The staff here are amazing. I'm not sure what we would have done living over 4 hours away and having to be close to the hospital without the help of the Ronald McDonald's house. The generosity of the people who donate to this cause make it possible for people like us to be able to stay close. I even saw that our own chamber of commerce donated to this very house. Thabk you Bishop Area Chamber of Commerce. So grateful.

Excellent staff, fabulous accommodations, awesome laundry room, beautiful kitchens. Almost like staying at a 5 star hotel, and they make things super easy on you so you can focus on taking care of your sick ones.

Truly an asset to the community. I was privileged to take a tour after helping collect food from local stores with our Boy Scout Troop 19. We restocked their pantry with needed groceries. They can use donations and the staff are amazing.

We unfortunately ended up here when our child was in heart failure and had ran through all our resources. We were told by the hospital social worker it was free of charge. But that is not true. The rate was $15 a night and a chore to complete everyday. I did not want to be sweeping and vacuuming after work when I could be with my child. The house manager was so rude. And condescending. I wasn’t even able to respond to how disgusting we were treated when we were there. We left and chose to just sleep in the parking lot of the hospital instead of having her come to our room every night to complain about the chores and try to charge me the daily rate. When I had told her multiple times the hospital had already confirmed with her the stay was free. This place is a total sham . We are supposed to be able to focus on our children in the hospital not deal with a crabby and lazy house manager.

Bro the house keeping manager walked in the room as i was asleep. She can literally do that when ever she feels fit. I dont feel safe here.

The workers were very nice there and had a lot of resources available. It was very cheap for renting a room along with access to a game room, laundry, a playground for kids. They do have scheduled times of when we can access them, but only at night, they're all available all day. They also provide you with a cubby and bin to put food in for those that stay a while. Very great place.

My sister and her husband were so blessed by the Ronald McDonald House when their son was admitted to LLUMH. It was quiet, convenient, and had a playground to help entertain the younger sibling that was not allowed in the hospital. They provided meals and a place for you to cook your own meals if you wanted to. I can not say enough positive things about them!

The staff here at the Inland Empire Ronald McDonald house really do try their best to make your stay as stress-free as possible. A “home away from home” during your stay. Because of the IERMH I was able to be with my daughter the day she woke up out of a coma. They continue to be a welcoming place as I am a returning guest as my daughter is working at her recovery. The Family Services counselors are truly great at what they do here as well.
