    I discovered Annie when I was having chemo and at zero but needed to do something . I started with beginners Pilates . Annie and her team are kind and supportive and push you slightly further than you think you can go and give corrections to technique. I then joined the fitness classes , strong, bootcamp and sport yoga. Classes are challenging , varied and there is the right blend of tough love and encouragement and I’m definitely stronger.

    Training online with Annie is brill! It's great to see people from all over the country joining in with the sessions. Annie is so encouraging and if you have any issues she tailors the exercises to suit you. She has just the right balance of serious coaching tips, to make sure you are performing the exercises correctly, humour to make the sessions fun, and motivation to keep you going! There is also a mix of strength training, aerobic and yoga - a well rounded exercise regime. I would highly recommend joining in. Good value too :)

    I have been attending Annie's classes for over 4 years now. I have never really stuck at anything for longer than 6 months so when I found Annie's classes I was so happy. I have been attending religiously each week and my body shape has changed to a shape I am happy with for an older female. I also signed up to her blast programme which has changed the way I eat which you can sustain long term. Annie is very motivating and knowledgeable and every class is different. I would not hesitate in recommending Annie Deadman Training.

    I have trained with Annie Deadman Training for over 10 years, both for Pilates and latterly the fitness classes. Over the years I have had a variety of trainers at other venues and gyms) but by far Annie is the best. She is passionate about you achieving your potential, the service she provides is personal, pertinent and achievable. Her training style is fantastic, the coaching points relatable and she genuinely cares about you and your goals. Can’t recommend highly enough

    I love Annie's classes. They are the first fitness classes I have ever stuck with. Every class is varied and challenging and Annie encourages every fitness class member to get the most out of every exercise with technique coaching and motivation. Annie's classes are the best in the area.

    My alarm failed this morning so I was upset to have missed Annie’s 6:15 Friday HIIT session. Let me repeat that. I WAS UPSET not to be woken up at 5:45 am. And it’s now lunchtime and I’m still annoyed because I’m not spending my Friday in the glorious glow of sweat-induced contentment that I’ve come - to my own enormous surprise - to know and love. (And yes I could have squashed in a shorter YouTube video but Annie in person is so much more fun).

    Annie's classes are excellent for everyone and anyone! Whether you're new to exercise or already fairly fit, I promise you will be sweating after! I personally did not like the idea of online workouts as I have always loved the gym but I have never worked harder than during her lockdown sessions. The trainers are great and offer great encouragement as well as correcting technique. I would highly recommend ADT training and am so thankful for being a member during lockdown! I have also done her in person classes pre-lockdown and these are also fantastic.

    I have been a devotee of Annie’s classes for well over 10 years! The timings are perfect for me and mean I can do a class before going to work. The level of challenge is great. Annie is brilliant at ensuring you always get the best out of a workout even on those days when you are feeling a bit reluctant! BRILLIANT.

    I have been attending Annie's classes since 2019 and I do a combination of zoom & in-person classes. Not only have I got stronger and fitter, I have learnt so much about food and nutrition including what adjustments I need to to be thinking about to live a fully balanced and healthy life. The classes are tough and Annie expects 100% commitment from us, and that's because she genuinely cares!
