The guy packing was chucking the food after packing, and after they dropped on floor in there packages he’d just pick it up and put it in casing, Expecially the garlic bread and the lava cake. This is how my lava cake came out after him chucking it around (image attached)

Asked them via delivery instructions if they could write ‘Happy Valentine’s Day’ on the inside of pizza box and they pulled through. Awesome customer service. Very polite, and pizza was delicious.

I visited thrice this shop and all the time same bad experience. I always asked to cut with clean cutter but the guy who always do cutting of pizza ignore the request. Instead, he always make annoying faces. Moreover, other customers were also discussing this thing. Feedback- If you hire teen-agers then firstly provide them training on basic customer services because they don't learn manners at home. I strongly discourage others to visit this shop.

Had my order wrong when I got home after picking up simply rang the store asked for it to be rectified and they delivered new order no questions asked , 10/10 for service ,

Awful. My pizza literally looked like it had been dropped on the floor then scooped into the box, asked for garnish sauce didn’t get any, asked for no tomatoes; it was covered in tomatoes… base was burnt and tough to eat, no seasoning. Third order from here and never had a good experience much rather drive out of my way to go to the flagstone dominoes and the “extended delivery fee” is a joke, we live 8minutes from the store. Never again would not recommend this store to anyone

Consistently good pizzas from here, make better ones than a few of the other local branches. Staff always pleasant, they seem happy enough!

I have had pizzas from your Jimboomba store a few times and they have been great. I would like to particularly commend a young man called Lincoln who works there. he is competent, has lovely manners, and it was refreshing to see such a polite young man working on customer service. I have ordered from Domino's Jimboomba a few times and have never had a better pizza experience!! The picture is always picture perfect like it could be advertised!!! Comes delivered fresh and piping hot. Fast service. Could not fault it!! Keep it up!
