We
checked
in
for
the
New
Years
weekend
and
it
was
honestly
an
enjoyable
stay.
We
initially
booked
one
standard
double
and
one
deluxe
double,
but
our
deluxe
double
was
upgraded
to
a
deluxe
apartment
at
the
reception,
which
was
an
unexpected
surprise.
A
good
variety
available
for
the
buffet
breakfast,
but
some
dishes
could
use
a
little
attention
to
detail,
for
example;
the
sausages
were
extremely
dry
and
on
the
second
day
the
scrambled
eggs
were
a
grayish
color
and
smelled
off.
Another
thing
was
the
pool
being
on
the
tenth
floor
in
full
view
of
the
restaurant
and
reception
as
it's
fully
glassed
round.
I
personally
don't
understand
the
appeal
of
swimming
in
full
view
of
everyone
if
it's
not
a
poolside
area,
not
everyone
is
there
to
swim
and
it
can
be
uncomfortable.
Also,
no
clear
instructions
on
where
to
change,
so
we
got
changed
in
our
rooms
and
came
all
the
way
up
in
towels
and
robes,
not
ideal.
The
rooftop
bar
was
extremely
busy
on
News
Year
Eve,
which
meant
a
lot
of
people
who
weren't
lodged
were
just
coming
and
going
through
the
lifts.Which
gives
me
the
feeling
this
hotel
is
popular
for
bar
crawls,
which
in
long
run
won't
be
a
good
rep.
The
gym
was
one
of
my
favorite
places,
but
unfortunately
no
staff
at
hand
in
case
of
an
emergency.
Which
brings
me
to
the
staff,
they
were
professional
and
efficient
but
stand-offish,
no
warm
smiles
and
welcomes
like
you
would
from
someone
working
in
the
hospitality
industry.
I
know
I'm
being
a
little
critical,
but
as
a
relatively
new
hotel
there's
still
some
work
to
be
done.
All
in
all
I
would
rate
my
overall
stay
a
solid
7/10.
