The two chefs of Ikaro really master the art of fusion between the Ecuadorian and Rioja kitchen in their timeless and upscale diningroom with views of the kitchen. The beautiful food is presented with wines from the region and also older vintages. Highly recommend.

Reservation: We booked two months ahead, even it's a lunch on working day, because it's getting closer to the Christmas time. Service: The service is absolutely wonderful! The waiters are so friendly and caring, the bread and water just keep coming. Food: Presented after careful planning. The flavor come in layers. Thanks very much for the chef's hard working. Open kitchen design shows you how confident they are about their work. Dinning room is very clean and warm. People don't need to talk loud to hear each other, perfect! At least once in your life you have to try this restaurant.

So gorgeous and delicious. Loved the fact that we could sit by the kitchen window to see the chefs in action, like a beautiful dance. The food was spectacularly delicious and truly works of art. Thank you for a wonderful experience. The beat food in Lograño and well deserved Michelin star!

Experience here was exceptional. Staff were attentive and there was a great range of wines to go with the inventive food.

Food was amazing! My top three favourite were Green Olive Cold Soup (with tomato soaked bread, cured jowl and camerano cheese), Tuna Ceviche Sandwich (with squid ink bun) and Strawberries and Cream (which was served in a super pretty balloon-shape bowl). Service was impeccable. Well worth the Michelin star. I'm not sure why would anyone rate it less than five stars.

What a fantastic tasting menu, fantastic execution and a great variety of dishes from Ecuador and España. Wonderful service, great experience all around - would totally go back again!
