My
daughter
has
been
practicing
martial
arts
for
several
years
and
we
count
TDF
gym
as
a
second
home.
The
class
options
and
caliber
of
instruction
are
fantastic
and
the
sense
of
community
is
unrivaled.
It
doesn't
matter
if
you've
been
coming
for
years,
or
just
walked
in
the
door,
you'll
feel
accepted.
The
instructors
are
the
perfect
balance
of
kind,
patient,
and
dedicated
to
helping
students
of
any
age
push
themselves
to
the
peak
of
their
potential.
All
instructors
are
Safe
Sport
certified,
and
have
basic
or
advanced
first
aid
training.
The
Judo
club
is
recognized
and
registered
with
USA
Judo,
and
has
many
athletes
that
compete
in
events
around
the
nation,
and
have
been
or
are
ranked
nationally,
as
well
as
qualify
and
compete
internationally.
Which
is
a
testament
to
the
quality
of
instruction.
The
Tae
Kwon
Do
and
Hapikdo
classes
are
thorough
and
rigorous,
and
registered
as
well.
We
personally
don't
attend
the
other
offerings,
but
it's
easy
to
see
they
are
just
as
top
tier.
Many
students
participate
in
multiple
disciplines.
Being
able
to
attend
any/all
classes
offered
is
an
amazing
opportunity.
The
TDF
owners
and
staff
genuinely
care
about
every
person
who
walks
through
their
doors.
This
sense
of
stewardship
is
passed
down
to
athletes
of
every
age,
and
is
evidenced
by
the
willingness
of
the
older
youth
athletes
volunteering
to
help
mentor
and
train
with
new,
younger
students,
as
well
as
the
fact
that
adult
members
that
have
moved
away
regularly
return
to
practice
and
support
the
team.
If
you
want
a
place
where
your
children
can
be
active,
build
confidence,
and
be
a
part
of
a
community,
TDF
is
the
best
choice
in
the
valley.
And
if
you're
an
adult
that
wants
to
get
a
work
out
that
pushes
your
limits,
while
taking
your
martial
arts
skills
to
the
next
level,
or
learn
them
for
the
first
time,
you'll
find
a
home
here.
From
first
time
beginners
of
all
ages,
to
life
long
students,
there
are
classes
to
fit
your
needs.
