Just wanted to give quick review for security guard at Springwood mall . I usually shop there always see security guards helping elderly people very professionally, my Mum told me that security guard there was so nice and helped her to put her stuff in car couple days ago . As she use Walker cuz of her leg injury . She said the guy was very lovely and helpful. Big thanks to you mate , we need more people like you in our community.

Starting to come together with the new food shops going in... as well as the usual ones on the inside.. looks very clean and nice and good accessible car parks.. it will be really nice once all finished and all food shops are filled.

Undergoing renovations at the moment, they are not disruptive to your shopping experience, the Woolworths is well stocked and the staff are friendly, when the renovations are complete this will be a great place to shop,

Springwood Shopping mall is currently being renovated, so while the current travel, parking and shopping experience can be a little rough it has a very exciting future. It has a few nice looking stores open inside so definitely worth checking out and likely to go up to a 5 star review once renovations are complete! :D

It's nicely renovated, looks very modern now, plenty shops, big and small, some exciting too, as you would expect. Maybe just the ever-present techno music is kinda not necessary

As it's under renovation and the carparks are all fenced off.. I spent 30 mins driving around in the pouring rain trying to work out where to park and how to get in. In the end I gave up and went elsewhere. No signage or traffic control to show shoppers where to go. 25/02/2022

I love the Springwood mall. They are in the middle of refurbing the building and it is looking great. Can’t wait til it’s all finished. There will be so much more underground parking, they have escalators and a lift now. It’s great.

Disappointing due to earthworks and lack of signs. First time shopper here from another suburb. I needed to get a particular item from Target Springwood. Stock of this item seemed to be redirected to Springwood instead of my usual shopping centre. Sadly they did not have the colour of the item I wanted so I wasted 2.5 hours. I eventually found the entrance (came by bus) but had a lot of problems trying to exit as it was dark. Carparks are under construction and it is a mess. Sorry, I will not shop here again.

Nowadays the expectations of the general public for their shopping experience is that basic comforts are provided. SSM needs better seating for customers, currently just a few boney benches scattered around which seem to be in high demand. Gobsmacked to see the only tables/chairs in front of the Fat Chook Carvery stacked in piles so no one can sit down. Also there is no free WIFI, which is provided in most shopping centres 24/10. One would hope things improve with the new addition currently under construction at the front of the complex!

Finally it's getting a full refurb, enjoyed the brand new Woolies really Good to see this area getting some love this centre desperately needs it once it's all complete will be coming there alot more hopefully there's some nice restaurants or better food places added

Design is very nice inside and out what they have done to the new Springwood shopping mall, while it is not fully renovated yet most of the shops have been renovated beautifully and one car park is done. There is a new entrance near Woolworths enter the car park from near red rooster. My advice is don’t listen to other people who have given this place a bad review, the construction hasn’t disrupted me when I’ve come to this shopping centre while shopping, you can’t hear anything from inside so you can shop and dine here with no disruptions. There are 3 cafes, mindys kitchen, soon kitchen and the day chook carvery. I recommend the fat chook carvery and soon kitchen to dine in at or get takeaway, the food is always fresh and delicious and the prices are also good. You will not be disappointed.

Very much under reconstruction with internal updates an construction of 2 level car park. Not the best place to visit atm, sadly, but should be good once work has finished. Besides that, we got a few good priced items from Target.

I saw the weekly catalogue on Wednesday 1/6/22 the Red Island Extra Virgin Olive oil was on half price so l went on Thursday 2/6/22 and there was none left. I asked the staff and she said she didn't have any at the moment - so you can imagine how disappointed I was. However she told me l could get a "rain check" from the counter.

Nice new renovated mall spoiled by the computer made nightclub music .it's a completely low class atmosphere and considering most shoppers are mature aged one would think the management would have some consideration for its patrons..if you don't know the difference between computer noise and what real musicians do then employ someone who does..

Currently undergoing work on the carpark. The place is a mess. Signs not working. Uncertainty is rife. Hopefully this will result in a much better experience eventually. It doesn't seem like the right time given that the businesses must already be suffering from Covid and now customer parking is a shambles.

Excellent customer service and support. Easy car parking and easy access to shops. A great variety of shopping.

The mall is very good place to shop. Yes there may be some shops missing and poor interior but its getting renovation and refurbishing done. Target and Woolworths will still be there millions of dollars are going towards it. Don't give up on it yet it will look fabulous when its finished in 2022

Always get what I'm looking for after easily finding parking spot. Will even be better after extensions/renovations are finalised.

Good retail outlets ..... clean well lit. Excellent bottle shop. Beyond awesome hair dresser. Ample parking.

This place is really moving forward. Lots of shops on offer highly recommend you drop in for a look .

The doors open 9am. If you want to wait inside till coles open, you can't. At least the toilets are outside so you can refresh .

Took a day trip to Springwood area, I noticed the Mall looking very fresh and clean, some wonderful shops to see and have to come again to see it complete.

Heaps of parking with covered areas, got good range of shops.

Im terribly sorry if I have offended the Springwood Mall, but I came on a Thursday night so I didn't get to see everything. But Everyone closes at 7pm there they told me in the Mall. Target and a few stores a little later they said. I will come and have a look and taste soon. Wonderful to hear.

Loved the new mall. It is so inviting, open, clean, spacious and has great overall atmosphere. The parking space is very big. It has one of the biggest and modern Woolworths that we have seen.

Wonderfully presented and refurbished. Very modern with many new vendors within, from takeaways to boutique stores to major shopping chains. The carpark could do with a bit of a tidy up but all in all, a wonderful place to make your everyday retail designation.

Wonderful mall after renovations and has potential to be the next Hyperdome, altough it lacks useful or in general stores it can be great for a quick shop for a snack and or a bargain from the bargain central.

Security team needs reassessment, as its gotten terrible. The sour looking guy in the white shirt needs to get off his phone and do some work. Nearly every time I come to the centre i see him on his phone for long periods of time. Needs to focus on his job not his phone, hes paid to work not talk all day im sure.

Springwood mall is getting uplifted and after mount Gravatt Springwood will be the hub and it’s growing like anything one example is the upgrade if the mall and it’s coming up very nicely

Still under construction at the moment. But the discount store they have there is really good. Lost of variety. They also have a dimmys which has a lot of nice cheap stuff including clothing. Sometimes the clothes are meh, but other times they're actually really nice and a great price! Shoes too. There's also a hair dresser in there that offer decent prices, starting from $25 for a cut rather than the usual $45 start. So that's nice.

The revamped mall is well laid out. The new butcher will definitely be getting my business. Liked all the new shops and the expanded undercover parking.

Really easy to get around. Heaps of parking. Staff are really well trained in all the shops. Never seen anyone cranky or rude so far. Love it.

Clean and a decent shopping centre. It will be better once the construction is finished as it takes up half of the car park.

Sushi was very nice and had pleasant seating. The gentleman that served me was Korean and he was super polite. Nice lunch indeed

Highly dissatisfied with my visit to this centre. Shops are hardly open, outdated and a sad attempt at keeping the centre alive. Over many years I have never seen any upgrades or changes happen to better the centre. Would recommend finding a different place to do your shopping.

Maintenance has a lot to be desired. My elderly mum had a fall here a few years ago- ambulance was required to attend the scene and assess medical condition- thank goodness she was ok ok that Occassion.. however the tiles she tripped on remained as they were - broken and I repaired - waiting for the next victim to fall over and injure themselves. I’m upset by the fact my mum was hurt and i felt embarrassed and horrible for her as there were others who witnessed the event.. I’m even more upset by the lack of action and follow up by body corporate here. fix the tiles - they the ones you have with the witches hats around them outside target- still- 3 years on. Not good enough Springwood.

Filthy. Nothing clean and natural about this place. Rubbish everywhere in parking areas and around shopping centres. Car and truck fume central. If you like asphalt, aircon and the sickly smell of hand sanitizer everywhere then this place is for you..
