This
comment
is
about
the
customer
service.
When
you
ask
what
is
in
the
bowl,
I
got
the
answer
"whatever
is
pictured"
now
clearly
I
cannot
see
what
is
under
the
pictured
veggies.
Cashier
then
continued
to
defend
the
cooks
(who
rang
my
order)
behavior
by
stating
"well
he's
just
the
cook
and
doesn't
know
what
goes
in
there,
it's
the
cashier's
job
but
I
was
probably
on
break".
Coming
from
giving
proper
customer
service
in
the
past,
I'm
not
saying
customers
always
right
but
man
up
and
say
a
simple
I
apologize
for
the
service
that
was
rendered,
don't
continue
to
make
the
situation
bigger
than
it
is.
This
could
have
been
squashed
within
the
first
30
seconds.
Just
by
her
voice
she
seemed
to
be
annoyed
by
the
way
she
gave
short
defensive
answers.
I
then
said
I
didn't
mean
to
make
you
upset,
I
mean
c'mon
I
was
nice
enough
to
acknowledge
the
fact
that
she
was
clearly
upset
of
something
she
was
not
in
control
of.
At
the
end
I
asked
if
they
try
not
to
put
cooks
in
as
cashier's
if
they
are
not
familiar
with
the
menu.
Again
cashier
was
short
and
unconvincing
and
said
"sure".
I
then
ended
with
it's
okay
clearly
this
won't
be
solved
through
you.
I
will
call
tomorrow
and
speak
with
a
manager.
FYI,
it's
upsetting
cuz
my
order
was
incomplete
and
I
couldn't
leave
my
station
cuz
I'm
a
nurse
and
had
just
started
my
shift
for
the
night.
Very
bland
dinner
