Food was nice, order came out on time. Girl on the front is rude, inconsiderate and zero customer service skills. I couldn't understand what that attitude was all about. No aknowledgement when we entered, I asked if the 1st table inside was available to which she answered if no one is sitting there, that means it's empty. I requested her to clear the table, I don't know when she cleared it but she didn't bother telling us while we were waiting at door. She definitely didn't clean it just picked up rubbish. I just wanted to leave but my SIL was kind enough to still order food. I ended up getting subway which we loved and where we were treated respectfully. I understand that someone might not be having a good day or tired or overworked but disrespect is not acceptable at any cost. when a customer goes to a food place after a exhausting day we don't want this kind of rubbish.

Ordered from here twice. Two very different experiences. The first order was near perfection, very tasty. However the second order was disappointing. My 'large' chips were small, and the 'large' burrito was the same size as the ones we got with our first order which were regular size, and it was mostly rice, barely any meat whatsoever in it, and quite bland.

Staff are always friendly and polite. Even when busy, they acknowledge their customers and the food is made fresh. The daily deals available are also great for budgets.

Ordered through menulog. Not only was our food delivered an hour later it was cold & soggy & items were missing. Food was inedible, ended up throwing $ 80 of food in the bin. Not to mention fish was ordered & if eaten in the state it arrived could make someone very sick. Called store only to be told it wasn't their fault they prepared the food an hour before the driver got there nor that the driver forgot the drink. She was very rude & filled with attitude, when I asked to speak to a manager I was informed noone was there. I pointed out that she was rude & had attitude in which she argued with me & kept talking over me, telling me she wasn't being rude or giving attitude. Eventually said sorry although it seemed forced. Staff member did not apologise for the inconvenience of the situation or try to offer a solution. Store refused to give refund or replace the meal & I was told it was a menulog issue & to contact them. Staff member definitely needs further training in customer service.

The beef and bacon buritto is by far the best item they have in their menu, it never disappoints me. They also have incredible service and you are always welcomed with a smile. 20/10 welldone

This place is great atmosphere is chill and cool.The staff is also really friendly. customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good.

Spent $80 and ordered at home online, arrived to the store 30minutes later to be informed it would be another 20-30minutes wait, young team member at the front was so overworked and although trying her hardest was very short and not considerate at all to the fact we would be waiting 1 hour for our food. By the time food came it was super inconsistent, ribs were dry with almost no sauce and chips were cold. Definitely not coming back.

Unsure whats happened here this place was fantastic. Unfortunatly Tonight's chicken wings had that much oil they were inedible. Put me off going back ☹️

Mia served me tonight and she was genuine and helpful and even got plastic cups for the water. Really nice when you feel that the staff are happy and wanting to serve you and not just there to do a job and go home. Good choice on picking decent staff

The missus and I had the chicken & the slow cooked beef taco salads last week. Both extremely tasteless and the deep fried taco bowl was basically burnt. Extremely disappointed with our meals. This is the third time coming here in the last couple of months & after this time I can't see us returning sadly. Something needs to change.

Burrito bar park ridge one of my favourite branch, the new management very good, friendly, good deals can’t find in other stores, food very good. I am happy to come here with my family or take away.

Food was great, serving size for us was perfect. Ribs were cooked to perfection. Delicious. The service was good, could be improved, had to ask for cutlery. Other than that the staff were very courteous. The store was busy with online orders so our meal did take a little longer but the young girl at the counter explained the wait straight away which was great. Will definitely be going again.

It was very dead for a Friday night, a lot of delivery orders. Food was good we got the Friday ribs deal. Good value for money. Service was good, it was just sad it was so quite and we could not really rate the customer service, but they were nice and accommodating to us.

Loved it! The only other Mexican I've had is g&g but this place is just as good if not a little bit better. Will definitely be going in my regular dining list and trying out more off their menu.

Floor staff were lovely, very friendly and polite. However, we’re informed by these lovely staff that there was no one over 18 or hold an RSA, very poor management. Decided to leave and celebrate my 20th birthday with my family elsewhere. Felt very sorry for the young staff working that night. Not very professional.

The 2 stars is only due to how lovely the staff were. We had a reservation for 6 adults and 3 children to celebrate a birthday last night, excited to enjoy lovely food and some coctails. However, we did not stay. You advertise that your premises is licensed, yet don't have adequate staff to adhere as no staff were over the age of 18, nor did any of them hold an RSA. Very poor management, indeed. We took our party of 9 and spent our money elsewhere. *floor staff were very gracious and apologetic- (not their fault). They should be commended.

Rice wasn’t cooked properly in my burrito which made it hard to enjoy Ribs were nice though Also sucks there is no drink included in the kids nachos meal Not worth the money I spent 😩 I’ll definitely stick to G & G!!

Have been going to Park Ridge Burrito Bar for 2 years and ribs were great however new management have fallen very short . The chips were soggy and half the amount of Usual serving . Ribs not juicey and sauce not tasty . Big disappointment was that the Sol beer not allowed for takeaways anymore. They have lost a good group of customers.

came down to get dinner. was told there would be a 30-45min wait. ended up waiting for 1hr and 15mins in total. went up and asked how much longer my food would be because it would have been easier to get my money back and get dinner from somewhere else and was met with attitude from the server because she “had told me it was going to be a wait” - there is a big difference between 30-45mins compared to waiting over an hour

It’s usually great here. But we came in tonight and they seemed very understaffed. Anyways the lady didn’t tell us til after we paid that it would be a 20 minute wait. We ended up waiting 50mins in total with a screaming toddler in the back seat the entire time.

I love the quality of the food. I was there today, and the restaurant was quite busy, but the staff managed well. The staff are amiable. I would love to visit here again and recommend to everyone to come here and visit.

Honestly, our expectations had not been high. Site venue not the best overlooking carpark. They could bring down the blind to block out cars etc, and have a couple of plants to dress the place up. Front windows need a good clean, also sign and tables. Seating area not set up completely. It's like they do more Uber Eats then dine in! Some Mexican music would help with the ambiance as it is Mexican after all. Other than that, the food was good, better than expected, serving size better than we had anticipated, and service was quick, but their was only one other family dining, so hence why it was quick. I guess we'll return if we feel like Mexican again and in the area.

The food was AMAZING! Although the restaurant was pretty packed up today but the management provided our food on time. Really impressive service. Would recommend it to all
