I’ve visited Streets a few times for cleaning and resizing of rings, they always give great advice and have been really helpful. Streets customer service and workmanship is excellent.

My husband and I have not been able to wear our wedding rings for a long time as we were so young when we married and we have changed ring sizes over the last 26 years. We took the rings to be resized and our experience was wonderful from the moment we stepped into the shop. Both rings have been resized so well that you would not be able to know. Paul repaired my mum’s engagement ring, set a new diamond in it and remoulded the very worn band. It looks absolutely fabulous. I can wear it with pride now and my late mum would be delighted. Paul is always so helpful and courteous, a wonderful establishment with beautiful unique pieces of jewellery, I highly recommend it.

Generous and helpful. I took in a disabled friend to have two of her rings made smaller. They could not have been more helpful... as I had promised her. They gave her a chair, they opened the door. They mended her rings in record time... the rings were perfect afterwards. They give a professional service and very fair prices. I had a wonderful experience with Nichols in September 2022. We needed a wedding ring urgently and they created one which fit my finger perfectly in a very short time frame (a few days!). We are SO grateful!

Today I popped into the Jewellers to see if they could straighten my wedding ring, which I damaged quite a few months back. I had never taken my wedding ring off since the day I got married. And seeing my husband passed away 16 years ago I was very reluctant to take it off. The man I spoke to in the shop was very nice and asked if I could take it off, so he could take a look at it. He took it out the back and only after a few minutes, he came back and the ring looked like it did the day my husband put the ring on my finger. As I put it back on, my eyes filled with tears. The ring was sparkling and fitted on my finger properly once again. He wouldn't take anything for doing it. He said it's a goodwill gesture.
