absolutly lovely!!! all the staff were so nice and relaxed. I get a bit anxious when I have a scan and it was so calm that I could actually enjoy watching my baby. The 4D scan is magical and my partner treated me to a teddy bear with our babies heart beat inside it. I could listen to it all day.

Took our mums, for our gender scan. So many photos to choose from after, really took time with the scan didn’t feel rushed at all. Was such a lovely experience, will deffo be coming back. Can’t wait to find out the gender of our baby next week. ❤️

We had a 4D scan at the weekend at 28 weeks and it was a lovely experience to see the baby in 4D. However, we made it very clear we did not know the gender and did not want to know the gender but throughout the entire scan the sonographer referred to the baby as “he”. I must admit this ruined the experience for us a bit as we walked away feeling like we have been told the baby’s gender when we stated very clearly we did not want to know.

Lovely experience here with early reassurance and then gender scan. Staff are so friendly and very thorough and professional. Both visits here have been an excellent experience.

My husband and I had a great experience at Hey Baby. The team is so friendly and informative. The whole experience of find the baby’s gender was great and so much better than my experience with the NHS. If I have another baby will 100% find the gender with them again.

I had a well-being and gender reveal scan at the Sutton branch and it was just perfect. All the staff were really lovely and answered all the questions I had. They were friendly and took their time and extremely personable. I would highly recommend using them and they are reasonably priced!

I’m very please with the service I’ve receive. I’ve called for an emergency appointment and they offered me same day appointment, amazing customer service and the lady performing the scan was very professional and she checked everything with care. I highly recommend this place and they services

The receptionist and Sonographer Ivy are both lovely, beautiful clear scan pictures and video clip of our scan. Excellent value for money. The clinic is pristine and welcoming with wonderful products too. Really pleased.

We have been here for several scans, each time all the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The Sonographers are very informative and spend time explaining everything to you and letting you look at the baby. I can't recommend this place enough if you are looking for a scan. Will definitely return for future pregnancies!

The most warm and kind welcome to the clinic. Made to feel very calm and relaxed once inside the scanning room. We had lots of questions and the sonographer was really helpful with us. She let us take photos of our experience inside and the receptionist was also so lovely.

Myself and my partner went attended Hey Baby 4D for an early viability scan and we were so pleased with our experience. We had previously been to another baby scanning clinic and in comparison Hey Baby Sutton is much better value for money. The scan is less rushed, the staff are very attentive and professional. Top service 😊

The ladies on reception kerry was so kind, the lady Alison that scans its absolutely incredible. I couldn't of wished for a better experience. extremely thorough and makes you feel so at peace. After having the Wandsworth branch cancel on me within 1 hour of my appointment. This amazing branch was able to fit me in within 2 hours. The customer service was amazing and after explaining to the sonography team that I had 8 miscarriages and needed a wellbeing check. She took her time to check absolutely everything for me. Gave me the best advice and made me feel I’ll be able to make it to the end of this pregnancy and have a healthy baby GIRL! Yes she even found the gender for me. I would recommend this place a million times over.

Would 100% recommend, we went to them for our early reassurance scan, gender scan and VIP 4d well being scan. The team at Hey Baby went above and beyond to make sure i got some good 4d photos of my baby, always felt welcome there. Thank you again to all the team

Just had a 14 week reassurance scan and so glad we had it at Hey Baby. From arriving, throughout the scan and on leaving, they were so friendly, professional and kind. The sonographer clearly knew what she was doing and was fabulous at answering all our questions and pointing out anything we might find interesting. We’ll definitely go back.

I went for early reassurance scan today for the first time. They are professional and gave all positive energy with their smiles. It was relaxing and positive experience, we could see yolk sac and heartbeat at 6th week. Definitely, I will go again throughout pregnancy!!!

Very good customer service from receptionist, managed to fit me in regardless of being late for my appointment. Sonographer was very caring, professional and explained all the steps in what she was doing and what was shown on the screen of the baby scan and was very gentle and kind. I would definitely visit them in future again.

We went to Hey Baby 4D Sutton for Wellbeing & VIP 4D Wellbeing Scan, the receptionist is really helpful and warm welcome us. The place is nice atmosphere and relax. Thanks to the sonographer she went above and beyond as our baby wasn't post for clear picture. The sonographer was so calm and patient to us. She encouraged me and my husband to make sure we relaxed and by her advice we finally got clear videos and pictures of our baby. They provided link of videos and photos promptly and we could download and share with our family members. Really recommend this place for parents 😊
