We all loved the place, ambience and the food is delicious. Amazed with the variety of vegan and vegetarian options they had on the menu. Would love to come back.. We were there during Christmas evening and we tasted wine and delicious eggnog.

Great food and amazing service. The way the food was prepared and tasted was a great experience. The staff is extremely friendly, funny and kind. Something to be appreciated since we are once a year customers during the high season. This place is a gem in Winterberg. By comparison, Nudelhaus makes you feel welcomed and at home! After a long trip from Belgium, we arrived too late for our reservation. We were the only customers left in the restaurant, yet the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Food was great, for an amazing price.

Dont let high online scores fool you in Winterberg. The service was excellent that is why I give 3 stars but the food is not. It is to expensive for such food quality. For good food go to Salvatore.

Tonight we visited the Nudelhaus, a nice place at the edge of the city center of Winterberg. I had the Ochsenfetzen dish, rumpsteak stripes and penne. For me this was the best non-traditional pasta dish I've had in years! Outstanding taste. Also very friendly and good service. Nuldelhause, the place to be for an excellent pasta meal.

After the response from the owner, I felt I needed to revise my rating. I'm very fair and understanding about the state of the industry and staffing shortages, but that does not excuse very mediocre service and very long waits. I'm not impatient after 10 minutes, but being seated on a table still dirty from the previous guest, waiting 30 minutes for a menu,then waiting again 30 minutes for the drinks is just not ok. You need to reduce your capacity then, or pay your employees more so you get more staff. Other competitive restaurants down the street do not have the same issues. It was ok. Due to staffing shortages they offer an appetizer and dessert buffet. The staff was very friendly but the waits were very long. The food is exclusive pasta, no other choices and no kids menu. The dessert menu was always empty.

Quality of food is below average. The whole atmosphere is strange with all lights out at the bar area. Staff is friendly so their mistakes are forgiven. I don't like writing (bad) reviews, but how this place is getting excellent reviews is beyond me.

Don’t expect fine cuisine: it is a pasta restaurant. Too much pasta in one dish. Hoped for more asian style noodles or new flavours. Staff was friendly.

Amazing food! Lovely service. When they say they have vegetarian food, they mean it - two whole pages of the menu with clear descriptions and even two entrees called out as vegan. A real delight to eat here.

For my main course, I had the Fettuccini with shrimp and Mediterranean vegetables in a tomato sauce, which was delicious. My husband went for the Penne with Argentine beef strips cooked in garlic and chili, and he loved it as well. The real standout, however, was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and they made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. We were seated in a cozy space, which added to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Overall, Nudelhaus Winterberg exceeded our expectations, and we're already planning to come back for more. If you're in the area and looking for a change of pace from typical German fare, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Very nice place for a change of taste among all the other traditional regional restaueants in winterberg. One has to take a buffet for starters and desserts and have to order a main course meal. The buffet had a nice soup, salad, dressings and sauces. The spread for desserts was also quite good. For the main course i had really awesome and soicy Cahun chili. The portions of main course is quite alot. Its difficult to finsh in one go. Good thing is you can askcthem to parcel the leftovers. The staff was very polite and friendly.

A very pleasant break from the hustle of the main strip in Winterberg. When getting the ‘Cajun Chili’, take the waiting staffs’ warning about this particular dish VERY seriously! One to remember! Would come again in a flash, despite that! 😀
