I’ve had a few experiences of people working in this shop being rude to customers, but most recently the man at the counter was extremely rude to a girl in front of me in the queue whose card was declined, telling her loudly “you haven’t got enough money, love!” so that everyone else in the queue could hear it. A little bit of courtesy wouldn’t hurt.

I was shock when I went into this shop today because I went in for a coke and 2 bars of twirl chocolate bar. Ot was fine going in there but the customer service at 4.35 today was rubbish I think the man on the till need more training on how to speak to customer nicely I don't normally come in this shop I just falt i would come in for a change because basically I went to give the man on the till my stuff I gave it to him one by one what I wanted and then he scanned the stuff and bang it on the canter. Then wheb i kindly ask him if my payment went through he just done a funny faces and talking with making a sound i think he is rude and need more training and the time I got to the bus stop and drink was flat

Disrespectful and lazy staff. Generally avoid if using this for Evri Parcelshop. Staff woefully untrained. The man refused to look for my parcel, claimed it wasn’t there - chucked his phone at me and said look for yourself. When he eventually did go look, he chucked it over at me.

Very rude man they don't deserve a star poor service i won't be going there

Standard Londis convenience store. They take parcels for a variety of couriers, which is bey helpful.

Supposed to open at 6 at sundays but the shopkeeper is always more than an hour late

If you want to make an return to evri, do not use this shop. For 3 weeks that the shop owner has claimed that the machine is broken, and was told that it should be fixed today. However not, was told there are another 1 week. Not sure if the owner is lying just felt he is not completely being honest.

Extremely rude guy behind the counter. When I couldn't hear what he was saying because of the perspex screen he shouted at me. If you're there to drop off a parcel - you're treated as second class and have to wait for everyone else to be served. This is not the case in other Evri drop offs that I've used.

This place has an EVRI parcelshop. Very convenient, drop your parcels off as you go shopping.

Customer service nonexistent. Staff rude and indifferent to customers. Avoid like plague
