Con artists. Took my Samsung s9+ with box, charger and headphones there to sell as I upgraded and the phone was in excellent condition as it was kept in a sealed case. They inspected it and offered me £30.00 because of screen burn. I told them to do one. Took it straight to CEX and got £398.00 for it after a 30 min test. Haven't will never go back to that store again

Bought I phone 12 the phone dose it work can’t swipe to open took it to apple they said it will cost 260 to get it fixed so got a phone that dose not work. I have tried phoning shop over 80 times no one answering sent two emails no reply out of pocket.do not buy anything from them. They should be shut down conning people out of their hard earned cash. I was blown away with the level of professional service from ARAAN and JESSIE. I bought an amazing I phone for a good price. JESSIE REALLY TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME HOW IT WORKED AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS, HE REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF! HE THEN SET THE WHOLE PHONE UP FOR ME. All the team are friendly bringing a easy going vibe, Jessie is very good at the banter and always very approachable and cheery making the experience of pawing my goods less upsetting.

Bought a galaxy watch 4 from here recently it stated it came with a charger it didn't I made an enquiry about it which I got no response that charger was deciding factor I chose too buy the watch instead other options could have saved £50 if they didn't lie about that charger

Bought a new Microsoft surface laptop back in Jan 2022. It came with a 12 month warranty. After 4 month, it blew up, massive hardware error. We were told to return the item to a hub technology store where it would be fixed. We took it there in person. 2 months later, finally we got hold of the store we were told that the hackney store had dropped it and broken the screen, did we still want it. We said no, we’d like a refund as per the terms of the warranty. They confirmed this via email. 6 months later, I still don’t have my £500 refund, staff now have taken to putting the phone down on me, won’t give me any details to contact anyone else and refused to help in any way shape manner or form. No customer service number, no help and I’m massively out of pocket. Going to trading standards now to get my money back.

Store looks nice, just a shame you didn't update the phones you use. The automated service you have for us phone callers is a joke. 30 seconds after ringing your hung up. A member of staff in your shop is not going to be able to answer the bloody phone quick enough to deal with mine and other customers quiries

The store has become more up beat and helpful , Jessie and Daniel put in the effort with customer service

Total waste of time going here: the Cash Convertor adverts say convert any unwanted goods to cash. Well, a new drill in it's case with the issue set of drill bits:"We don't take that type of drill"; fishing reel: "we don't take fishing reels anymore." Socket handle: "we don't take those at all". Can I borrow money?: "we don't do loans any more"...!!!

Paid for item 5 days ago via eBay and not dispatched upon checking there ebay feedbacks they don't like sending items if auctions end and not prices they was hoping for yet took my money !!!!!
