    I really enjoy the classes run by Matt. They are varied but always tough and enjoyable. It's a friendly group with a positive instructor. The early start times really work for my lifestyle too. Matt is a great trainer and can highly recommend him as a personal trainer. He recently helped me work on my running speed for a race I was doing and I saw results very quickly. He is dedicated and professional.

    I have been part of both Matt's group fitness classes and his one-to-one personal training sessions and they are fab. Great variety, lots of passion, and really good quality kit. Pitched well, lots of fun, with like minded people. Thanks Matt!!

    I absolutely love Matt's Bootcamp classes. They are fun, hard work and always different. He has a lovely group of people at his sessions who always help and encourage everyone. Matt is a great trainer, he is friendly and motivating and always makes everyone feel very welcome.

    I highly recommend Chislehurst Fitness. Matt is a great trainer and welcomes everyone. His workouts are well thought-out and and he always suggests individual modifications according to people's fitness levels and abilities. He is very encouraging and makes each session different and fun but he also helps people to push themselves. The group sessions are very supportive and friendly and I really enjoy attending them.

    Such a lovely group and Matt the instructor keeps each session very engaging and fresh. I really like that I cannot predict what’s coming next. And he has built a lovely community feel which is a beautiful bonus.

    Matt’s classes are brilliantly organised, challenging and enormous fun. A friendly and encouraging team atmosphere means the classes have been a highlight of a tough 2021. Looking forward to 2022’s classes. Highly recommended.

    Chislehurst Fitness is the best start to the weekend. A fabulous group of people and different challenges every week, being outside in the fresh air is a huge bonus too. I thought I was an indoor gym person but I would never go back inside now that I have tried Matt’s classes.

    Absolutely amazed at how much fun you can have whilst burning so many calories! A brilliant group with a wonderful instructor. Boxercise is my favourite time of the week.

    I’ve never been one to enjoy HIIT workouts but somehow Matt has changed this. Started joining Boxercise classes around a year ago and then went on to join the bootcamp classes. Matt is a fantastic coach, great at motivating you and genuinely passionate about improving your fitness whilst enjoying the sessions!! He was also great at altering any exercises when I had an injury and will do whatever he can to help! Can’t recommend enough!!

    I joined ChisFit hoping to get a bit fitter after my second baby. Instead, I’ve discovered an amazing community of friends and a place where I’ve fallen back in love with exercise in a way I didn’t expect. I’ve always felt supported and encouraged and I can’t speak highly enough of Matt. He’s a truly kind person helping loads of us to get fitter and feel part of a fantastic community.

    I love Matt’s boxercise classes! Newcomers are welcomed and made to feel at home straight away. The workout is great for both body and mind - I find it a fantastic way to unwind.

    I had never been to a Boxercise class before so I didn’t know what to expect. Matt is so welcoming and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the whole session. Such a fun and great way to keep fit!

    I’m not the most active person by far but joining Matt’s outdoor Boxercise classes is just what I needed. Matt is incredibly knowledgable and motivating and as well as improving health and fitness for us participants, he also organises regular social events to bond and unwind. Even when I miss classes, Matt takes the time to give me a gentle reminder of what I’m missing. It’s good to have a coach that holds you accountable! There are an array of classes and I would certainly recommend getting board!

    Boxercise is an amazing class and perfect time for after school run. Matt is a great teacher and makes each session engaging and fun and everyone who attends is very welcoming and friendly.

    I used to let the bullies kick sand in my face. Now I paste them all over town with one hand behind my back, whilst squatting. On a more realistic note, I could only walk past Matt's classes for so long before joining up. I lasted about a year and a half. Approachable and welcoming from first contact, Matt took time to listen to my desire to get fit and checked in with my (zero) experience. He then gently placed me with the whole group and checked in with my progress on a regular basis and I moved from being a cynic to a walking advert for Chislehurst Fitness. My word, I even socialise with them. 😊 Matt, you're amazing. 💪😀

    Matt’s classes have brought me more than just fitness, they’ve brought me friendships too. Matt a fantastic trainer, no two sessions are the same, every session pushes you to do your best to improve your fitness, try new things and more often than not there is laughter involved. I’d be lost without these classes now!

    Great workouts including varied kit all supplied by Matt. He is super friendly and helpful, offering different levels of intensity for each exercise, giving people options. Lovely group of fun people and I really enjoy going.

    Absolutely love my Thursday morning Boxercise session with Matt & gang. Not only do I feel my fitness improve week on week (Matt is v friendly & kind, but knows how to make you push yourself!) but I leave the class on such a high. Fitness therapy ;)

    Matt is a fantastic trainer and always offers alternatives and heaps of variety. The members are also really friendly and welcoming so if you want varied workouts with friendly people I’d really recommend it. I’ve even continued going to Chislehurst Fitness after moving out of the area :)

    Matt is an incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging coach who runs a fun and friendly group. The workouts are diverse and engaging which can be adapted for all fitness levels and really do help you to get fit and healthy.
