Enchanted castle is ok. But totally needs an update. The food and cafeteria has a gross feeling. Also the staff watches you like a hawk and makes you feel super uncomfortable. The packages for birthday are also not great for a small family who don’t have 10 or more. They need to be more accommodating for all family sizes. They also need to teach there staff to not be overbearing and stare constantly. It made us feel uncomfortable the entire time. An employee deliberately walked by to only get one tray for the closet. Sure buddy. To anyone who doesn’t know they don’t offer any cupcakes or cakes you can’t bring in gifts or anything to celebrate a birthday. Very bitter huh. On another note. My daughter did win an iPad.

Wow such a great place definitely coming here again. Here are my personal recommendations for this place. First do laser tag it is soo increibly fun and you get a lot of time to play it. They have good equipment and the room itself is decently sized. We play with a group of 6 and everything went really well. The entrance to the laser tag arena was also really cool. It was 8.75 per person which for me was a good deal. Next was go karting which also was very fun. The time we had for go karting was on the shorter but again it’s a really cheap price to do which was 8.75 and I had a really fun time doing it. I wouldn’t say this is the type to actually race and over take people tho. Now for the arcade itself. They have a variety here for sure and they were well maintained ish (2 of the games we didn’t even work). But it was pretty pricey. So I don’t know if I would recommend doing the arcade to be quite honest. Now I did love how decorated this place was they really stuck to their theme and made the experience really immersive. Staff here were chill and kind. Overall 4.5/5 definitely recommend to check it out.

Perfect place to burn some time with my little man. He always has a blast coming here. Lots of cool games and interactive activities. Huge prize selection too.

Excellent place to take the kids indoors on a winter day! The laser tag was fun, and the kids liked the (small) play area. Overall, it’s a good place. The quality of everything is a bit on the low end, but it’s still fun.

Neat place, but expensive. We drove 40 minutes, stayed 1 hour, and spent 50$. That was one ride for us, and the rest was games which we then only ended up with 332 tickets. 🤷‍♀️ Maybe we'd be back again when there isn't a whole bunch of summer camps/schools there.

The go-karts were probably worth the money spent and the only thing worth the money spent at this place. I probably wasted about $20 trying to play broken games that had no indication that they were broken or missing parts. These games included The dropper, knock over the clown with the ball, milk jug, ping pong, beer pong,Bean bag toss, basketball shooting and more. The claw machines were also very expensive at $3 per play even though they are very hard to win and we're most likely rigged. The average cost for a game was about $1.75 and considering that most of the games were broken it was a lot of money overall that I felt like was scammed away from me. If you want to play the arcade and do all the rides and laser tag and bowling you might be ready to spend at least $50 per person and I spent about $50 at the arcade and I got about 500 tickets. How's the machines I played gave about 15 tickets and considering the cost was about $1.75 I feel like that was a huge rip off. It was still a fun experience to go and play the games that weren't broken but considering the money aspect I don't think it was worth what I paid.

Held a birthday party for 12 kids here. Food was good. Server was super efficient & friendly. Sadly we will NOT be organizing another party there because: A. The rewards redemption section was understaffed. So the kids waited around ~20min to redeem their prizes. B. They booted us out of the birthday area despite it being completely empty. When asked the first manager said it was due to covid policies. Hmmm…. When we spoke to another manager, he said it was to make sure other customers had their space and privacy which definitely made more sense. Anyhows, it is a juggle corralling the kids (who did have a good time), making sure they got their prizes so they weren’t upset and keeping track of the kids to make sure their parents picked them up on time. Given all the above, we really don’t have the time & patience to deal with holding a few bags of birthday gifts, left over party favors, left coats, etc. Especially when the entire hall (can accommodate 50 to 100 persons) is completely empty. There are lot of other party places that will gladly host birthday parties, and I’ll rather spend my money there than this place.

Great place to play arcade games, miniature golf, drive fast go carts, play laser tag, do bumper cars, and much, much more! Great food. You can plan a birthday party too! The cost is on the high end though.

Been here twice with my son. I will say, the prices are mad high for the amount of time you get to spend on each ride(bumper cars, go karts) & there’s no sharing cards for the rides. But my son has fun, so anything for him. He loves it here. As an adult, it’s not for me. Half the machines were broken , but still let me pay with my enchanted castle card, the amount of tickets you need just to win a prize is ridiculous.

A decent place to celebrate a birthday. The staff was helpful. Lots of arcades, bumper cars, etc. The most popular turned out to be a Minecraft arcade. Gets busy after 1-1.30 pm

We had such a great time here for my husband's birthday. There are so many activities you can do. (mini golf, mini bowling, arcade games, bumper cars, etc). I thought it was fairly priced, the staff was friendly and the place was clean. I don't think a single thing was broken. The bathroom however had many ceiling tiles displaced, had flickering lights and a strong smell of bleach. It was one of the most off putting public restrooms I've experienced.

This place is awesome for the kiddos. We celebrated my sons 4th birthday here last week and he loved it. Our party host was very attentive and helpful and he made the whole experience non stressful and fun for everyone. The kids also had lots of fun on all of the games. There’s something here for everyone from a toddler to bigger kids to adults. Overall great experience.

What I'm about to say is harsh but my honest opinion. This place doesn't seem to have changed much since ten years ago, and the changes that have been made don't seem to have been for the better. It's still fun to go hang out there for a day if you're a teen, I guess, but if you're an adult trying to find a good place for your kid's birthday party, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. When we were there, many of the staff seemed disengaged and the whole place smelled like marijuana THE ENTIRE TIME. Go-carts were fun, laser tag was fun, the rides and games were fun, but overall the whole thing felt like a drug front. Idk why but that's the vibe it gave me. It certainly doesn't feel "enchanted" the way it used to. I hope things change, but I don't think I'll be going back. Edit: I forgot to mention that everything was really expensive, even when compared to some of their competitors in the area, some of which also have wider entertainment options.

What can l say.. it's made for profit bussiness, it's made some small changes over the years. For example it now has a mini bowling alley for kids, at 5$ a game though that's more than a regular alley charged... they added adult gambling machines in the front just left of the main entrance..🤔 also bumper cars and some other mechanical ride.. and as always expensive games that Reward you with minimal ticket credits.. Laser tag is fun,, go carts are fun for 8 yrs and younger. Food is what you would expect from a establishment that lures parents into spending way too much money for the quality of entertainment it provides.. That being said 6yrs and under will get most enjoyment facility also has a large dining area which you can rent out for parties.. it would be a much better value for the money if the prizes weren't marked up like 10k percent.. not joking.. a 100$ got my nephew a coloring book a couple of rubber snakes and some extremely cheap plastic toys.. overall my 3 yr old nephew had a blast so I guess it was worth it 🤨

It's fun to be four. The kids can entertain themselves here. It's always nice to have points to get a prize. At the end. I saw a girl cleaning the arcade games. The go-karts were exciting. The 4-year-old got to go twice, once with each parent. Fun day! We also started out with pizza and macaroni and cheese.

They have a lot of good games, and the staff was friendly, but so many games were 1 spin and game over that we blew $60 bucks in 40 to 50 minutes. We had fun, kids got their fix, but next time I’m taking them to Nickel City, where they at least have some old arcade cabinets so I can also have a little retro experience. We also played none of the VR games, to be clear, those are a premium. It’s a good time if you have deep pockets.

We went for the 1st time and had a great time. The facility is clean (as it can be), well staffed, friendly staff, well maintained games & equipment. We were very pleased. We celebrated my son’s birthday with friends. We didn’t do a party package, just paid as we went. We ordered pizzas (yumm) and a pitcher of soda. It was not overrun by older kids like some similar facilities- even after 7 on a Saturday night. The go carts were disappointing but they loved every thing else.

Would have been fun if there was more staff to stop unsupervised kids… or let parents come in to keep the peace. Shouldn’t have to worry about my daughter getting hit and tackled while playing laser tag!

Always fun for all ages, including adults! Prices have gone up is the only downside. $2 for some games, but you always seem to get tkts no matter what and their tkt process is so easy!

WONDERFUL PLACE TO TAKE KIDS OF ALL AGES. WE CELEBRATED MY SONS 17TH BDAY THERE AND WAS ABLE TO ENJOY MULTIPLE ACTIVITIES WITH ALL OF THE COUSINS RANGING IN AGE FROM 5 TO 16. I DO SUGGEST THAT YOU COME BEFORE 3PM ON THE WEEKENDS. THE PLACE GETS JAM PACKED. NOT RIDICULOUS BUT THE WAIT TIMES FOR THE ACTIVITIES WENT FROM <10 MIN TO 15-30 MIN. LASER TAG WAS GREAT BECAUSE THE PARENTS WERE ABLE TO PARTAKE IN THE FUN AND HAD A BRUTAL GAME OF KIDS VS PARENTS. ( PARENTS WON, OF COURSE) THE GO KARTS WERE SUPER FUN, HOWEVER, NOT ALL OF THE KARTS DROVE THE BEST. MY POOR SISTER IN LAW GOT PASSED UP 3X BY SEVERAL OTHER KARTS. OTHER THAN THAT DOWNSIDE EVERYTHING ELSE WAS 5 STARS. MINI BOWLING WAS KINDA PRICEY AT 5.00 A GAME BUT FUN TO WATCH THE KIDS PLAY. THE GAMEROOM IS PRETTY BIG. GOOD VARIETY OF GAMES THAT APPEAL TO KIDS OF ALL AGES AND ALSO ADULTS. THE BASKTETBALL GAME WAS OUT OF ORDER WHICH WAS A BUMMER. ALL IN ALL, AWESOME PLACE, A LITTLE PRICEY BUT A NICE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY TO ENJOY TIME TOGETHER.

Took my 10 year old here on a sarturday night. Wasn't packed, no wait times for any rides. Clean facilities. They do need more games though. I would say most games are to win tickets or prizes, which is fine but they only have a small area with basketball or hockey type games. Would like to see more games that are not for tickets. Their go karts, mini golf and lazer tag are awesome! I would recommend getting a all day fun pass on a holiday weekend and coming with older kids who would make the most of those passes. Adults can do all those activities too ! Food is not bad, and it's not over priced.

I mean it’s fun but the dude supervising the jungle gym was shadow boxing a pole with sunglasses on. I could tell he was a weak southpaw.. how you gonna protect my kid.

This place is honest fun for everyone. They have go karts in the back, indoor mini golf, Lazer tag, plus the mini bowling out front! Their prizes are much better than any Chucky Cheese or Dave and Busters, and the games are wonderful. It was clean, very kind, and I would highly reccomend for younger children. They will have an absolute blast.

May 28th I came there with my family and one of the managers took very good care of us, when the power dropped for a second he restarted my game and gave us some more playing time, also when it was time to check out he jumped into the lines to help things run smoothly. I will definitely be back for laser tag. 🤗
