Quick service. Not too busy on weekends compared to Sunnybank Hills Aus Post. The passport photos we took were quick and easy and came out good.

Friendly staff quite busy had to wait in line but didn't take long it's just up from Dollars and cents K Mart end of Plaza

The delivery’s from this place are horrible - the parcel was carelessly thrown over our fence & dogs thought it was a toy to chase & chew on while at work. Thanks losers :)

This is a very busy and small Australian Post outlet but the lines move quickly because they have up to 5 staff manning service windows. Staff are always helpful and will try to find the best solution to your postal needs. There is also a nice selection of merchandise on offer. I love the new look parcel boxes available. The post boxes are just outside the main door to the left of the store entry.

Very busy little post office located inside the shopping centre!!Being so small there is normally quite a queue and on the odd occasion I literally want to pop in and out quickly,can't be done and the customer service officers can only go so fast!!they are extremely friendly and informative!!it obviously being so small doesn't carry as much as some bigger post offices,but I usually get what I'm requiring.

Disgraceful. Customers lined up out the door. 3 staff so they send one to lunch. Waited over 15 minutes to get served.

Staff here were working hard & as fast as they could but there was still a que across the store and out the door. If auspost is going to run so few sites with short hours at least put enough staff on to run all the counters for the few hours you are open.

This shop is constantly not open on Saturday’s when advertised open hours, really poor parking facilities and very hard to get access to the business because of location.

Busy office, especially now. Staff well organised to reduce waiting times as much as possible.

Everytime i come here theres a big line and only 2 staff, get more bloody staff. They also overcharge postage

Best store in the Australia Post network, i actually drive out of my way a little to go to this store, to do my weekly money order for rent, as the staff here are always so helpful and friendly.... they even remembered my name after only a few visits and I am always greeted by name these days! Super impressed!
