Great coffee and friendly staff, great food as well!

Good food, good portion sizes for the meals. Coffee good, plenty of safe seats inside and out. Prompt service and with a smile.

The food was very good and reasonably priced. It's quite busy and noisy on a Thursday night.

I formerly left a bad review because of my bad experience. I thought I would give them the benefit of doubt and went again and they have made some positive changes and seemed more respectful and helpful. The food came out right so I’m amending my review to recognise those positive efforts. Hopefully it will remain good 😊

Attended a paint and sip package night. The included meals and drink were great. The paint event was great. Lost one star for service as the staff tried to rush us out and we had hoped to have our coffee in store at the end of the night but instead, were rushed out of the store.

Caught up with a friend today. We were there for 3 hours. Friendly staff. Great service. Menu is not the same as other coffee clubs. Lots of variety and specials. I had toast with pesto, halloumi, tomatoes and a fried egg. Was delicious.

Took over 40 mins just to make a salad. Cos lettuce wasn’t even chopped, left as whole pieces, chicken was cold, egg was hard as rock. Wasn’t told till I got my food that one of the ingredient I wanted and payed for wasn’t all gone. Really disappointing

This is mine and my support workers favourite place to eat at. We always get the same thing. We go so much that the staff now know our order and we have a good laugh. They're great! Lolol

Staff are lovely , unfortunately our lunch was not worth the price (times are tough enough,please be honest and serve decent portions), we had a toastie and the bread slices were way too small, bowl of chips was a let down- deep fried, other coffee clubs use an air fryer, guess our preference on health is different, but hey, I’m leaving an honest review for those who are scraping pennies to go out and eat now and then! Overall, nice atmosphere and staff, great location , will we be back? Possibly not.

It's always been a great experience coming to the Coffee Club here at the Hyperdome. Actually been coming here for the last 16 years. And the food and service has always been top notch. Last Wednesday before going to the movies next door I enjoyed the best Cesar Salad I've ever had. I got the Salad with peppered Calamari. I do highly recommend this dish.

Very odd, got turned away from ordering takeaway coffees as the wait was too long. Could see that most tables were occupied but no-one else was lined up to order a takeaway coffees... Perhaps management might want to put in more staff so the staff aren't so stretched..?

Ordered avocado on sourdough as a take away option and what I actually received looked more like a tossed salad. Glad to see they can read as they added the extra mushrooms but somehow forgot to add the other bits I’d requested ? Poor service, barely worth 1 star

On 25th August a friend and I had brunch at the Coffee Club Hyperdome. I ordered a decaf coffee. I have been going there since it opened so I have been a loyal patron. This time the Barista gave me a caffeinated coffee. I am allergic to caffeine so it has greatly affected me. I phoned that afternoon and spoke to the manager Jocelyn and explained what has happened. I wanted them to know incase something happened to me. She said" drink plenty of water and eat something to flush the caffeine out of my system. She took my details and no one has bothered to date to contact me. After my FB message. Hopefully it will be on the feed. I got a message saying they didn't have my phone number. That is pathetic. Very disappointing service this time.

Im not usually one to care about the over priced food at this cafe chain but I really like it when I seat myself and I’m given table water within 30 seconds of sitting down. Its not hard to do but when the place was as busy as it was and we’re served as quickly as we were, it doesn’t go unappreciated. Shout out to Magda she’s a pro.

Went to Coffee Club Loganholme with my mother and her friend. The staff were beyond friendly and offered great suggestions for us. The portions were simply fantastic and the taste was fresh and delicious! Will certainly be back!

I've been a regular customer 5 years now... I've found overall service good food good but inconsistent at times due to different chefs. Otherwise food comes out much as menu's states I mainly order omelette with extras coffee sometimes the smoothy aswell. Yes definitely one of the better franchises around Springwood doesn't even rate in comparison with loganholmes quality of food and service 👌 My only gripe the kids play ground gets very loud wth a giant Abacus 🧮 banging like hammers🔨 . Otherwise food is on point 👉 👈

The first time, I've experienced good/ prompt and friendly service at this venue. Usually it's just meh!! Coffee was good. I wish they used equal as their sweetener. The club sandwich was huge! Tasted great. Chips were seasoned perfectly! Well done. To be honest, I usually avoid this cafe, but after this positive experience, I will return.

One of the best Coffee Clubs to visit, the staff were very friendly, we didn't wait long for our orders and the food was great. A shout out to Steven, he was attentive and friendly.

For me the coffee was good, I don't like a strong bitter coffee so it was to my liking and it wasn't too hot that I couldn't drink it when I received it. The food we had was decent we got, scrambled eggs and bacon on toast and an egg and bacon burger with a hash brown, not the best we have had but still very good quality.

Great service everyone I come her for breakfast always leave with a smile of my face and my stomach full and now I've become a regular they even remember my order down to the sugars in my drink thanks guy keep up the good work

Meals were ample and service was fabulous. Even though you can order from the table, the staff are always nearby and willing to help. They even came and checked on dietary requirements (which they would normally have clarified if they had taken the order themselves... And that was really appreciated). Speed of servywas excellent and freshness was perfect. Truly satisfied (again). Well done. Smashed Avo... Breakfast Burger...and Zucchini and Corn fritters. All recommend.

Our family loves The Coffee Club at the Hyperdome. Such loving staff and the food is always great! Kid friendly and great coffee!!

Regularly come here but came to dine in with 2 kids and stood at the door with a female waitress walking around us and continue to do other things but her job to seat us so after clearly being ignored we left to dine in somewhere that will actually acknowledge paying customers. Rude!!

The manager needs a serious reality check. So rude and happy to argue with customers over her poor service. Don't waste your money here. You will just be disappointed. You know the place isn't the best when even the staff are mouthing off about the management

Had a lovely, midweek breakfast at Coffee Club Loganholme. The waitress was attentive and friendly, food was hot and served quickly. Will be back.

Where do I begin, the staff was absolutely a joke, hospitality was not it. I had a piece of blonde hair in my fries. Staff accused me for it being it my own hair even though I have Burnett hair. The food that I had was also very unpleasant as it felt super greasy and frozen. Overall had a very displeasing time

Consistently great experiences! CC Logan Hyperdome provide top notch service, a super clean and comfortable atmosphere and ensure we have a lovely time each and every time we visit. A few months back I engaged a nutritionist, and was a bit concerned out eating out. I have to say Kelly, Jayden and their on-duty chef went out of their way to accommodate my meal request - 2 eggs, scrambled with mushroom and spinach plus half an avocado, no oil. It wasn't on the menu and they just said 'sure'. I appreciated it so much <3 End result? I had a lovely lunch, on plan, and enjoyed a wonderful catch up with my friend. Thank you coffee club, you made a situation I was stressing about very relaxing and delightful indeed.

Was one of my favourite places but they have lost quality. Salad is browning, bao buns stale. Didn't get the order right with the burger

The size of the smashed avo was a joke for the price, 1 small slice of gf toast a small amount of avocado and 3 crumbs of feta! Our table all had our meals except one, who waited quite a while for hers to come out even though we could see it sitting on the counter for over 5mins.

I am on a strict diet and asked for the rump steak, no chips, no sauce but with some halloumi fries on side as they have on their entree menu. They would not do the halloumi fries as a side but wanted to charge me $16 for full entree and offered no discount for any items that I asked them to take off. I’m not going to pay $50 for an average rump steak and some halloumi fries!

Used the app to 'skip the queue' and people who came in after us got their order before us. The meal portion was incredibly small for the price and could have been on a sandwich plate. Two meals served together with the third meal being served 15 minutes later. Staff apologies for the excessive delay were meaningless. Very disappointed with the whole experience. I won't be meeting you at The Coffee Club 👎
