birthday parties. The salad bar was fresh and varied. If you want to eat pizza full at a low price of $19 per person, then go!

Love this pizza Hut restaurant. Only one around. I enjoyed the food fresh pizza all the time salad bar, dessert yummy, all you can eat ,my children love it. Plenty of room, wasn't packed with people. Friendly staff. Nothing bad to say. Price is adorable$. I paid $60 for 3 adults 2 children ALL YOU CAN EAT.

Came in for dinner tonight was extremely disappointed lack of pizzas, there was a line up waiting, low on all salad condiments, no jelly in the desert section. You pay a hefty price for dinner ($56) for to adults and not get the quality. The young lady on the register needs to be more kind spoken to paying customers. Smile and be welcoming. Hope to get a better service as a regular customer, Very dissatisfying.

Not the best experience at this store. Food was average, not a great selection at all. The service was poor, no one smiling and took over an hour to get our table water after we asked for the second time and the store was quiet. All crockery and cutlery was dirty. Tables were dirty along with the wall tiles, pieces of edging on the tables were falling off and toilets were disgusting also. Not a way to recreate fun childhood memories with family/friends. Only positive thing was the chocolate mousse and brownies.

A step back in time to the 90's a great experience. Not a huge range of salads and pizza but it was a quiet Monday morning. The atmosphere and retro style brought back fond memories.

After arriving and entering the business as it was too hot outside for a couple of young children thinking it would be cooler inside it turned out no better. No A/C just a stuffy place. To clear up the entrance as there was 5 adults with a double pram and a 6 year we went and found a table. Not long after trying to sort out sitting arrangements with the pram a work approached and told us that we had to pay up front. No problems but a bit strange. When I went to the front to pay for the meal I was told that there was 25%, surcharge because of Sunday trading which a bit of a shock but if it wasn't for the fact that it was the arranged meeting place to pick up my 6 year grandchild after not see her for 6 mths.If it wasn't also the fact she loves pizza we would have walked out. We stayed for the meal, big mistake, no A/C, choice of only 3 types of pizza and also the demand to pay for drinks when paying for the meals. I told the staff member as soon as we know who wants what I will came back to pay. The pizzas were of no great standard. After paying $150 for 5 adults and 1 5 yr old and having poor food with no A/C we left with the same idea of never to return. What a shame the place was once the best around.

Ordered online. Asked for extra sauce and cheese and paid for it. Received no sauce on the pizza and minimal cheese. Also why is there a Sunday surcharge. Pizza hut is going down hill
