I bought this mattress 4 months ago, my son is only 140 lbs. was told there’s a 15 year warranty. Told I must buy Box spring and mattress cover to have warranty valid. I completed all of the steps to file claim. Told my claim was rejected for having the wrong frame. Was never told I needed to buy frame. Called and tried to speak to General Manager, was put on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. I’ll try the GM again, but until this gets corrected my review will remain 1 star. Absolutely a terrible experience

Do not purchase anything from this store. I don’t write reviews but after multiple issues with our purchase, I felt compelled. We purchased a 4.5k fabric sectional. When we purchased it, they sold us a warranty for 5 years. A week after delivery I had a spill on the couch and I contacted the insurance who said the insurance was not active to my shock. This was either a mistake or the company trying to save money bc people are usually careful for the first few months. After 2 months of constant back and forth , ie calling the store manager and talking to countless “representatives” they finally gave in and replaced the couch. Fast forward 4 months later, I sat down and a piece of the couch just sunk in. Called warranty again but they said they don’t cover frame damage but should be covered under manufacturer warranty. I weigh 165 pounds for reference. When I called the the dump customer care, they said the couch is made in China, and they don’t have an estimated time to fix the issue. I had to escalate to the manager to have a technician schedule to come out. Now it’s probably going to be another 2 months for the couch to get replaced or fix. For the 7 months I had this couch, I will have to live with a dirty or broken couch for 4 months. This store is not a luxury outlet. They sell cheap stuff. Ashley or value city offers better quality and customer service than this store. Save ur money and go somewhere else. The customer service people are rude and do not care/ understand the customers frustration. If you think you are buying a quality piece of furniture just know you are not. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. First time in my life I decided to buy nice furniture and this is my experience. Safe to say i will not recommended this experience or this store to anyone. I hope people find this useful.

The prices are low and much more reasonable than the nearby furniture stores. The sales person was great and answered all of our questions. There was no hard sell or pushy tactics. I will go back again.

Update: After writing this review. Some random person, maybe a higher up in customer service contact me to send the replacement rails for this bed. So 2 stars instead of 1 for somewhat making it right but only after they are outed on the internet for the horrible customer service experience. Original: If I can give a 0 star review I would. Please stay away from this place or any “The Dump” furniture location. This is a true story and nothing was made up. I bought a Denver Brown King size bed frame in Illinois in anticipation for the move to Florida. I pick up the frame uninstalled and have it shipped to Florida. Once I arrived at Florida I put the bed frame together according to instruction. I’m good with DIY and have all the necessary tools required to put it together. Everything was great, until 2 weeks later when the LEFT Rail of a brand new bed split in half causing me to fall out of bed. I’m approximately 180lbs. No big deal right? Because a reasonable person would expect the company they bought the product from to make it right and replace a manufacturer defect. Get ready for the good part of “customer service” from a joke of a company: Monday- attempted to contact The Dump customer care. Only available option was through text. They got back to me through text after 2-3 hrs. Long time but not too bad. They arranged a furniture repair tech to come out to attempt to fix it. Wednesday- repair tech come out, Took one look at the side rail and said “It’s unfixable, definitely a manufacturer defect” He express that he will make a report and have the side rail replace. Fast forward Saturday- The Dump customer person call and said it’s not a manufacturer defect according to the tech report. Plus we bought it in IL but assembled it in Florida so it’s not a manufacturer defect. What kind of logic is that? The manufacturer defect magically turn off if you get out of the states that the Dump have storefronts in? Lol So their solution was for us to disassemble the big King size bed frame and drive 7 hours to Atlanta Georgia to exchange for a new set. Lmao or take $40 refund for the broken left side rail since the side rails cost $80 apparently 😂. NOW we paid $800 for a useless King size bed frame. Thanks to the Dump. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE THAT ACTUALLY WILL HELP MAKE IT RIGHT IF YOUR BRAND NEW FURNITURE BREAK.

Excellent selection of furnishings. My sales rep polite and allowed me to shop at my pace. I actually found a living room set on my 1st visit there and the price was within my budget. My purchase was 100% leather sofa and loveseat with 4 power recliners for under $2,000 on sale. The only thing there was only one color to select from. I will definitely go back and really look around. Huge place, large selection from budget conscious to money is no object.

The Dump has a wide selection of brands and a price range for most budgets. We were welcomed by a pleasant associate who asked what we were looking for and gave us a direction to start. He checked on us a couple of times, but we didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything. We found a sofa we really liked and left the store satisfied with the whole experience.

If you are looking for the latest trends at the latest prices, then stop here on your search. What was once a destination for furniture deals has now become just another furniture and rug store. Their selection varies daily, however if you are looking for select pieces of furniture (such as entertainment stands, small tables, decorative furniture), I would pass on stopping here. There is no pressure from the sales people that greet you at the door, and you are free to wonder the store to check their stock and pricing. The store is clean, has ample parking, and is located near I-88 for those who are visiting from a distance.

This was a super easy stop to look for furniture! We needed a reclining loveseat with console and Abdul, our salesperson, took us through them right away, and then suggested something we loved! The price was great! I’m excited to get our new loveseats in a couple weeks.

It was a great experience Josh showed me a number of things that were exactly what I asked him for explaining the different features and he answered all my questions. I thought it was a very good deal. I'm excited to get my new furniture!!

Salesman was very nice to work with. Only issue we had with the store was that the marked down sofa had a repaired tear (noticeable too) which we found ourselves and they would not bring the price down for that any further. Besides that our salesman was really great to deal with!

I was greeted at the door by Ms. Betty early in the morning with a beautiful smile, she introduced herself and we told her our names She asked if I was looking for anything in particular, I explained that I was looking for a recliner chair with a lift and a bed with the head and feet that goes up and down, she took her time and explained everything I needed to know about the beds , encourage me to test out the mattress. She also told me to lie down and use the remote to bring up my head and feet toget the feel of the bed. I tested more than one before making my decision. She was very patient did not rush. Me answered all my questions before making my decision. Then we proceeded to the recliner‘s, and again she let me test several before making my decision and again she did not rush me. She made me feel very comfortable until I made my decision. She let me take my time. Customer service is very important to me. My overall experience was great. She made me feel like I was important. Two thumbs, up to Mrs. Betty . So I will definitely recommend the Dump to all my friends and family

I went to the store and Lauren was very friendly and knowledgeable. Listened to what I wanted and helpful to show me coffee tables that met the requirements. I decided to shop around before ordering. I ordered online and had a problem with order. I called the store and talked with Lauren . She was able to figure out what was wrong and she ordered it by phone for me. So easy! Thank you for the great customer service. Though I don’t live close . I will recommend to friends and family The Dump and Lauren. Can’t wait for delivery!

I was pleasantly surprised about the amount of furniture choices and the cost was much less than regular retail stores. I had been looking for a leather couch and the price at most stores was more than I wanted to pay. The Dumps price’s allowed me to buy the couch I wanted…to The Dump I will go.

My experience with this organization was excellent. Sam is an incredible Salesman, with great respect, outstanding care, kindness, knowledgeable and honest. He even went out of his way to negotiate a better deal for me and on his day off to helped me with my delivery. The sofa and chair was a floor model and in prestine condition. Recently purchased a second home and needed to load up on furniture, so I went from store to store comparing selection and price. The Dump was recommended by a friend and I decided to check it out. The place is huge and they have a wide variety to suit every decor. The pricing was less than their competitors for similar or better quality and the waiting time for delivery was a fraction of everyone else! Best of all, I worked with Craig who was knowledgeable and took the time to show me, room by room, what they had to offer at different price points. Probably the single most positive experience I've ever had buying furniture! Highly recommended!!

This was my very first time coming into The Dump! We were greeted by Ken B. who helped us find everything we were looking for. I ended up making a purchase which was so quick and easy! The prices are simply ridiculously good! I was seriously in shock how such beautiful pieces could be priced that way! The store had a wonderful number of choices and the salesperson Monthro Fudge was fabulous. She did not pressure us and was personable and polite and patient during our visit. We had been to two other stores and this was the very best, in selection and customer service. Our delivery was arranged when we needed it, and the delivery persons were very polite , careful and quick, our chair was already out of the box. We were informed exactly when the delivery would take place. This was a great experience in total.

This store is awesome, it is still a little pricey but the markdowns are huge! The place is enormous and you’ll find anything and everything! Unlike most other furniture stores, the Dump has high quality furniture that’ll last. The staff is so helpful and friendly, the manager even matched a competitive offer on the bed set we purchased. They have a fantastic selection if mattresses; sofas, coffee tables, cabinets and more! I highly recommend stopping by and shopping their selection! They even have free delivery!

I was happy that your store had the items that I saw online, both sofa and love seat at the price that was list online. Sam was the first sale person that welcome us with a pleasant smile and directed us to what I was looking of. Shortly after browsing Sam came over and helped me with the selection that I wanted. I was in and out in less than an hour awesome shopping.

Marilyn my design consultant was beyond knowledgeable. Before I even came out to the store she had sent me pics of what they had in the showroom and given me so much advice and info ,I was sold before I got there. A friend told me to call her at the Dump. In a million years I would have never thought about going there. After this experience she's the only person I will call about furniture. She made me feel like I was a personal friend not a customer. They had such a selection and excellent prices. I can't wait to go back and find more bargains.
