Really nice shopping centre. Great selection of shops and good parking. Aldi, Coles, Woolworths, Kmart, Big W, and Target are all under one roof. The food court has a nice selection. I am very impressed with the cleaning staff and the work they do. Every shop is filled, and the food court has recently been updated. It says a lot when every shop is tenanted. A wide variety of shops for all your needs. The centre is very wheelchair friendly. There are multiple car parks with plenty of spaces.

Averaged sized shopping centre which can easily be explored in a few hours or so. Houses some of the major retailers such as Woolworths, Big W, Coles, K Mart, Targets, the big Telcos and lots of other specialty shops. Have a Justice of the Peace at certain time and days for your certification needs. Lots of seating, conveniently placed around the mall. Good toilet facilities with wheelchair access. Car parking can be easy or a pain depending on the time of day. Bus terminal is just a few meters away. Can get really busy and crowded on weekends. Food Court is spacious with a variety of dishes to choose from. Food discounts late afternoons 😉, for those who wants cheap dinner or late lunch. Fantastic cinema next to the Food Court. Overall, always a pleasant experience shopping here.

We saw the video footage of the security guards threatening physical violence on a customer standing up for herself when accused of stealing! What the heck! There was no stolen goods and receipts were readily available…,Racism should not be tolerated social media platforms are effective, Boycott the plaza!!!!!

Has been a good experience, wife was able to do her shopping. Kids activities as well and found many toy shops for them. It can be very busy but car carparks were generally enough.

We enjoyed the whole shopping center. A lot of good specialty shops. We would probably go back again if we needed to do a big shop. Obviously Bunnings even though not in that center is a big draw card. My sister loves plants!

Get in and out as fast as you can, while you still have your shoes on and before someone takes the while your not watching...scary place!!

it's a good shopping centre. Having grown up with the plaza since it was built I do feel like it needs a major overhaul to compete against the likes of springfield, hyperdome and garden city as it's now feeling similar to going to logan central plaza. Good for basic shopping needs but if your looking for some of the more popular retailers then it's not the spot to go.

Convenient shopping centre, acceptable variety of shops; and for some reason, a great meeting place for tweens and school kids. Sometimes it becomes an unpleasant mele type atmosphere as these young ppl treat the shopping centre like their playground/personal play yard. Would definitely like to see more mall security presence to hopefully deter the loud and noisy behaviour.

I love Grand Plaza. The food court here has so many choices of food varieties from different ethnic backgrounds. This mall is always clean and I appreciate clean toilets. During pandemic social distancing has been maintained here. The cinema here is cheaper than most other malls.

I like how convenient it is to shop here. There's something for everyone, big and small. I do think they can improve with upgrading the Cinema as it's tacky and smelly. Also need more variety in the food court area. Bring back Hungry Jack's and Subway etc.

Has most shops for most needs, not really a fan of big shopping centres but come here when I have to and usually always find a parking spot without hassle. Food court is a bit limited but not a bad centre.

I really enjoyed my earlier morning experience, less sensory imput (for someone -like me - who usually doesn't cope at the shops) I made it through with less people around and headphones on. I would like to suggest (as a whole shopping centre or individual shops) to create times and spaces for lower lighting and quieter music and a quieter shopping experience for those in the community who struggle to be able to be in those spaces and still need to buy things

It was such a pleasure going shopping somewhere that had everything I needed at a reasonable price. Plenty of carparks and wheelchair access. It's clean. The food court isn't the biggest so pricing isn't real competitive. Finding your way around isn't the easiest either but if your lucky enough to go Nd the customer service desk then who knows. I tried.

The most stupidest setup for wheelchair hire. It’s situated right smack bang in the centre of the shopping centre. So as a disabled person, I have to walk, with difficulty, to the centre of the plaza to hire a wheelchair. The take it back and walk all the way to my car. What is the point? Why not have the wheelchairs near the entrance for crying out load? 😒😞 (shakes head)

Awesome butcher, beautiful fresh fruit shop, great meat pies at the bakery, IGA groceries There's good pizza, and I've used the laundrette too Still got a village-y vibe.. 👍

Inside the centre was pretty good. Heaps of space to move around without being crowded. The carpafk was filthy with rubbish though.

It’s nearby and has all the important stores. Good price.

Love it .only issue is people who park in baby parking.. alot of us rely on that because they literally just had a human come out of them vs you for inconvenience and lazyness..simply be more courteous.

Grand Plaza has all the things I need. I only wish there was a Reject Shop and a halal butcher. Great dining options, all major supermarkets and clothing retailers are here. And a cinema, and MyCar as well so you can watch a movie while your car is serviced. Ample and distributed parking. Great place to spend some quality time away from home.

Went out for a day of shopping. The Plaza is always the best place to go when you need a break and just relax. And shop for yourself

People everywhere, of course, for this time of the year it's expected. Parking was not too bad on the top level. Just noticed I could feel movement in the ground when cars drove over the metal joining.

These days because of Covid-19 I don't go there as often as 1 year and half ago but I still ever visit this centre I do enjoying it. Yes I realy do feel so fresh and happy afterwards.

I just want to say a big thank you to the lovely people that came to help me today. My nearly 2yr old was walking she tripped and face planted into a pole, she split her lip and was bleeding and crying lots 😔 I went to Shingle Inn to get some napkins which they were happy to give us some, I then went and sat on a chair and the lovely lady from Wallace Bishop came over with some water and tissues and also got a balloon 🎈 hoping that would help, then the lovely man from Shingle Inn came over with some ice, it was so nice to have people so concerned trying to do everything possible to help calm my daughter and help me out. I hope they see this and realise how those little things were really appreciated so thank you again ☺️

We were able to go in straight away to both shops. Found what we were after. BUT Target didn't have Stock .Wasn't in store that as listed on site.

This place needs a make over big time. Most businesses are great, some not so good.

Good place to shop with variety of boutiques and stall to choose from. But if you're looking to withdraw some cash for any reason, not too many bank ATMs inside the premises, only WestPac (as of this writing) and the rest are business operated machines with surcharges. Anyways, not too many people need cash in their wallet but if you need some, expect minimal charges or fees from the machines inside the mall. 🙂

I used to love coming to the Plaza have coffee with friends then stroll around the shops look in our favourite clothing stores for our age group..then if need anything in supermarket we'd pop in before going home...But it seems the centre doesn't want to cater for women of an older age group as there were 3 main shops we went to now 1 left..may have to go elsewhere who cater for us

Even though it is not as posh as westside, it is still the best. I love it and I can find all my needs in and around it.

Happy to go there anytime, under cover parking is very limited though.

Perhaps you can notify people the JP @ Browns Plains Grand Plaza is NOT Available on Wednesdays , got there on Wednesday after looking for JP on the Net ,the site said available & Open, got there No JP In site, I phoned admin & was advised by Plaze admin no JP on Wednesdays , This site is Misleading to say the least.

Lovely shopping centre my choice of centres!!has everything you want and need..clean..friendly..just nice to walk around and browse..plenty of parking just dont go around school times as traffic is a bit of a mare!!

Haven't been here in years. Still a great place to shop and eat. Had breakfast and a walkabout. Bought a book about geometry for $7. Same book $20 plus in bookshops. Enjoy the bargains.

Nice place to buy your stuffs. It has different shops inside. However, not an ideal place to buy fruits and veggies apart from coles. Nice food court to have feed yourself and the family.

Under shade parking in some spots.. no charge, no annoying parking tickets..Air conditioned shopping. Major outlets, beauty,travel agents,pharmacies,optical,dentist,banking & a cinema to name a few are available. Nice cafe's & a food court. Shopped here for years seen upgrades made,like other shopping malls businesses close...not long another great business opens. Cleaning staff do a great job. Concierge service are always helpful.

Plenty of parking. Very clean shopping centre. Good variety of shops & services. Most shops have friendly, helpful staff. As shopping centres go, this is high on the list. Recommend Barefoot Fish (for sensational pedicures), great coffee & friendly service at The Shingle Inn, QBD (also has helpful staff) & the well-stocked Kmart.

Great place to shop, dine in and to catch up or meet new people, the surcuity is great looking after us (the shoppers). You guys go a great job for is in the community :)

I nice open shopping center with loads of retail shops all the big stores including Target Kmart Big W Best & Less. A very clean food court with lots of selections. Ample carpark both outside and undercover. It has everything you would expect in a large shopping complex.

Good variety of shops, pretty clean, but parking can be a nightmare when busy and traffic can build up, patience is needed during busy periods. There is fooftop and under cover parking as well as open air and shade sail parking. Handy to other local traders around the local vicinity near the complex

Went on a Saturday at 12pm. Had to search for a carpark. Lots of people. With multiple stores we found everything we were looking for. Had lunch and a coffee in the food court.

Generally a really nicely maintained center. Staff and security are always friend and available to help. Lots of food options and novelty stores.

Went to Grand plaza cinema, great experience. Good price tickets with Cinebuzz membership, and a food court to cater to many ethnic tastes, easy parking, not busy, great selection of shops with Target, Coles, Kmart, etc.

OPSM Grand Plaza, went there for an eye check, the optometrist, fantastic, very professional, a credit to her profession, tested my eyes gave me her professional advice with no hard sell to purchase glasses whether I needed them or not, very good service from a young professional lady who has an interest in the customers wellbeing.

Banks are easy to find and when needing more than one they always seem to have the correct banks each time

I've been coming here for decades. The store is amazing and forever evolving. Every year, a new store opens. Sometimes, a store closes making way for new stores. Of course, I miss some stores, but obviously, people smarter than I are working hard to keep Grand Plaza interesting. So, if you want to do some shopping, give Grand Plaza a go.

Grand Plaza has come a long way but things are getting better each time and the addition of new shops is a great way to bring people in. I wish there were a few more shops like Factorie, Cotton On and hell even Hallensteins but otherwise it has just about everything you could want from a shopping centre. Parking is also plentiful

Everytime I go to either Big W or Kmart the products they say are available on their website are not there. I wandered around for ages trying to find what I was looking for. Staff weren't very helpful at all. Will not be returning.

Plenty of grocery store options inside (aldi, Coles, woolies). Kmart, big W, target, bestNLess are all in this shopping centre as well. There are now well known bigger shops such as JD Sports, body shop etc. in grand Plaza They have a nice food court with all different types of cuisines ranging from Japanese & sushi, Chinese takeaway, carvery, Macca's, Mexican, indian, KFC, Nando's and Grill'd. Few different bubble tea shops are also nice inside the shopping centre.

Cinema needs to be renovated. It is the most run down cinema that I have ever seen. Can't believe it is falling apart everywhere and smells dank and musty. Owners should be ashamed charging the public full price to see movies.

Excellent shop variety, greatly improved year by year. The centre is becoming like mini Westfield with everything you would want inside. No parking restrictions! Fantastic.

It's a large shopping mall with a friendly and helpful concierge. The people who shop there are mostly also friendly and helpful. Has a large variety of ahops and a decent sized food court.

The Plaza has Coles, Woolworths, Aldi , Kmart, Big W AND Target, all under the one roof!! What more could you ask for <3 I love the place plus, centre management are so supportive of community groups and I am allowed the opportunity to recruit and fundraise there.

Great shops, can get extremely busy. The issue is the kids that Vape and hang around in the centre. More security option to remove them would be great
