We accidentally booked the wrong night and arrived after the reception was closed. We called the guy who came back and checked us in and he was really lovely about it. Clean room, good stay.

Springwood motor inn is the best hotel, the room are big and large, parking are located close to the room, toilets and showers 🚿 πŸ‘Œ. If you booked a room and you come late, they reserve the key on box at the front door, the pin number is sent to you via sms. I loved the place....

Basically a self service motel. Key in safe on arrival/deposit in slot when leaving. Room was clean but a smell from bath drain that I needed to cover with the plug and water. Toilet seat was clearly not correct size so moved about and lid would not stay up. Bed was good. AC 'creaked' during the night...Curtains hanging off multiple hooks...took me 2 minutes to fix. Convenient as close to M1.

Rooms are very nice but bathroom windows are completely see through, which was horrifying because there is zero privacy at all. No wifi either which is inconvenient, but the see through was an absolute shocker.

No toilet paper. No free WiFi as per advertised. No tissues. No phone to contact reception. No breakfast options. No toaster. No bowls, No teatowels only 2 teaspoons and the fridge froze my all my salads overnight therefore spoilt. And to top it off the shower nozzle is broken and waste 5 mins of cold water waiting for hot.Not impressed at all.

my room was clean and comfortable and the price of the room was very reasonable ,the staff/owner was very helpful, if I needed any thing extra, this was no problem for them, as I have family close by I will be staying there again. Julie Turnbull

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect. Very clean inside and friendly staff on reception and the room ladies. Well placed for trips into the city and all at a reasonable price.

Almost the perfect place. It's in a great location and price is ok. Sadly the people staying can be a little noisy and especially the nice and large outdoor area can allow quite a few to gather and there is no noise barriers. It got pretty excessive one night and thank god they got drunk and went out solving my issue. Found again on followup visits quite. lot of noise comes from these outdoor spaces. Rooms themselves are nice and comfy and well presented.

When I arrived to check in I was informed that my room had been changed because "they thought the bath tub would be too high for me". I'm a 29 year old fit female and I could not understand why this was done to me without consulting me first. When I complained about this the lady was rude and only offered to refund me the extra $10 I paid for an executive suite. I was put in the disabled room which was old and smelled musty and looked absolutely nothing like the room I booked. The room was caked with dust and my towel had a yellow stain on it. I ended up leaving and did not stay the night because I was so uncomfortable in this room. Very disappointed.

do yourself a huge favour, if a quiet nice rest is what you are after then don't stay here.. after a long day travelling I checked in and went to room, the room was clean and good size and up until night fall I was really happy. 830pm comes and the place comes to life with what I am assuming are permanent tenants at the motel. they are fooled mouth, loud, disrespectful. they where impacted drilling iron into the hotel walls at 2am in the morning. whipper snippers going, fighting yelling and I could lost till cows come home. when I rang after hours reception I was more horrified to their respond and unwillingness to come and deal with the people, I was told to call the police. I was abuses by the kids, told they where going to slash my car tyres, break the windows... it was worst the a horror movie.. I complained the next morning only to find out they knew this issue was happening but still proceeded to allow me to pay money to stay in the room next to these people.. this made me more angry I demanded a refund for the horror night I experienced and highly recommended the hotel doesn't put other people through what I had to go through.. I then after not sleeping at all had to spend that day travelling it reunioned my whole trip. very disappointed in the hotel manager too her attitude is appalling.

For the love of God, do yourself a favour and DO NOT STAY HERE! Such a shame, as the room was clean and comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was amazing however there were a lot of small bugs running around in the room and worst of all there seems to be permanent residents living here (no judgement at all, we're in the middle of a rental crisis so completely understand how this is necessary). We were told to park in front of our room however there was a boat filled with rubbish and junk haphazardly parked in front of our room. Other residents also seem to just park their cars randomly, not even in a car park, they just pull up anywhere and get out, leaving their cars randomly parked anywhere they see fit. The permanent residents in the room beside us had children who were disgustingly unruly and noisy, running around outside and inside their room, yelling, screaming, slamming doors and making a HUGE racket continuously until 1AM in the morning! We were extremely unhappy as you can imagine! Upon checking out we complained to staff only to be told that they have received numerous complaints from guests previously and management are aware there is an issue.Children's services are involved and the police have been notified. They have tried to have them removed however as yet have been unable. Such a shame as this is affecting their business. BECAUSE OF THIS WE DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WOULD DEFINITELY NOT STAY AGAIN!

I booked 6 nights at this place as I was working at loganholme and needed somthing close and had a budget. I knew I was going to get a 5 star resort and after all I only needed a place to shower and sleep. The bed sheets had rips in them. House keeping didn't take the rubbish by the 4th day I ended up I putting it outside. They made the bed once during the stay. They never vaccumed the room at all. Didn't take used towels but left clean ones. There was a guy who would literally rev he's car every night around 9ish. After 5 nights I finally walked out and told him to knock it off. From the sounds of it and looks of it he is living there on a permanently basis. No judgement but common courtesy is free. Friday night there was screaming and yelling from 2 men trying to get a kid who was sleeping in a car parked outside the rooms. They open check in at 2pm and close up at 3pm. Weekends they are open till 2pm yet check in is at 2pm. There was cigarette buds every where in the court yard. The aircon barely worked. The bed was saggy then an old ladies **** I dont recommend and I wouldn't stay there again. Such a shame this place was like this. Could have been a nice place to stay if it was maintained and run properly.

Room was super clean, roomy with everything we needed. Bed was super comfy with quality bedding. The bathroom had beautiful dispensers with shaving cream, hand lotion, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. All with a lovely scent. The warm soft lights over the mirror made for a lovely ambient mood. Having our own private garden view was an added bonus. Was very quiet yet not too far from the highway. Staff were very pleasant too.

Although the room was a good size and the bed was comfy, there were several bugs in the room, the microwave was absolutely disgusting, and the chairs outside were covered in webs and leaves.

Clean but very, very outdated. Feels like it was built in the 80s. Also next to a communication tower so it will throw your GPS off a little. Service is good but the actual units are terribly designed and old looking. Well overdue for renovations.

Had work conference here and although an urn and tea/coffee were provided, cups were not. Everyone had to order takeaway coffee so we had a cup to use. Not good. Plenty of parking because no one else was there.

A little tired, could do with a refreshing, no breakfast available, had room 15 which had a bath which you had to stand in for a shower, not real safe for unstable people, slip hazard. Five night stay and room not serviced, very disappointed.

😠 Yesterday I had lunch at Cafe. I ordered a steak. When the steak comes, I ate the sides first and then the steak. The Steak spoiled. It’s really stinks. I spoke to the staff and he replied that I had eaten most of the dishes. He won't do anything, I'm very unhappy, the service was terrible, the meal...
