    Either the cooks don’t know how to do their jobs, or this is “quiet quitting” at its FINEST. Maybe the cooks hate their jobs/employer and want to drive away any repeat business? I will NOT be returning again for breakfast. My muffin was very burned and smelled like ash, so nasty to the point I was unable to even force it down my throat. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and this breakfast SINGLE HANDILY RUINED MY E-N-T-I-R-E diggity darn day. I have a headache now

    I have driven past this restaurant so many times with lines winding onto the street so today when I happen to be driving by around lunch, I saw shorter lines, so I decided to give it a try. When I first pulled in it was very easy to understand where the lines started and signage was extremely helpful. When I pulled up I wasn't sure what to order but the guy taking orders was patent and that was appreciated. I thought the booths the employees have as shelter while working outside made a ton of sense. I enjoyed reading their little history story on the windows while you wait in the line. I felt like they perfected the drive through experience, even with overhead so you don't get rained on when grabbing your order. The food was amazing and I planned on taking a picture of the sandwich because the chicken was bigger than the bun, which I have never seen from other places. Unfortunately it was so good that I forgot about the picture all together. It was the best chicken sandwich I have had and now I understand why there are long lines. I look forward to a return trip and suggest you give them a try as well.

    This Chick-fil-A was awesome! The staff was professional and friendly, great location! The drive through was pretty packed but went by slowly. The food was hot and fresh. They do have a sauce shortage so we weren’t able to get as many sauces as usual but they did give me a free brownie! Chick-fil-A is the best!

    On Thursday , November 30th, I went to eat here at this chick fil a. The workers were kind and the atmosphere was great! But unfortunately I ordered the spicy deluxe meal and it gave me food poisoning :( I’m still sick till this day but slowly recuperating with proper meds . For the cooks, please make sure you double check on what you’re serving or you’re gonna get someone else sick! Don’t wanna sound like a Karen but I’m not coming back here for this reason , don’t wanna risk getting food poisoning.

    I made an in store pick up for my order. It took the manager too long to come up and ask for my name. Not only that, but she skipped me about 5 times and asked the customers around me what the name on their order was. (Some of these customers came in AFTER me). No eye contact was made and nothing was said to me at all. I was just standing around in the pick up area for a little more than 10 mins. Sad to see that the managers can’t even offer good service. The only thing good about my experience was the food.

    First time tried that location, the chicken sandwich wasn't good like other locations, the lettuce was black and not fresh, they were out of the toy for the kids meal, my children were very sad about this issue, they replaced the toy for a molten ice cream 😣, I gave them the 3 stars just because all staff members were nice and friendly with a great service and appreciation from them.

    Normally, I don't patronize this chain, because of their callous political stance, on 🏳️‍🌈 issues. However according to my 'Food Map App' they were the only place nearby where I could get Chicken Noodle Soup, without exiting my vehicle. The soup was hot, fresh, and well seasoned. They gave ample crackers and were accommodating when I asked to buy a sandwich bun-only to dip in my soup 🍲. I will not go out of my way to go back here for reasons previously stated here. However it was a good port-for-a-storm.

    Had a grilled chicken sandwich, Chicken was tasty but cold, probably cooked a lot earlier and not kept hot. Worst part of the sandwich was the stale dry bun that crumbled apart in my hand. Poor unacceptable quality control. Actually on my three visits to chic filet restaurants the quality has been terrible, I really don't see why people go there when Popeyes and KFC have a far superior product, Must be a spiritual thing.

    Have done drive-through orders at this location a handful of times. Always great service and nice workers. It's never too busy before work, but picks up around lunch. Overall, a great Chick-fil-A!

    Great place wonderful people nice atmosphere, but the food... Grilled chicken club was bland, no flavor to the chicken. I was uninspired. Also, the fries used to be some of the best in town now they are pretty subpar. Barely room temperature and no crispness.

    I’m here twice a week… what can I say?? I appreciate being able to place my order on the app and pick up in the drive-through. The rewards are decent (free fries, cookie, drink)…Sometimes the store manager adds rewards as well. When I go for breakfast they seem to be staffed a little lighter so it sometimes takes a bit longer than lunch.

    1/11/2024 This is the fourth time I visited this location. Each time the order has been wrong by at least two items. Today was the last straw. I'd rather drive 8 mi out of my way to get food then come here again. Today I got the spicy chicken biscuit as one of my items. When I opened it I couldn't even see the chicken. When I removed the top it looked like there was about 1/3 of a filet. When I showed it to the cashier she looked at me like what the heck is wrong? And I also explained to her I don't know what it is about this location but I never have a correct order. They made me another one, this time normal size filet but it wasn't spicy. I opened it up right in front of her and I pointed that out. She was audibly frustrated by her sigh and the way she looked at me. Never experience that before I to Chick-fil-A. They made me another one, and I opened it up in the same thing was not spicy. Rather than argue I just simply left. My coworker orders from here all the time. He experiences the same issue however it's the closest Chick-fil-A so he just deals with it. I just don't understand.

    Stopped by at noon for lunch. Extremely busy, lots of cars waiting but all of the staff could not have been nicer. They were pleasant, polite, quick to take my order, take my payment and get me on my way. Everyone was very efficient at getting the orders taken and food delivered. I have been at this Chick-fil-A location before and have never had anything negative to say. No matter what day of the week or time of day, the food is always consistently good, the service is quick, the staff are delightful, and it's always a good experience.

    It's Chick fil A. The experience is what you'd expect from a Chick fil A. I'd even say, they go farther than the norm. Food was bagged and ready to go when I got there. Fresh and cooked right. Clean and courteous. Ordered a variety of the sauces and each one was there. Havent had a bad experience yet, and I doubt I ever will. Clearly well run and well staffed.

    Absolutely disgusting chicken wrap: the worst driest smallest and stale tortilla and almost zero chicken that tasted like plastic. The lettuce was flaccid and there was no other taste in the wrap. The digital ordering didn't work and neither did the digital payments. The app is trash and has no live customer support. The drive thru agent was fine manners wise but he told me to buy $25 credit twice and the digital payments still didn't work. Major bummer and we still had to pay for the disgusting wrap 🌯 at the window.

    David A took a frustrating situation with their app during lunch rush and provided excellent service that I was not expecting. David made my day today and I can't thank him enough for the help and understanding. What he did was not necessary but appreciated. I will return!

    Recently just picked up a breakfast burrito and was asked to wait while they make things fresh. What i received was a cold breakfast burrito with shredded cheese that was not melted. Eggs were also cold. Had to throw it out. Will say the staff/manager were really nice but its not worth me coming back to explain the situation.

    VERY busy location, but are still very fast, excellent service providers and friendly. Missed our sauces but they made up for it with kindness and compensation. And the food is delicious of course!!

    Just was there with my three kiddos. First my kiddos made a mess and a young man offered to help me clean up my food and offered clean wipes. The my twin girls wanted ice cream cones and my son first didn’t want an ice cream cone then when he saw that my twins had an ice cream cone , he decided that he wanted one and Keegan was so nice to gift a ice cream cone once he saw that my son was crying over one. Everyone is always so polite and accommodating best service ever!!

    The customer service was a 100/10! Me and my friends aren't even in this area and came in from another state but we decided to stop by for lunch. There was a very long line but they were very fast. The employees taking our order was so kind, patient and polite while taking and repeating our order back to us since we had 6 orders. The employees that were in charge of payment were so nice and there were some issues but they swiftly did everything correctly. The lady at the window, her name is Ally, she made sure we got our drinks, my friend didn't get her fries on the first order and she gave us another one. She gave us extra sauces and napkins and she is so respectful! Big Thank You to the staff for taking our huge order and being so kind and patient. The food tasted good and we loved it. I will surely recommend this location to anyone driving through Lombard!!!

    My pleasure? The employees are so polite. Being a national fast food chain, I just can't give you more than 4 stars, even if you are the best national fast food chain. The only issue was my order ahead wasnt made ahead of my arrival. Bonus: it stayed hot that way.

    Everytime I go through the drive through they mess up my order. This time they forgot to give us two sandwiches. I would understand if they messed up the order every now and then, but it's literally everytime.

    They discontinued the regular chicken strips. But the drive through employee suggested other items that was like the strips. Very professional! I was home for a visit from Kentucky nice to see ? Good job, Oak Brook, IL🤛

    Everything was great! They've never messed up my orders either. Personally I think it’s top notch fast food. Food is amazing as always. Employees are always friendly and sincere and the manager was very nice. Consistent in service make sure give you all your concern. Probably the friendliest most efficient group of people I have seen. Can always depend that no matter what location you visit, it'll be the same great quality. Very clean and well maintained store. I like how it is. Overall, this satisfied my craving and I'm definitely going back. Much appreciated. I will most definitely be coming again.

    Very clean restaraunt. The service was excellent as it usually is with most Chick-fil-A restaurants. Although it was busy at lunch time we got in and ordered and got our food very quickly.

    Since I'm a semi-vegan, I can only speak for the good shakes. However , my mom, sisters, and husband, like the chicken sandwiches, so I'm rating that part for them. But as for me the milk shakes are good. And by it being a Christian establishment, I do support them.

    I am not sure what's going on with this location lately. I have been going out of my way to come here, but they need to re-consider who runs this place. Order a couple of sandwiches and the price was 60% more expensive than usual. I asked the guy if he's sure he got the right sandwich and he said "yeah, that's how much this one comes out to." I come to the window and pick up the sandwiches. As I'm driving away I noticed that they didn't give me the right sandwiches. Instead of the "Delux", they gave me club sandwiches. I knew this because I don't eat bacon and there was clearly bacon on the sandwich. That also explains why I was overcharged by 60%. I go around and the guy who took my order is of course not there. I go straight to the window and the girl gives me an attitude. I ask for the manager (Nate.) He apologizes and takes what everyone WOULD THINK is the right order. He asks me to wait at the pick up location. I park, get my sandwiches. Guy leaves and of course knowing what had just happened, I check to make sure I got the right thing this time. Who would have thought that making sandwiches would be this difficult in 2022. Surely they can't make the same mistake twice, right? Wrong. They gave me the same exact sandwich from the first time. I go around for the THIRD TIME. I ask for Nate right away as he took my 2nd order and would know exactly what I had ordered. The girl with the attitude calls for Nate and says "it's the same dude again." Great customer service, Chick-fil-A! Wonder where you get your employees from. I ask Nate to look at the sandwich that was not just made incorrectly the first time, but also made incorrectly a second time. What are the chances of that? He looks and briefly says "sorry." I ask for a refund and this will be the last time that I'll have come to this location.

    We went through the drive thru. It appeared they had plenty of staff but somehow ended up forgetting to give us all of our food. Luckily, we parked in their lot to check our order. They left out my child’s meal, and I walked back in to get it. After returning, I realized they did not give us straws with our four combo meals. Oh well. The food was still good.

    The standards are high here and of course the food is great. I would add though that getting your fries “crispy” was never an issue until late. I used to be able to ask but now they seem to ignore it. I know it’s probably to keep the line moving but please don’t tell me the fries will be crispy from my order and they aren’t. What happened?
