I highly recommend seeing Jen for pelvic floor therapy during postpartum - and wish I would’ve seen her during my pregnancy for prenatal therapy to prepare for labor too! Jen is amazing and so helpful, and the entire staff at this location is incredibly friendly.

Both my husband and I have been treated by Tiegen at the Lombard facility. We cannot say enough good things about the level of care, service, cleanliness and respect we received. Tiegen is a very competent and knowledgeable professional who truly strives to help her patients get better. We have, and do highly recommend Tiegen and this facility.

I never post reviews, but I feel Athletico went above and beyond, helping me and my daughter get back on our feet. Teigan, one of the PT's there collaborated with me and really was interested in my family life, asked loads of questions. The reason for this was to find out how my day-to-day movements affected my body. She really knew her stuff. I am working on my PT and moving along with my exercising at home every day. Now Teigan is helping with my special needs daughter. Showing her some movement to get her back in shape. Trusting and having every confidence my daughter will progress and end up as positive as I am in getting in shape. Along with Jennifer, the clinic manager and the other helpers there worked together, I never knew Jen was the manager there until I grabbed their business cards from the front to write this review. Retired after 40 years working for the same company, I can tell you not being able to pick out the manager is a huge plus for a company. My opinion shows everyone works together and does not get hung up on titles. The Best of the Best!!!

I saw Jen C. and she is very knowledgeable and personable and helped me SO much! She’ manages all her patients very well too!! And most importantly, I am leaving pain free! I would see her again for anything!

It has been a great experience from my initial assessment throughout my on going treatment process. Jennifer was extremely thorough in my assessment and gave me a multitude of options for treatment. She really took the time to understand where my issue was coming from and to build on treatment to get me back to full go. The atmosphere is very welcoming and everyone at this Athletico is very friendly and engaging! Don’t hesitate if your thinking about getting any issue looked at or treated.

Never had to go to physical therapy before, but my experience here was great. The whole staff was friendly and I never felt uncomfortable. Teigan J is an extremely kind person! She made the whole process much easier and paid attention to what I would tell her. Not often you find people who are attentive or make you feel heard, but that was Teigan. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thanks team :)

I can’t recommend Jen Carlotti enough. She helped me so much with my hip and pelvic issues. She is kind, knowledgeable, and completely put me at ease through the whole process.

The staff is very nice and definitely involved. I’m one to not follow through with therapy but they make me feel comfortable and apart of the effort to make me get back to 💯..

If you need physical therapy, Athletico in Lombard on North Avenue is the place to go! Teigan is absolutely amazing and works miracles. She is a super smart, thorough physical therapist and takes her time with each and every patient. Mason is super accommodating with scheduling and is very organized with determining your insurance coverage. They actually do all the legwork and explain your benefits in detail for you. When you’re a patient here, they treat you like family and truly care about you as an individual. It’s so hard to find genuine places that truly care about your well being. Thank you Athletico for being one of those businesses and I hope all your facilities take pride in patient care like the one on North Avenue!!

I highly recommend this Athletico. I have been to here for two different issues. The team seems genuinely invested in each patient's care. Hope, the physical therapist I have worked with, clearly explains the goals of therapy and the reasons for the exercises she prescribes.

Very good experience at Athletico Lombard. After trying other courses of treatment for a frozen shoulder, Hope was the magic bullet. :-) Hours are very accommodating and everyone on staff is friendly and helpful. They sincerely want you to recover as quickly and completely as possible. My husband also saw Hope in the past while recovering from an accident and surgery with great results. We will definitely return here if the need arises in the future.

The people there are so sweet and nice! From Hope, viv and not to forget Jordan! Am glad am doing my rehab here. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else !!!

This Athletico location is fantastic. It’s a clean, safe, and friendly environment. As a working mom, I am so appreciative that they have appointments that work with my schedule. Hope and the rest of the team are great to work with, and I actually look forward to my appointments!

Best physical therapy group I have found to date! Hope and her team spend a good deal of time really understanding your issue and getting to the source of the problem. They were able to work with me to alleviate some knee pain that I have had for years and wasn't able to resolve with other providers. In addition, a really nice and clean facility. You can't go wrong working with this team!

I have had great experiences at the Lombard Athletico. Hope's hours are convenient and she is very attentive to patients. I have seen other therapists when she was booked and had similar experiences. Going to PT at the height of the pandemic wasn't ideal, but I always felt it was a clean and safe environment. Staff are friendly and accommodating to my schedule and dare I say... I MISS PT! I regularly recommend this location to friends and family.

Physical Therapist here are the best of the best. They give you all the tools to feel better with care and consideration. I drive out of my way to come to this location because the care here is the best around.

Love how close Athletico is to our house. The staff is amazing. My son was very nervous about going to PT after breaking his ankle in 3 places but Hope put him at ease and has been so helpful every step of the way.

I am going through my second experience with Athletico Lombard (first was re-hab therapy for a replaced shoulder in 2018) and am glad I chose to go back. Everyone there is engaged in getting you better. Every session has questions about how I feel, what feels better, any changes etc, and therapy is a blend of the therapist working on you and you doing exercises on your own.
