rude
tenants
with
no
customer
service
skills
and
being
so
arrogant

poor
advertisement

I
will
not
be
returning
to
Arndale
because
of
the
treatment
I
received
yesterday
absolutely
appalling
unacceptable
behavior
to
a
customer
of
20
years
unbelievable
to
say
the
least
!
I
have
been
a
customer
of
this
business
for
20
years
.
The
current
owner
told
me
today
that
she
found
this
was
hard
to
believe
as
she
has
only
owned
it
for
3
years
she
seems
to
ignorant
and
arrogant
to
realise
that
the
business
name
has
been
around
for
years
.
My
appointment
was
cancelled
two
weeks
ago
due
to
a
staff
member
having
an
accident
and
new
appointment
made
by
a
man
who
told
me
he
was
the
manager
??
When
I
arrived
I
was
told
by
the
very
rude
receptionist
(
owner
??)
that
I
didn't
have
an
appointment
while
explaining
what
happened
this
woman
rolled
her
eyes
and
smirked
at
me
.
I
told
her
she
was
extremely
rude
and
bad
mannered
to
which
she
smirked
again
.
I
will
never
return
,
no
idea
of
customer
service
,
rude
,
arrogant,
no
manners
and
very
ignorant
....don't
go
to
this
business
there
are
plenty
of
other
businesses
out
there
that
have
much
better
customer
service
.
Very
disappointing
after
being
a
customer
of
20
years
.....
I
also
rang
back
to
say
please
take
me
off
their
records
as
a
customer
and
same
bad
mannered
ignorant
receptionist
(
owner
?
)
hung
up
on
me
...
The
receptionist
who
is
supposedly
the
owner
has
no
idea
how
to
run
a
business
,
poor
communication
skills
,
nil
customer
service
skills
and
not
even
the
basic
skills
needed
for
conflict
management
.
Do
yourself
a
favor
and
go
elsewhere
where
the
staff
have
good
manners
and
customer
service
.
I
don't
think
I
have
ever
been
treated
so
arrogantly
by
someone
who
seems
to
think
they
are
superior
in
some
way
,
who
is
actually
serving
you
in
a
place
of
business
