I visited Togo 🇹🇬 and saw this beautiful hotel at Lomé. I think it's a first class hotel

We often paid to use the pool, on Sundays, when I lived in Lome. The hotel and the rooms are OK, hence the 3 star rating. The actual building was not built to high standards, and it has not been kept up so great, but it does look better than when we stayed there. It is a large hotel (the largest in Lome?), with a lot of services. The pool and grounds are really fantastic. The pool is huge, and there is a LOT of green space, with very nice amenities and outside dining options. The food is rather expensive, just like all of Africa, in the cities, where the wealthy people go (as opposed to the normally very poor local people). If you are visiting in Lome, with family, which seems VERY unlikely, the pool/outside area is GREAT for kids.

Good, spacious and quality meals

Cozy and clean place with nice stuff and service. Clean and beautiful pool perfect for swimming and setting around, good tennis yard, and very enjoyable horseback riding experience on the beach. Unfortunately doesn’t have many food options, if you need Halal, Kosher, or vegetarian options you will have hard time, and probably will need to search outside the hotel.

Rooms are pretty bare and hard to walk anywhere given the location. That said the swimming pool is nice and massive.

I’ve been there and I like the place. Trust me it’s better to call and book a room than to send an email. It will take forever to get a reply. Overall, I still like the experience this facility provides.

It was an awesome experience. Beautiful, clean, and serene environment. Pool was lovely and the staff pleas ant, despite the language barrier.

Rooms acceptable sea side , food is excellent , shops in lobby have excellent local honey , local chocolate , always taste before buying…

This was our first choice and our least like hotel of the trip so far. They failed us as the sites advertise roomd that must be for advertising and photo opts only. We were placed in an older room WAY at the back of the compound. Service was too or opinion, sub part as well. The compound grounds are as photographed and advertised but be sure you not which room you'll be recording

Clean and comfortable hotel. Felt very secured. Convenient location close to my contacts and good restaurants. Staff were friendly. Not many options for vegetarian diet. On the beach with direct access to the hotel.

A staff at the front desk repeatedly demanded cash in place for complementary room upgrade, which is an unexpected and uncomfortable experience at a high-end hotel.

Sarakawa is one of the most beautiful hotel in Togo. It has a big green space and it’s located between international road, a beautiful sea beach and the city center( only 5 to 10mn from the hotel)

I stayed here for a work visit for almost a month and my experience was mixed to poor The rooms are clean the sheets are changed alot but not everyday though... The pool is amazing its huge!!! The pool changing rooms are deplorable the smell was terrible!!! I would just change from the room come to the pool changed then go back dripping wet to avoid the swimming pool area changing rooms... The guards around the compound were a massive nuisance! you apparently need to pay to take photos around the beautiful artwork on the perimeter wall. If you are seen walking around they come question you and tell you you need a letter from reception despite showing them the room key... but the white people can walk around without any issues unbothered ... If you come in on foot the guards will ask for a mask and to rummage through your bags in the name of security check then they will ask for money for I dont know what ... They have beautiful sculptures at the front but you are not allowed to take photos without written approval by reception the food was expensive (in local currency) but not tasty at all the wifi kept dropping in the rooms with a limit to 3 devices and breakfast was literally the same thing every day which for a month is very unappealing. If you didn't run the the ac then water would drip from the vents and you would find the room smelling dump and stuffy because of the fully carpeted floor which nothing could be done ofcourse... I will commend the laundry service they were really prompt and the gym was relatively well equiped and the pool was really nice and large but the pool service was really unappealing... If i have a choice I would not go back

The room was very well lit and decorated for Lomé Fashion Night! Beautiful and clean surroundings. A lot of fresh air and spacious.

A lovely 5 Star hotel which is home away from home. The hotel different people from different part of the world, many tourists always patronize the hotel because of its serenity and location. Their menu is topnotch, they have a wonderful staffs too who will attend to your needs. Visit Sharakawa hotel and enjoy their topnotch hospitality.

The place is well kept, nicely maintenant and the staff is very polite. I dined at their restaurant and must I say that the dish I had was very well made. Also, decently priced for their standard in Togo. It's basically good
