So
I
was
here
with
some
friends
for
a
weekend
out
of
Ghana.
We
booked
a
standard,
business
and
presidential
suite.
The
hotel
is
known
to
be
the
best
in
Togo.
The
rooms
were
okay.
Could
have
been
better
though.
Just
one
shower
gel
and
one
dental
kit
for
a
room
booked
for
two
didn't
excite
me.
Also
the
bathtub
wasn't
working.
It
was
leaking
badly.
Torn
bathrobe
in
the
presidential
suite
was
quite
embarrassing.
I
struggled
to
get
drinks
for
the
minibar
I
was
entitled
to.
Really,
I
think
a
bit
more
work
needs
to
go
into
touching
up
the
facility,
the
rooms,
the
details
and
the
service.
I
had
to
call
twice
to
get
bath
gel
when
I
was
ready
to
wash
down.
Most
of
the
staff
struggled
with
English
so
imagine
the
communication
gap
for
anglophone
visitors.
So
let
me
talk
of
a
few
positives
though.
The
food
was
generally
good.
Very
impressive.
We
had
dinner
at
Songhai
and
the
chef
is
good.
Breakfast
on
the
Saturday
was
also
nice.
Good
variety.
There's
quite
a
lot
to
do
at
the
place.
Night
club,
pool,
karaoke
night
etc.
I
think
with
a
bit
more
focus
on
customer
service
and
fixing
things
in
the
hotel,
it
can
gain
some
more
visitors.
Now,
it
leaves
quite
a
lot
to
be
desired.
