    I went through the drive through tonight. We wanted to try the Angus burgers. Expecting them to be better than the normal burgers given the price. ($13 a burger). Not only did we have to wait like 25 minutes for the three burgers, while the rest of our food got cold on the bench. When we finally got the burgers they were burnt black. The pictures don't even do justice to how burnt they were. Simply put, if you want burgers that are edible, go to Carl's Jnr.

    FIRSTLY, we were created by very attitudal girls at front counter, we wait for our order, whilst finishing somewhere to sit we saw the floor and seating. The whole restaurant is filthy, the girls are scratching their head, doing their hair ect, all around food and then touching food. Disgusting. There is orange juice all over one of the booths. This place is horrible. There is one girl at front counter who is lovely but the rest are all so snappy and have no professionalism. It looks like a circus.

    We found the burger with 2 bite marks when we were going to eat it. What a disgusting, unhygienic act to do. We ordered around 11:30am.

    Worst experience ever longest wait time in the drive through 30min wait to get food 20mins just to be able to pay! Terrible time management all the staff standing around doing nothing while one guy cooks. Also the messiest kitchen I’ve seen rubbish all over the floor people touching their hair before they bag the food! Never going here again DISGUSTING!!!

    absolutely appalling waiting times in drive thru, the staff have no customer service skills, if i could give a 0 i would. The toilets are filthy. The regional manager seriously needs to retrain all staff, and do regular checks on this store. i will never be returning here again.

    Absolutely abysmal packaging of food. Cold/wet products in a flimsy paper bag seems like a great combo. Loved eating the food with tasty floor salt when the delivery driver handed me the food for it to fall through. Oh, almost forgot that I couldn’t even enjoy my succulent meal with the 2 other cheeseburgers I was supposed to get because they weren’t packaged. Refunded best I could and happily will never go back to hungry jacks Woodridge.

    Disgusting and childish and sounds like a party house not a work place with the stuff here, Felt so sorry for this old lady waiting for her meal seen her shaking for awhile, which made me upset so I had to say to the stuff to respect your elderly, she was standing there so long waiting for her meal and then waited even longer for her coffee, then went to seat to eat and both her and her husband meal was cold so they brought it back. Sickening & Heartless zero star

    Hungry Jacks entire operation at all stores has become absolutely disgraceful. With quality of products getting worse by the day. Service is slow and unreliable with mistakes filling orders. Cleanliness of restaurants disgraceful and stock and maintenance of equipment non existent.

    Honestly, wish I could give this zero stars. Had the displeasure of getting an order here this morning. Pancake meal, sausage Turkish roll meal. Was given this with no cutlery, butter or syrup for the pancakes. Apparently they had no butter and syrup? Yeah good one. So we took it home to eat. Don't know if the Turkish roll is supposed to have sauce or something on it, but mine didn't. Was the driest, nastiest thing I've had. Roll must have been from last week, was hard and crunchy, pretty poor. Honestly it's my own fault for coming here, I should have known better, that 20 bucks would have better spent literally anywhere else, I feel robbed.

    Firstly every table we tried to sit at was not clean we had to use our own wipes to clean the table we were at and rubbish we could not ask anyone about this cause they were dealing with customer's and their orders was missing burgers and other stuff .It was only after we ate someone came out to clean Then when we got our order our fries box's were half full when I question the person who gave our order about this issue she just ignored me and said that's how they are this was very disappointing. And so I had asked another person before they refilled my fries because if they didn't fill my large fries I would have ask for a refund so by the time I ate my burger it was cold I feel like I don't want to go to this hungry Jack's for this experience of poor service I don't want to pay a lot of money for poor quality service and product im so sad to be writing this but it has to be done.

    What a waste of money. I just went through the drive through and arrived home 4 minutes later to sit down to eat straight away. Upon opening my bag, the unnecessary wad of napkins at the bottom are soggy and wet, and my burger is stone cold. Not luke warm, stone cold!!!! I literally live just down the road, not half an hour away, at best my burger should be at least warm. Don’t waste your time trying to call the restaurant because the number doesn’t work. Don’t go here, waste your money somewhere else!!

    Staff put front slamming bins and rubbish all around the bin area near the drive through. Huge wait. No ice for an drinks available and ended up getting the order wrong anyway. Order larger whopper Jr with cheese and received one without le cheese 🧀

    The worst HJ’s I’ve ever been too. The park had 6 teenagers laying in it smoking. I told them to get out which they did so I inspected if they had left anything behind. The park had food, spilt drinks in it and hadn’t been clean in a long time, was disgusting. The bins literally had food spilling out of them and not one clean table. Minimal customers and a lot of staff standing around. The place was dirty, couldn’t believe my eyes. Never again

    Placed app order for pickup in drive thru, still got parked to wait for order to be brought out, watched 4 cars leave from drive thru while I sat waiting. Went in to find my order was ready and just sitting out on counter tops waiting, staff never said anything and put a hash brown in the bag as if that was what it was waiting for, only to get home and find the extra hot coffees were barely warm and the food was almost cold. This store has putrid service to customers and orders regardless of dine in, take away or delivery always take forever cause staff have little or no work ethic and even managers will stand around talking with staff distracting them from their job while customers are waiting.

    One of the worst hungry jacks I've been to in terms of food quality. Tried the new pork belly deluxe and it only had a few measly pieces of pork that didn't really look or taste like pork. The beef patties and chips were also dry. What a disappointment.

    Standard HJ Chain Store. Guaranteed standard menu. Few complaints. Occasional shortages. Standard layout. Beginning to show some ageing. Time to overhaul, soonish? OK, for now. Nothing glowing, but fresh, economical, available. 👍🏽 good enough

    This store leaves something out 90% of the time without fail. Sometimes entire meals. If I added up all the items missing over the years I'd be able to feed the family three meals a day for a week. Often clear things from the tables while I wait, floor is always interesting and the staff have that "welcome to Costco, I love you" vibe (there are good ones.. usually losing their mind at the ineptitude of others). Employ some older staff to raise the standard of the young ones - we get it, it's a cost saver, but it's damaging your business long term applying this strategy.

    We waited for more than 30 min, even though it was not very crowded and there were enough workers. Floor was sticky and something stunk while wating. They said they ran out of lactose-free milk at first, so we asked for skimmed milk. However, the worker at the counter didn't know what skimmed milk was. At the end, they somehow found lactose-free milk so we were happy about it. But when we got home, we realized they missed to pack one of our burgers.. It was long trip to go back, so my dad and I had to share a burger for dinner.. Probably the worst way to end your sunday.

    Restaurant is grubby dirty. Needs a deep clean. What happened to wearing hair nets while making burgers?? Disgusting to sit inside without feeling like I needed to sanitise everywhere. So disappointed.

    Had great service from the drivethrough speaker to the meal. Greeted well, clear and concise on order repeat. Money transaction smooth and easy from friendly staff. Speed of meal to come was quick and everything hot. Consumed the meal and all as it should be, chips fresh, burger good temp, drink was flavoursome. Would have been a 10/10 for me today but was missing the napkins. Not that the burger was falling apart and i needed it. Great effort team.

    If like me, you enjoy an early breakfast, don't bother coming here between 5-6am, as this store is NOT 24HRS AS ADVERTISED. It's more like 23hrs. This is false advertisement Hungry Jack's. If your sign says 24hrs then I should receive service ANYTIME. I looked it up and this shutdown you do to reset every day should only take 15-25 minutes. You are taking an hour every day to do it. Also it would be nice if you trained your staff to have actual manners, common courtesy and respect.

    Worst meal ever. Never thought will put a review Like this for hungry jacks. Cause it’s always been my favourite. I Had a pickup order from this store today. First I had to wait in store for around 15 minutes even my order was ready they didn’t packed it and when I got my order, food was cold. Drinks were tasteless like water. They were not even as busy as been before. Seriously if you guys can’t buckup quickly, have more staff members. Keep lazy staff away. Seriously ruined my Special day.🫤

    Was just served an empty bun. Asked for kids cheeseburger meal with extra meat patty & extra pickles. Get home to find a bread roll in the Box then staff were quite rude when called, saying I’ll show you the receipt. I didn’t need to see the receipt to know order was put through wrong. No apology. In fact seemed annoyed because I was slightly annoyed. Won’t go here anymore as never friendly anyway & shove food at you without even speaking many times.

    We ordered chicken pops that was supposed to come with one sauce, did not come with any sauce an is advertised as a 20 pack, received 12. We ordered 1 extra sauce and we did not receive ANY sauces. We ordered a chicken Royale without lettuce, it came with lettuce. We ordered extra salt on onion rings, they came with no salt. Our drink had no straws. What an absolute shamble. Do yourself a favour an bypass to KFC 2 min up the road! This is not the first time this has happened. We should have never returned after there first mistake 3 visits ago.

    6/9/2022 at 2:30pm ordered a snack meal of a BBQ Cheeseburger and a popp'n chicken snack box and I need to make a special mention to a friendly female named Lilly as she packed my food and had it all packed and ready to go literally JUST as my eftpos transaction was approved. That is some next level customer service right there and needs some recognition, GREAT service 😁

    Store had run out of smaller patties, so upgraded my Whopper Junior w/ small drink to a full-size Whopper w/ medium drink. Staff are always friendly. And they never skimp on the sauce. Better than the average HJs if you ask me. Cheers y'all.
