I first came to this salon as a walk in client & they always tried to accommodate me whenever they could. I always recieved a warm welcome from Karen & her team. I have had loads of lovely cuts & colours done at Kutz & the prices are very reasonable. The salon always had a lovely relaxed vibe & had a very friendly atmosphere so much so that my little boy wouldn't have his hair cut anywhere else. I liked the feel of the salon so much that I now work there! I am now proud to be part of this amazing team. Love you guyz😙

Terrible! Kept waiting for over half an hour with no explination, apology, offer of beverage, nothing. The rude, ignorant girl then went on to butcher my child's hair. After complaining, was offered another appointment a WEEK later! Another 45 minute wait with no explanation, had to leave and wait yet another week. Finally got the second cut and was equally appalling. On trying to complain the staff were very rude, verging on aggressive! Don't even bother. Honestly one of the worst places I've ever encountered. 👎💩

Been using kutz on and off for 8 years now and every experience has been top notch.We now live in St austell area so this will be our permanent hairdressers now, as my daughter just had her hair restyled by branden and she absolutely loves it.She was on social media showing her friends before I could even pull away from the shop.So a win win in my book.Thanks Branden she will back soon and next time you can fit me and my boy in.

Cut and colour, but more like a friendly trip out and make you feel welcome and always make a memorable visit and always listen to what you want and not what they want to do,. Would highly recommend to anyone. You always leave feeling lifted and they always make sure you're happy. Nothing like leaving and you can't wait for your next visit. You become one of the kutz family.

Very good. In the space of 3 week they cut mine and 3 of my kids hair. All looked fab. Lovley friendly people. Place was clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely go back when one of us need a trim. X

Brilliant! Would highly recommend, staff are lovely,fun,chatty,cheerful and amazing! Place is clean and cute with very good music ( old style like blues/rock)/definatly querky and can tell all are welcome! The nails are 🔥🔥🔥 and the waxing is great! Going back soon for my hair to be dyed too! Also would recommend the delux pedicure!
