Other than the rooms needing a bit of an update, the beds were comfy and quite, considering the bar , lounge and pokies were busy. Great access to rooms via a private door and lift. The staff were great, friendly and very efficient. Meals were well presented. Overall 8 out of ten.

This used to be my partners favourite pub, now we’ve come in tonight and the whole menu is changed. The food was bland and the salt and pepper calamari had no taste at all, the garlic bread was undercooked. Main meals came out 5 seconds after the starters. Chips didn’t have any salt , the main food was also bland. The sauce portion was not great for the price of it. The prices have hiked and the quality of the food has just gone down hill. Not sure if you have new staff or a new chef but it’s nothing like it used to be .

This hotel is not worth the money! It’s like going back in time to the 1970’s. The rooms are so basic, the bathroom is quite old. The beds are hard, we asked for a spare blankets as it was cold in the room and one of the blankets had stains and blood on it! I’ve stayed at other basic hotels but this was terrible. The hairdryer was a old one on the wall and only worked on low for about 3 mins at a time, so drying your hair was near impossible. Location wasn’t bad and staff were friendly. You can hear the people in the room next door talking as clear as anything. Not a great experience and only booked as nothing else was available.

I had just gotten out of appointment at hospital and was very hungry. Pubs roast lamb was absolutely yummy. I am a small eater but ate the big plate of lamb veggies and gravy. My 4th visit and it's always good tucker

Friendly staff at the hotel, the bed is comfortable and air conditioning worked really well. The rooms are actually large compared to many other places I've stayed. They are basic rooms. However, they have all you the things you need to get a good night's rest. They are in a really central location for having a loved one in hospital. The woolworths is only a couple of minutes walk away and you can get dinner downstairs at the pub.

The staff here are so lovely and the food was great and came out really quick. Was also very fairly priced.

Only had lunch there and the one option designated gluten free on the menu wasn't even gluten free! Could have had the cop-out options of roast, steak or grilled fish, so had the grilled fish, which was tolerable.

I wasn't an overnight guest so I can't rate that. The pub was great though. Good food range and massive portions. Across the street from Logan Hospital.

We attended the Meadowbrook Hotel for dinner based on the mostly positive google reviews. The staff were pleasant and good to deal with. Our meals however, were a huge disappointment, we both had the Chicken Parma with chips and salad. The Parma was dried out chicken, it was barely warm and had been left under the griller such that the cheese and bacon on top were both totally dried out. The chips were cool and soft, as if they had been sitting in a bain marie. Very disappointing, we would not return.

The best value & most delicious Steak Salad & Chips meal in Logan City. Available all day. I've never had a bad meal here yet. Friendly staff & child friendly. Totally recommend this place to anyone who loves their food. 10 out of 10

My grandson and I had dinner here on a Saturday night food was great BUT I feel the eating area is too close to the main drinking bar or sports bar so we had to put up with loud swearing patrons we couldn’t eat fast enough and get out of there. My opinion not a family pub.

I was there to host Musical bingo and rather than be appreciated for being early, I was accused by staff of starting the event early during my sound check. Customers enjoyed themselves and many new participants to Musical Bingo thanked me and commented they'd return the following week because they enjoyed themselves so much. I ordered one drink; however, my credit card has been charged for 2 separate purchases. Now I'm in the process of attempting to be refunded.

First time going to the Meadowbrook Hotel. Had dinner it was a great roast the wife and grandkids had. I had the bangers and mash with peas. 5 Stars all the way Service, Food and Location. We will be going back.

AMAZING FOOD !!! Great customer service and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be there again with the family and we drive from ipswich because we heard the meals were great and had to check out ourselves.

We went for dinner with friends staying at the hotel. 35 degrees that day & their air-conditioning didn't work. The hotel gave them a free meal due to this. We ordered our food & two dishes came about 15 mins before the other 2, we were a table of 4. Then they kept bringing other people's orders to our table. One girl asked "how's everything going" and our reply wasn't great, she didn't know what to say or how to handle it. When meals 3 & 4 finally came out, one of them was wrong. Probably pick somewhere else to eat.

If you are looking for an accommodation and Service. I think these people are the worst by far. Staff Kelly and her manager Matt, don't know handle the issue. All they know is to hang up the phone. So be careful while making a booking. Save yourselves. Edited after reply: When did questioning became abuse? The phone call was for 1 minute 36 seconds. Spoke with 2 people. Asked the same question for a clarity to make sure that the instructions were given, unfortunately all they did was hang up the call. All I asked was a very simple question which was "Did you guys notify us through email regarding the check in process?" Questioning them is abuse in their own world. There was no swearing, no insults, nothing in the sort of abuse.

Very disappointed Rang up yesterday at 12 o'clock to organise a birthday party Yet quite clearly the person I was speaking to had no idea Got the seating arrangements wrong Had to wait for a table , Considering Iran yesterday to organise this I wanted Balloons and a birthday thing etc etc for a birthday party and got absolutely nothing 9 at off 10 of food Service 4 at of 10 For service

The food was absolutely amazing!! The steak that we had was the best we’ve ever had, cooked perfectly thanks to Johnny. The Meadowbrook chicken schnitzel was absolutely delicious such a good flavour combination. The staff was great and provided service with a smile, they were all so lovely, including the kitchen staff who we spoke to after we finished eating. We will definitely be back!!

Went for dinner last night. I ordered the steak as I have had it before and enjoyed it. My wife had the lasagne special, which I was as well. It was in my opinionbland and overpriced at$25. Steak was good and food came out quickly.

I commend the conduct and professionalism of Meadowbrook Hotel. We had my wife's Surprise Birthday today at the hotel and our guests loved the attention to our needs were met. From the platters of food provided to the bar service. We were in the atrium room, and even if the room was open, it still gave private vibes with ambience and service being fantastic. Speak with Food and Beverage Manager Andrea Mole, and coordination with Team Meadowbrook, day Manager Collin and Chef Jason with his food service team Su Chef Ben, you too will experience the warmth and welcoming 5 star service. Give them a call for your Birthday, or private event... very affordable.

Staff were friendly and really quick service. Took pop for lunch, he had the grilled fish and chips, I had the schnitzel. Was the best schnitzel I have had in a long time and great sized too. Will definitely be back

DO NOT order the Mixed Grill. For $30 what you get is a quite small sausage, a single piece of Bacon and what I believe to be their Rump Steak. Considering the steak alone is $15 that means you're paying another $15 for the bacon and sausage. Quite the let down. It amazing how many desserts they could sell if they didn't have them so over priced. $10 for the tiniest sliver of a slice you've ever seen. We go quite often for the steak and we all agree if the dessert was reasonably priced, say $5? we would all get something as well. Could be a reason why the cakes never move. Get the steak. Its probably the best in Brisbane for the price.

Had my son 18th birthday there and the service was amazing, staff are super friendly set up everything.The food was absolutely amazing amazing cook all food was spot on with all 20 meals !! Would go back over and over .

We had a bad service but it was rectified at the end, they try their best to what's right I guess. I was sorry I recommended my friends stay there at the start. But after then trying to fix the problem I guess it wasn't too bad.

Worst meal ever would not recommend this place at all. Had the lunch special steak and 1/2 ribs $40 xtra $3 for sauce service was rude.

This used to be my favourite place to go for something amazing to eat, or just to have a couple of drinks and play some pool. My husband and I have been going here for years. But after an encounter with a rude, arrogant and condescending staff member the other day, we will never be back again. Not to mention the ridiculous price increase since the renovations. If I could give a zero star review, I would.

The food was delicious. Steak was cooked just right. Reasonably priced meals. Nicely decorated venue. Would return.

Awesome boothes in the restaurant,.could be any era, foods awesome and great.for those on a budget. Gaming is hectic till the wee hours, I've taken a major in my lunch break drop in. Luv it.

I like chilling at the Meadowbrook every now and then, the people are friendly, the staff are great, the food is nice and the location is central to everything.. I'm yet to have a big win on the pokies but have witnessed some pretty nice wins..

Staff are very friendly and I found it a very good environment for all ages. The menu had a good variety of food, and tastes delicious as well. A main meal filled me up, but could still fit in some dessert. If you have never been, give it a go!

The restaurant has been renovated since we last went - looks great! Unfortunately the booth seating in the restaurant is not suitable for plus size people, but there are other tables with unfixed chairs. Food is great and we'll priced. Friendly staff. Will come back again.

Superb food and excellent staff the 2 times I've come for quizzame lately. Renovation looks fresh and bright while still keeping its identity and not looking or feeling pretentious. Most flavoursome pasta I've ever had. Highly recommend!

My family and I used to visit regularly before the renovations and we loved it but unfortunately now that the renovations have been completed the place is not family friendly anymore. We visited tonight and oh my god I couldn’t even hear what my own family were saying to me across the table it was that loud. Now that the sports bar and dining area are combined and it is now all open it is was too loud, the family behind us were singing along to the songs at the top of there lungs and yelling bingo when we were trying to enjoy a nice meal. Myself and my partner actually had to step outside with my 5 month old because it was way to loud and overwhelming inside. The renovations are lovely but I wish they could of kept the dining separate from the sports bar, way to many drunks yelling and speaking loudly along with someone using a microphone and people singing loudly into the microphone. We will have to find another family friendly pub to visit for a nice dinner where we can actually hear what each other are saying and don’t leave with massive headaches

Had a nice 3course meal ,corn,chicken and pasta soup. Lamb roast pasta bake and vegetables mint sauce, chocolate cake and cream $15.00 yum

A very average place. Dusty and dated and in need of a renovation. Air-conditioning took ages to cool down. No ceiling fans to circulate air. Batteries were flat in the TV remote. Only positive is its close to hospital and restaurants.

Came in for a meal...our usual on schnitzel night. Haven't been in a few weeks and in that time they've had a makeover and it looks fantastic. The meal was on point again. Always Hot and fresh and chicken is always juicy and tender. Highly recommend.

The food prices have increased since the renovation. Especially the childrena menu. I don't think it's worth the quality of food. The new renovations are nice but it's not a family friendly pub like it used to be.. it's more a social place. However no pool tables. Not a pub I would plan to have drinks at with friends.

Always great service and prices , kept clean and well maintained . Steaks are cooked perfectly, plenty of salad and pepper sauce is my favourite. Love that they brought out the kids meals quickly, almost like they have kids of their own and know how much more enjoyable it is to get the kids sorted and eating. We were able to enjoy our meals in peace. 👌 highly recommended.

Great pub feed for decent prices. Nice selection of drinks and food. Dining area much more welcoming since the renovations. Too much TAB racing and not enough variety on the screens around the place compared to some other places.

Always great food and service. The food is reasonably priced and they have daily specials. Gotta try the $15 rump steak that's available everyday. Friendly and helpful staff.

Stop in for a bite while I was in the area. Great service, friendly staff. Had thr pork belly bites for starters and then a meadowbrook schnitzel and they were both amazing. Will definitely call back in when I'm next in the area.

So first visit to specifically try the Sunday roast. Maybe I'm too old and no one carves a roast anymore but the meat slices might as well come from a supermarket deli. Plus the carrots and peas were cold. And how does a hotel run out of coke? Roast was edible but we won't go back to see if anything else is better.

Ate here while my wife was giving birth to our first baby. Food is excellent and price is on point. I enjoyed every meal.

We stayed in the twin room, it was disgusting. There was something indescribable on both the bedside table & the lamp. The lamp also looked like it had been dropped numerous times. There was debris on the countertop. The mugs were dirty & I cleaned one myself & it left filth in the towel I used to clean it with. The mirror & bathroom sink was dirty also. The toilet leaked. The towel rail was broken. The shower curtain was filthy. The shower temperature was lukewarm. The walls were so thin that we heard our neighbours talking at 3am & all night there was banging of doors. The room was way overpriced & it looks like they charge so much just because they are opposite the hospital. Disgusting.

The walls through the hall were first with dents or holes through it. Got to the room and lamp shades looked like the hadn’t been dusted in a very long time as they had cobwebs through it. The carpet was ripped, one of the chairs were broken, there also was a bug running around in the bathroom but all in all the room is really outdated and the hotel just seems so run down! The only great thing was the bed was comfy

Been coming to Meadowbrook every week for a few months now and had to share how amazing this food is. I had the rump, mash and veggies was amazing and my partner had the seafood pizza. Staff were so lovely and the chef Jason is a character, always smiles and a very pleasant time there.
