In terms of the dentist and hygienist, I’d give them 5 stars because they were nice and professional and efficient and VERY informative. This one star is SOLELY for the blonde receptionist that provided an upsetting and unprofessional experience for me. I intentionally waited to cool down before posting this review (it’s been a month I think) to avoid unnecessarily scathing words. Initially, the person on the phone (unsure if this was the blonde receptionist) confirmed the appointment time AND my phone with me, CORRECTLY. The day of my appointment comes and the blonde receptionist says my appointment was earlier (I wouldn’t have scheduled it earlier because of my two jobs that are back to back) I was confused because I also didn’t get a confirmation text. She insists she did text me, call, and left a voicemail in a rude tone and insisted I was wrong and that she “didn’t know what to tell me”. I show her the evidence on my phone that I received no call, voicemail or texts and she said “well, I did” rather that “that’s strange, let me see” (or something nice along those lines). She then checks my info (and they somehow had my number off by one number) and though this would have been a good opportunity to apologize, she NEVER did and kept up her tone which to me sounded rude. She never validated my frustrations and even if it was “I’m sorry this happened” or “sorry you’re frustrated,” I might have felt better (people make mistakes, you know?) but she insisted she did her part correctly. She rescheduled me for A MONTH OUT when I was in pain and waited a month for this appointment and expressed to her the pain and the long wait…. and never even offered to put me on the cancellation call list. (Which literally every place has). This was the most unprofessional customer service ever. I literally called around everywhere but nobody else in the county had openings immediately so I kept my appointment. I am good at letting things go so I made the best out of my actual visit and came to love the hygienist, Lacy who was so sweet and made me feel very welcomed and the dentist, Dr. workman who was very informative and helpful. If it weren’t for them, I’d probably change dentists.

The best dentist I have ever been to. Very kind and understanding to your needs. Does every thing he can to make sure you are feeling comfortable. Goes above and beyond. When it comes to the worst part of seeing a dentist, the shots, don't know how he does it but you can't even feel it. I would recommend him to any one.

Very good Dentist happy and friendly kinda wish there main office was the main one when you come throw the doors but it is a good clean place.

I've been to many dentists in my years, but I want to say, Dr Workman and his staff are the best I've seen in years. They are extremely proficient and well organized. The thing I like the best; is their friendly, happy personalities. They take the time to get to know your name and remember it next time you come in. The reason I went to Dr Workman is because my prior dentist was telling me I needed 2 crowns and they were trying to sale me financing. I'm a sales person and I know when I'm being sold to. When I went to Dr Workman he only recommended 1 crown and it was much less than my other dentist. I knew it was time to switch. They have been great to work with and know who I am when I come in. Thank you for taking care of me. I highly recommend him and his friendly staff.

I've know Dr. Workman for over a decade. He is an outstanding human being and a very caring and detail focused dentist. I have had the opportunity to work with and collaborate on multiple dental cases with him. I am always impressed with his work. He is fair and honest; as well as compassionate and caring. He will listen to you and treat you as one of his family members. He will never up sale you on treatment and will provide you all the options for what you truly need. Dr. Workman and his team are great! Very friendly and great to answer questions. He’s good at giving shots so there’s little pain...Which I love because I hate needles!! Dental assistants do great work with cleaning. You have the option to watch Netflix too. :) I switched to him by referral from my sister because of they are personable and honest, and care about your comfort while you’re there.
