Food was really good. They did get our order wrong but I think they were having an off night with service however I can tell it wasn't there usual standard. Order being wrong was a happy mistake for me as my fave flavour was one we didnt order. Was good to just try new things. Atmosphere was lacking because the gas heaters had run out of gas and was cold. But music was good and they have a projector that has the lyrics playing in the wall inside which was a nice touch!! All in all definitely giving these guys another go soon!! Would recommend going and giving them a shot.

Wide selection of flavours for the fried chicken, although some of them were on the dry side and wasn't as succulent. My favorite was the honey mustard flavor, others were hit and miss. Overall, it was a flavorful experience with potential for improvement.

Greeted with friendly service, funky atmosphere and delicious food. We started with a refreshing drink each which took me back to the classic childhood spiders, lemonade topped with ice cream. We wanted to try a bit of everything and thought the sides package would be great alongside the chicken. Loved the Ferris wheel concept and the variety of choice. We got 5 different wing flavours to try which were all pretty good, our favourites being the honey mustard, garlic cheese and honey soy. The boneless chicken was our favourite with thick pieces of chicken thigh coated in a crispy fried breading and lathered in rich sauce. I thought the prices were great especially the $24.9 all you can eat wings with sides and ice tea included. Lovely staff and great service. Would recommend.

We ordered two bowls of rice, a medium fried chicken, and two small snacks. The overall portion was sufficient, and the drinks were surprisingly delicious. I will come again. By the way, I appreciate the dining environment here. Tables, floors and chairs are clean. This is a very thoughtful restaurant.

I appreciated the fast service and the clean environment at this restaurant. However, I was not impressed by the quality of the food. The chicken was soggy and not crispy, but some pieces had too much seasoning that overpowered the natural flavour. The spicy chicken was mild and bland. The iced tea was too sweet and strong for my liking. I give this place three stars for the reasonable price and the efficient staff, but the food was mediocre at best.

The fried chicken was pretty nice especially the soy and spicy flavour. Make sure you have a big appetite if you get the all you can eat deal. The workers were really nice.

Love love love! We had the all you can eat and tried all 13 flavours, it was great turn around with all you can eat chips and rice along with homemade ice tea! Easy to recommend to others. Only major let down was the amenities, whilst this isn’t the restaurant multiple share the area, they were foul smell and messy

"You either chicken out or you wing it!" It all started with a giveaway from @amexquisites for an all you can eat experience for two at @bufwin What a meal we had! We tried an assortment of flavours; Original Chicken Salt, Korean Sweet & Spicy, Honey Soy, and Honey Mustard. With a total of 13 flavours available, you will not be disappointed for choice. The chicken was piping hot and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. We really went to town and enjoyed ourselves fully.

The service was great and quick. But the fried boneless chicken was not crispy at all and quite soggy actually. I was especially disappointed since that is the main dish of the restaurant. The rest of the food we had was nice. The atmosphere needs to change as there was insects inside flying all around us and on our food as we were trying to eat which ruined the experience for us. They need to solve this issue. I am grateful that the chicken is halal but much to improve on.

$19.90 Worthy for the lunch buffet 11am - 4pm. Wings were crunchy, cooked perfectly and most of the sauces tasted good. Korean, buffalo, honey soy BBQ are must try. Rest of the flavours are so so. Single serve of ice tea had lots of tea leaves settled at the bottom and it was difficult to drink with the given straw. Insisted staff to provide the iced tea in a jug & it was very good. No tea leaves when sipping the tea. 😂 Service was quite fast and most orders came in few minutes. (2:40pm - 4:10pm) Customer service needs a big improvement and the staff's communication should be better. Had to call out our orders loudly, instead the staffs could take the order from the customer's table. It was no rush time and only had 3 customers in total. The male staff could be welcoming with a pleasant face instead of a grim, depressing straight poker face all the time. Was very skeptical after reading the reviews but with an open mind visited this place. The chicken wings, fries, tea, Icecream were reasonably good. Can't blame the food, just the customer service needs to be improvised. In my opinion , BUFWIN has much better tasting wings for a good value than a similar chicken wings buffet restaurant in Sunnybank. Definitely can visit once and can try out their food. Hope they get trained well for providing a better customer experience to get repeating customers.
