This is the best place for taking seminars. We have done our seminar here last time. This hotel is well maintained and also clean as we have seen. Costumer service was also not bad. You can check out here if you are looking for an seminar hall or banquet hall.

Worst experience in an MTDC hotel for the first time. At the rate of Rs. 4000 per night. We visited this hotel after booking in advance 1 month before. And what I found is that the AC is not working, No generator. No hot water in the Room. What's the reason "monkey smashed it " it looks smashed a month before and no one cares. We have called the manager 10 times and he picked once and after no answer. When asked for hot water it's delivered in a bucket after half an hour. Only good thing is nearby to Lonar lake.

The food is served in dirty uncleaned plastic melamine plates. plates & bowls were broken, no response was received when asked to clean or change it, cook behaved arrogantly, food vegetables & roties were not cooked properly. the vegetable was uncooked, and when asked the cook about it he was not ready to listen to anything. he was given arrogant answers. the room service fellows were disturbed by ringing door doorbell every 10 to 15 minutes. NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY OR EATING FOOD

Well maintained property with spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. They do not provide any room service or even water inside the rooms, but if you are staying for one day then not an issue. Vegetarian food is available in restaurant on first floor . No lift access, so differently abled people will not be able to use. Small play area is available for kids Abundant parking space for cars and even 32 seater buses.

Great experience. Located in serene peaceful spot near lonar lake. Rooms are spacious and clean. The surrounding location is really beautiful. Great place to stay with family and friends. Food is also good though theres room for improvement. But overall enjoyed the stay here.

The location is bang next to the Lonar Crater, the view point is very nearby from this resort. The rooms are quite lavish. The service is also good. The manager and the staff members are really helpful. Being the local of that area they have lot of knowledge about the place and have lot of suggestions if someone wants to travel solo. The response was quick if required anything. The area is quite vast and spread out. Had a jolly time staying here. Recommended!

The hotel provides a 24hr checkout. Good cooperative staff. Does have a power back up in case of load shedding. The most important feature of this hotel is it veg restaurant. One of best pure veg restaurant run by one of the well known chef of Nanded. If not wrong after have a food over here you would start loving vegetarian food if you a hard core non vegetarian like me.

We some managed to talk to the manager and got booking. Paid in cash only. We did not get receipt if the payment made. 2) TV was not working, did not get hot water. It was summer so ok for us. We had booked the room online. The best room at this location. Being an MTDC property wasn't expecting any service and cleanliness at such an remote place...but I was totally wronged by them ! It was really clean and service was also very good !! Khudos to the people who are incharge of that property. They also provide local guides to take u to the lake below alongwith visits to all other places in and around Lonar. Must stay for 2 complete days to see all . A must visit place in each traveller's bucket list !

It’s good place with clean, big rooms having small garden and scenery around. AC Rooms are quite comfortable and clean, solar system has been installed for every room, so that you can get hot water for bath. This resort is close to Crater and Temples. The main attraction is “Lonar meteor lake” which is just one KM from this Resort. Staff is helpful if you will offer tip. The dining area left a lot to be desired. Shabby, unkempt, and a total eyesore. But you have no other options in Lonar. So for a one night stay, it is ok to stay. Cons: - AC was not working properly. - Not sufficient staff - Bedsheets was not clean - Water was continuously dripping outside of the room on the floor. It’s water tank overflow. I had booked my room. After reaching the hotel found room, bed and bathroom was not clean told them to clean and sanatize. They denied for giving Service and told to adjust. The staff behaviour was very poor. Towel, Dustbin, Bedsheet, Pillow cover was very dirty it looks like they are providing the used AMENITIES. I had faced very bad experience in HOTEL KRISHNA PALACE.

2.5km from the Lonar crater main gate. Stay is comfortable. You can view many stars at night the sky is clear. Food delivery takes time but food is good. Helpful staff and great stay. If staying near the crater is required this is the best option.

Location is very nice. Biggest problem is the service and food availability. Absolutely no options available. Resort needs to focus on food options as well as hygiene and cleanliness of the restaurant. Traveller's have to opt a place outside for good food.

Good location, good food, ok service. Government should improve the quality of service offer as they charge premium. This is close the world heritage (of great scientific significance), the Lonar lake. Lot of foreign tourists visit this place hence its government responsibility to provide good service and attract more tourists.

Only available resort in Lonar near the lake apart from lodges in town. The food is good. The kitchen hygiene should be improved. Rooms are cleaned but toilets could have been cleaner.

This place is in a perfect location for a visit to Lonar. You can even catch a glimpse of the crater from here. The facility is well built but poorly maintained. I suspect it's the lack of attention from powers to be than efforts by the staff. The staff attending to us was friendly, polite and helpful. Overall highly recommended for short stays.

Beautiful small resort with a very courteous staff. They have solar heating however due to monkeys trouble it’s not operational. But when you ask for hot water they promptly send it. You need to give your time of food and food order in advance because they are trying to minimise wastage which I appreciated personally. There are no turn down services unless asked. Basic necessities given in the room. Like a soap and a towel. No dental kit or hair kit or any of those fancy things. Located right next to the lonar lake this is definitely a good option to stay

Location and infrastructure is good but needs proepr maintenance and competent house keeping staff. Service and food quality is OK but not worth the price. But again this is the only decent option available for stay in Lonar.

MTDC always have the best locations at their disposal. best option in all hotels/lodges etc Rooms were big as expected, failrly clean and hygenic.... do not expect 5star but at par with 3star of tier 2/3 cities. Restuarant is ok, taste wasok not so great no fridge, no colddrinks, NO NONVEG was available although it was in listed the menu....

One of the worst stays anywhere in the world. Dirty rooms, dusty and unkept property, stray dogs loitering everywhere even blocking entrance to room, tasteless food cooked under torchlight, uncooperative and uncaring manager and staff, no power from our checkin time of 4 pm to 7 pm, again 9 pm to 12 midnight and the from midnight to 3.30 am. Sleepless night. Plan included breakfast but we were served measly and tasteless poha only. Literally ran off from property by 7 am

The plushest hotel resort in Lonar Situated close to the crater lake.Excellent cottage style accommodation costing Rs 2000/ night and excellent for families.

Very poor maintenance of the property. Also very low footprint, hence very limited or practically no choice of food.

Dining room is shabby. Food is not good. Water is given in shabby bottles. No hot water in the bathroom. They gave us hot water in bucket.

Good property , rooms are spacious, but bed only enough for 2. If you have kids then they will charge you extra @ 650 per night for bedding. We took our bed for our kid, then they did not offer complimentary breakfast to our kid. If you get room number 5, then do check the AC, after some time the AC starts making a rattling sound and since the cooling ducts are exposed ( insulation has worn off), the AC does not cool the room adequately. The rattling sound disturbs big time and interfered with my sleep. There are 2 chefs , one is really good and the other is horrible. To get a feel, try the complimentary poha for Breakfast and you will know if you must order lunch here or not. For food I will recommend a restaurant 6 KM to the left of the gate ( towards Mantha)if this resort known as Hotel Suraj. The chef there was an ex MTDC chef and cooks very good food.

This review is based on our recent stay at MTDC during Nov-2023. We couldn't make online booking due to issues of the MTDC portal. We reached at MTDC Lonar around 9 pm on Monday. Rooms were available and price displayed at notice board was Rs 2100/- plus taxes for Super Deluxe AC Room. However, person attending MTDC office refused to give spot booking and forced us to book only through MMT portal, where price for the same Super Deluxe Room was Rs. 3248/- inclusive of taxes. We had no option but to book through MMT, as it was already late evening. After booking, we were made to wait for nearly one hour, as the office staff wanted booking confirmation. It appears that there is some dealing between MTDC staff and MMT. We were told that the MTDC manager is on LEAVE. As it was late, only menu offered was DAL-KHICHADI for dinner. Room allotted was NOT clean. Electric boiler was NOT functioning. Hence NO hot water was available. On the next day morning, were supplied bucketful water for bath. There is intercom and had to personally visit office/canteen for any kind of service. Complimentary breakfast is offered. But it was another pathetic experience. Only POHA and UPMA is offered menu. Quantity offered is small. Normally unlimited complimentary breakfast is offered. We wanted to extend stay by one more day. We could manage online booking through MTDC portal for second day at a total price 2352/- against price paid for first day 3248/ - via MMT. We insisted for change of room. The room had boiler in the bathroom but we discovered that it was like a show piece. After switching on boiler for half an hour or so only lukewarm water was trickling down. Next day, before check out we asked for coffee after breakfast. But we were told that milk is NOT available. Location of the resort is excellent with ample car parking space. But MTDC authorities needs to do course correction to improve the overall user experience.

A great place to stay but can't expect more service although view and scenic beauty is worth nearby. Not much crowded which you often don't see any other tourist places.

The detached apartments are nice, but the service and staff (e. g. for food) are slow. However, the food itself was tasty, and there is a nice view of sunset over Lonar crater from the restaurant/balcony. This hotel is a little less expensive than other places in Lonar. Hot water is provided by solar heaters. Also note, there is no WiFi.

As of now only good place to stay. Staff is helpful but following needs to improve: Linen needs to change after every customer leaves; toiletries have to be demanded, they negligent about it; Restaurant is costly with MTDC, for example 01 omelette cost ₹100/- & boiled egg ₹ 50/-

Location is awesome, infact the best in the vicinity. But service is pathetic. MTDC employees attitude towards tourists are extremely unprofessional. Also quality of food needs to be improved. Better to stay only and have food in outside restaurants

Extreme disappointed with their pathetic service. The food and tea was served in broken plates and cups. There were reptiles in the room the kettle had a cockroach, basic hygiene was not maintained . You have to sing in the bathroom as the door was not fixed . CAN DO BETTER !

Nice place to stay. Spacious enough for a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). Although I needed an extra bed at night. Except that...rest was good. No ala-karte or buffet in food...we just have to tell the staff what we wanna eat...and they shall cook and serve.

We ask them if there is some place for drivers to sleep. Devar swinging between yes and no. The person on the counter finally said yes. So you we did not arrange elsewhere at 10 o'clock their managers said no. Who was DRINKING in the premises where all the waiters sleep. The exact place were supposed to sleep. Further they promised us free breakfast. And later on gave the bill.

Location of the resort is amazing, autos come to pick up if required, rooms are clean and spacious, there is a restaurant named crater cafe, food is below average and over priced. The manager nd staff are helpful and polite.

The location makes up for what this particular Mtdc resort lacks in, which is untidy rooms, old moulding furniture and quite below expectations food and service overall. The location though is the best you can get for a Lonar Crater visit.

Had ordered Mushroom Kadhai from Zomato. Cooking instructions were followed but there were just exact 3 mushrooms pieces in the whole portion which is really an unfair practice . Gravy was nothing like a typical Kadhai Curry , it was good but like Bhuna Masala instead .

The property is not maintained well. Hardly anyone visits hence the dining hall didn't even have chairs and tables. The food was only vegetarian though they had chicken and Chinese on the menu but they said we cannot make chicken for two people as it will not be feasible. High quality bathroom fittings and a hand dryer just outside the bathroom in the AC cottage. Didn't understand the use of that though. The crater lake is at walkable distance but that too is not maintained
