Best Vegan Wrap I have ever had! Went to the store last week on a busy Friday, i was served by a girl on the register and she was polite and patient, because i didn't know what to order i had to ask few questions and i was answered with a smile. I end up ordering the Vegan Rappa and it was amazing, the taste was excellent, the fresh ingredients and the crunch on the Vegan patty was to die for. Music and ambience was amazing, store was clean and organised. I highly recommend this store for fresh food and high quality customer service.

Been here a few times and never had a problem with our order. Staff are very friendly and always proffessional with how they talk to their customers, handle payment and waiting bays are very precise. Food does take a while though always.

Best Oporto! Staff are super friendly and professional. Food was amazing with multiple choices of sauce. Had Bondi Burger meal and my partner had chicken and halloumi wrap and we both couldn't be happier. The place was spot on, neat and clean to sit.

These guys always get it right! Great chicken & chips. Everything on the menu is yummy. They are allergy friendly with orders too. Thank you for a yummy dinner!

Love Oporto, but sadly for the price of two burger meals and a kids box with lemonade you can have a big Chinese feed with some leftover for lunch.

Burger was extremely burnt to the point it was unedible. Store refused to compensate for the entire meal ($40 was spent) and only willing to replace burger as manager stated over phone to me "i wont be paid to replace everything" well now you have lost a customer that has bought from your store multiple times because you would not replace large chips and regular size spicy bolas to make my drive to your store worth it from my end (ordered through uber eats) Very dissapointing.

I bought two chickens family feed, they forgot to put chips in it ,I realised at home, chickens was hard, obviously not fresh , lots of broken bones in it as well . Not good experience, it was 5/11 around 1400

You all stop lying and give true feedbacks . The food is disgusting and the customer service is poor and I was so shocked to be saved with manager who doesn’t care customer service .I pass by to buy the otropo value box was so hungry and I was driving Toowoomba . The food was so cold and not fresh . I regret my $40 I spent . Never again to this place

Halloumi & chicken burger was really tasty chips had plenty of chicken salt wasn't a fan of the chicken bolas bit dry for me.

Been here on Sunday. Music was too loud, and I couldn’t order properly. Asked the front of house staff to turn down volume a bit. She said everything was set up already and can’t change it. Pathetic! Rest everything was good. Freshly made food, nice and clean environment.

Visited late at night, food was fresh, accurate and quick, staff were friendly

The place has a great location at the top of the Holmview ramp near the 7 / 11 petrol station. They have drive thru option to make it quicker for its customers. We had dine-in recently. Place is quite clean and tidy. They have bathroom and wash basins. Fast service and delicious foods as well. But, you can't make meal with any of your main meal purchase. What a joke is that ? We bought a whole chicken. We want to make it a meal. They say it is not possible. We have to buy the drinks and chips seperately. I unfortunately break the two star from the Google rating for this reason. It is not fair for your customers I believe.

Very disappointed with the burgers, firstly our kids meals were wrong so we had to return it to get that fixed , then the burger boxes we ordered the fillets were burnt, the char from the grill was stuck to our burgers and fillets were chewy and we got the burnt after-taste which ruined our appetite. Defs not worth the money we paid when we get served such poor quality food. I have the pictures of the burgers and fillets but I can't attach the pictures. This is not the first time our meals have been wrong, every time we decide to have oporto we get the same result, not going back any more since the waste of money and poor quality food.Seems like we are living in a 3rd world country paying the big bucks.All up we spent $70 so it's kind of frustrating.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! It’s amazing nice listening staff and amazing cheeros. I love their doubles hot or no spicy Bondi burger and garlic sauce amazing chips is very good mostly with garlic sauce and chicken ballas are really good the chicken is very juicy with amazing spices the drinks are hard to find like the apple, orange juices and lift. I recommend if u live in Australia to get it but it’s quite expensive because it’s HIGLY COOKED FRESH. I recommend it mostly if you want fast food that’s healthy and it’s good u would crave it sometimes but it’s amazing amazing staff and amazing food for all my family and friends who love their food. They probably miss chips or put a Bondi burger triple no bacon with bacon but it’s good so come here for dinner or lunch!

Fresh Chicken as advertised! I had quarter chicken box and it was super tasty, well presented and indeed fresh. The place was clean and organised. Staff were very friendly and helpful, it was my first time but its not the last time for sure.

Normally good food but today 28/06 was not the best. Burgers full of cabbage which I understand the lettuce situation but would have been nice to know before. The salt on the chips was extreme and inedible. And no sauce to go with my chicken pieces which ruined them also. Shop wasn’t busy.
