I had a bad experience here it took forever just to be assisted the supervisor onsite was speaking about company issues with cook infront of me..bad words were used and just to be greeted it took at least 6minutes i just stood there staring waiting ..for a hello welcome...and finally after they were done gossiping they assisted me ...the cashier that assisted was very nice tho good job i wish i got his name ...the restuarant was dirty and unattended the order took to long i was unsatisfied with my visit i do not reccomend this lication sorry guys but this is not okay

Worst Taco Bell ever. I swear it’s a requirement to have an attitude to work here. Every employee is always rude and acts like it’s a bother for them to take your order. I have yet to run into one nice employee. They will say they can’t hear you in the drive through then when you speak up they yell at you. You just said you can’t hear me! This place either needs new management or just needs to be shut down.

Worst customer service ever. Can’t wait for management to change and get people that really care to serve with respect. Terrible place. Slow. Carelessness.

The parking here sucks. I came at lunch, they were super busy (it's cool, I get it) but they seemed short staffed and the parking lot is tiny and has weird angles and is just blah. Would definitely go to a different location next time if it's a busy time.

I had a taco bell trio. It was pretty good. My food and service was ok.

Customer service is horrible and they close the store when they want. I was here at 7:45 and tried to walk in and they ignored me and didn’t want to open. Will never come back to this place.

I wanted Taco Bell, and this was the perfect place to get a Mexican Pizza Dinner and a couple pieces of chicken also!! Great food, it was nice to be there for my dinner 😁👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Would love to give this place no star! The guy who's at the window and takes your order, is thee most rude and a total thug!!!! I was here today, and when I heard his voice on the other end, almost drove away. I was here 3 months ago, he got my order totally wrong and was very rude when I asked him to fix it. But we all have bad days so today I figured give him another chance. The guy is a thug and rude. Throws your change at you, won't give you a receipt. You have to ask several times for one, then he yells at you about it, when you ask for one and rudley, ignores you about it. when you ask for a manager, he puts his head out the window and says, yeah, I'm the manager, so what. When you ask for another one, he will be rude to you, the same guy, and yells at you. And he does this all in front of the other employees, who I'm assuming are just like him. We'll never go back to this place, and this very ignorant, rude thugs name is Fernando!

Don't bother calling, as they will only give you the busy signal- I tried three times. I wanted to make sure I could get 5 boxes of chicken later today for an event. Not horrible service, but NO service. You can not run a business like that. I will NEVER attempt to utilize their services again, but will go out of my way to go elsewhere, even using another brand. What in the world is Management doing about this?

Whenever Taco Bell has a special i.e., Taco Tuesday, this location never participates. The sign says aco Bell. How do they get away with that???

Since when do they close the dining room at 7pm??? I placed a mobile order & they made me go thru drive thru , while having a big line to get my order !! Do not place a mobile order from here if not they will have you waiting !!

These employees are terrible and don't know their own menu . I had to ask a question 4 times before I got a straight answer and then I got hung up on . Sorry you hate your job , that's not your customers' faults .
