I order pizza using online website and specified to remove spring onions and red onions as ingredients. The pizza arrived with red onions on it. I call the store to complain. The person over the phone told me " they did not receive any instructions to remove any ingredients on their side". I asked them then why did not you add spring onions? He had no answer. He offered me to send another pizza for half prize.

The whole staff including emma was very hard working and worked swiftly to provide a great and fast service.

The pizza was really good, but I am completely disgusted by the fact that they charge $7 for a completely plain pizza. Like, I mean completely plain, no sauce, no toppings, nothing.

Lovely little pizza joint. Usually I try to support small businesses, but the kids were hungry and my hands were tied. Saw a roach in the kitchen, but hey, we all have our demons. Tasty pizza.

Overall: The customer service provided was no less than perfect, however, that is where the good stuff ends. The $30 worth of food was exceptionally horrible. With half of the order missing and the other half raw, there is near to nothing that will encourage me to return back. Positives: the lady who served me at the store was extremely polite and provided exceptional customer service. Negatives: The Melt had no cheese on it and the "My Domino's" box was missing the garlic bread and chicken bites. The loaded fries with cheese and bacon was cold and raw.

Too bad quality.I ordered two pizza tonight. the ingredients were rotten with disgusting smell .I just throw them in pin after spending 35$

I bought a normal supreme pizza at Caloundra a few weeks ago. Went local at Waterford and ordered a loaded supreme. The standard supreme at Caloundra had more toppings and the base cooked.

Had really bad food it was just like rubbish never had a pizza like this before so guys donot waste your money

Gave me food poisoning! My family purchased both meat and vegan pizzas and everyone got extremely sick in the following days. The only person that didn’t was the one that only ate the vegan pizza. I have no doubt we all got sick from the meat on the pizza from this domino’s location.

What a pleasant experience it was to be greeted by two happy young staff members a young man and young lad,y that also informed us that it was the last day of there special deal that they had ,to which I was unaware of. Added bonus the pizzas were delicious. Great job.

Normally fantastic pizza and deliver died but this time I paid around $15 for a Pepperoni Deluxe pizza, but it looks like the same as a normal $5 pepperoni pizza, I like I got scammed this time.

Compared to Domino's in Townsville and other places, this was the best Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza I've had in a very long time.. delivery was by scooter, but it was still hot.! Well done.!

My wife and I ordered a double pizza deal with 2 sides and a Pepsi. After an hour. We called up to ask about our order. We got a response saying there’s no record of your order. Then hung up on us. The food turned up 20 mins later. Opened the pizza boxes and multiple cockroaches ran out from the black burnt pizzas. This is a major health hazard and dominos arnt taking any sort of responsibility for the appalling food they provide and they said they have no record of the order. I would really rethink ordering from this store if your considering pizza please don’t. I will never order from this store ever again..

It's a dominos. But never had an issue with them.

The money you pay here is ridiculous compared to the quality of pizza you get especially when staff can put the right toppings on and are more interested in flirting then doing the customer right!

I was charged $15 for a $3 pizza and they didn't even give me what I ordered I ordered a 3 meat mini pizza instead I got a simple cheese I'm very disappointed

To day I place an 5 hot chilli wings and one chicken peri peri pizza by an phone call and I said I will pick the order they said the amount 30.98 and I questioned them yesterday also I place the same order and you charge me 24.98 but why you are charging today 30.98 they haven’t answered about that and I came to pick the order and aak the same thing she told me that you place 10wings and pizza but I ordered 5 wings and then I ask them add some more hot souce please but they refuse that and not serving coustmers properly this store is an worst service

Pizzas were burnt and far to many spices it gave me a bad reaction.

Been coming here for years now and as far as customer service goes (especially at problem solving) and pizzas in general, these guys do an amazing job. Much better than most dominoes I've been to.

Not sure of the young boys name, but every time I get him on the phone, he is a beautiful natured kind fella, great customer service every time.

BROUGHT PIZZA TONIGHT BUT GOT HOME IT WAS DOUGH BREAD WITH CHEESE SIGHTLY MEALTED AND ROAR PEPPERONI THE FRIST TIME NOT COOKED DISSAPONTED WHATS GOING ON IF I WANTED BREAD WITH CHEASE I COULD OF GOT THAT FROM COLES WASN'T EVEN COOKED AT 5:30 TONIGHT 8*4*2022 THEY SAID 15 MINS BUT LOOKED LIKE 30 SECONS IN MICOWAVE SLACKING TONIGHT SHOULDNT THEY CHECK BEFORE BOXING THEIR PRODUCTS

I bought three pizzas from the store 2 spicy peppy paneer and 1 Indi chicken tikka regular, advertised prize in store is $12.05 for extra large and $8.75 for large respectively. I supposed to pay $32.85 but they charged me $50.00. when i asked the staff i was referred to the shift manager, he came and said its not our mistake its Dominos mistake for not sending the new price menu. And he was treating me very badly in front of other customers. They don't even want to explain me why there are extra charges . Also, threatening me on covid safety when i asked for my money. Staff serving me not wearing mask, and said he get tested for COVID every time he enter the Store, so none of his staff required to wear mask. I feel like my money is robbed from me, while our birthday celebration was ruined by ordering Pizza from this Dominos. very frustrating

Disgusting Pizza don't bother we bought 5 pizzas and the 2 garlic pizzas were burnt and had hardly any flavour on it will never order here again
