    I have been coming to The Fitting Rooms for 4 months now. The progress I have made has been beyond anything I could have hoped for and I couldn’t be happier. Physically I’m leaner - I have lost 15kg and brought my body fat percentage right down - but also mentally I’m feeling better too. The shared PT sessions are something I look forward to and give me much needed structure to my week. I am no longer nervous about lifting weights or going to the gym. Everyone here is down to earth, and willing to help you reach your goals, and the monthly nutrition/ progress check-ins keep you on track and focused. It has given me huge amounts of confidence back.

    Joining The Fitting Rooms shared personal training classes has been one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. Ahead of my wedding, I wanted to get myself into shape and I now feel the best physically and mentally that I have in a long time. It had been a number of years since I’d done weight training, but through the support of the PTs, I have been seeing real progress in each class and getting stronger, which is very rewarding. I would highly recommend TFR to anyone seeking a results driven training journey as part of a fun, like minded community.

    Going to the Fitting Rooms is the first time I’ve ever really seen results from training in a gym. My routine and eating habits have always been quite random but the training program is really manageable and the also gave some really straightforward suggestions to consistently increase my calorie intake. The sessions are always enjoyable and I feel it allows you to push your limits without risk of injury. Feeling yourself getting stronger each week is addictive and I’m loving it.

    The Fitting Rooms is an excellent gym. They have friendly and skilled trainers that have a great understanding of what would be good for you individually. Small group training has been great for me. I am stronger and fitter than I have been in years.

    Best fitness experience I ever had! Joining the Fitting Rooms has probably been the best decision for my well-being in 2023. I struggled going to the gym, used to feel frustrated and never showed up consistently. Since I joined TFR three months ago, not only I’ve become fitter, but now I enjoy exercising, I’ve educated myself, know what works best for my body and on top of this, met incredible people who have similar goals :) I joined for results and I’ll stay because of the lifestyle 😊

    I did my prenatal strength training with TFR and they are fantastic in designing adaptations for me at different stages in my pregnancy, with PTs that give personalised support and attention in small mixed classes. I felt encouraged at the progress I was making, being able to move my body and feel strong throughout my pregnancy has been amazing!

    I cannot recommend The Fitting Rooms enough. My partner and I have been doing the focus sessions for a couple of months now and the differences are noticed by everyone. But on a personal level it’s a great place to go, I used to be terrified of the gym and especially the weights section, but the team have given me such a new confidence. Truly is the best gym experience I’ve had.

    Really friendly trainers and a fun atmosphere! I joined The Fitting Rooms in April wanting to get stronger but was always a bit intimidated by weight training. After a few months, I feel much stronger and way more comfortable. The PTs we’ve worked with really take the time to give personalised guidance and are all ultra knowledgeable. The feedback and encouragement you get from the trainers is also really helpful. Would definitely recommend joining this gym

    I joined the fitting rooms around 16 months ago and couldn’t recommend the gym highly enough. The trainers are all down to earth and hard working professionals and are truly invested in your progress. Sessions are well thought out with bespoke attention to detail for you as an individual. In summary, I always had fun and saw significant progress whilst training here. 5*

    This is a very good training gym! I was a complete novice when I started so was quite nervous about joining a gym. All of the trainers are very friendly which creates a welcoming and supportive environment. In just a few months I have seen great results, I am feeling healthier and am more confident in my appearance. I would highly recommend The Fitting Rooms to anyone who is looking to begin their fitness journey!

    I joined TFR in April 2022 hoping to be back in shape after several years of inactivity. I ended up progressively adopting a new lifestyle with dramatic impacts going way beyond my expectations! TFR is properly equipped and lively (without being overcrowded). Though TFR’s true differentiating angle is the density of its PTs – special mention to Kris and Dave who have been particularly pushing me but you can safely go for any of them. The investment (both time and money) might be impressive at the beginning though give it a go and you will likely never look back!

    I joined the fitting rooms for 3 months (Group PT) to build my fitness back up after a lull. I had never tried weight training before, but now I will definitely keep it up! All the staff are friendly and make the movements easy to understand. The routines are well planned out and allow you to progress week by week. I also really enjoyed seeing the same people in the weekly Group PT sessions, where we could motivate each other. Even after I had used up all my sessions, Dave sent me my programme so that I could continue to do the routines at home and keep building my fitness. Would recommend to anyone!

    I joined TFR in January 2023 and I have to say it's been my favourite gym experience - BY FAR! I moved jobs in Dec/Jan, so I lost membership to a corporate gym in the City. I found this gym near my new office and I am super impressed. I was originally interested in one-to-one sessions, but Yasmin suggested their 'Shared PT' format (which works out cheaper for me and is very flexibile). I am loving it - the structure of the programmes is easy to follow, you can track real progress and the community of trainers and clients is lovely. There's also none of that 'peacocking' you sometimes see at commercial gyms. It's a gem!

    Great place to train, the team are very friendly and the service they offer is fantastic. When I joined I wouldn’t have described myself as someone who enjoys going to the gym, but the team at The Fitting Rooms made it so enjoyable that now I’d never want to skip a session. After a few months of attending their shared PT sessions and following their nutrition advice I was very impressed with the results!

    I have been training with TFR for about 3 months so far and am so satisfied with everything! All trainers are very attentive and professional, Yasmin has been my main contact point whenever I had to speak with someone for training programmes or rescheduling, and she's been so helpful and kind. Honestly, I can't find anything to complain about. I am so happy that I started enjoying exercise & weight training again after a long break during Covid. Now I feel stronger physically and mentally. TFR is my life saver! ❤️

    Earlier this year, I completed an internship with The Fitting Rooms. From the second I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed by Dave, Steve, Yas and all of the other coaches! I learned so much from my time with The Fitting Rooms, things that will stick with me in my career as a coach for life. The high standard of professionalism set by all of the coaches is amazing, treating every member like family and always creating a positive environment. Every coach offers something unique and I learned so much off of each one. Although I was only there for a short period, the progression I saw among the clients was incredible, which is a credit to how good the coaches are at their jobs! There was never a dull moment around the gym. Overall it was an incredible experience and I couldn't recommend these guys enough!

    I joined TFR when I was a little over six months pregnant. I was keen to build up some upper body strength in preparation for the big arrival. Yasmin was splendid. Being a mother herself and certified to design prenatal training plans, I felt completely comfortable. I liked the training at TFR so much that I went back as soon as I could. The team is so nice. I have brought the baby by more than once to make sure they all get to meet the little one.

    I joined The Fitting Rooms to get back into training after lockdowns and found the group PT sessions an easy way to get back into a routine. The PTs are really friendly and knowledgeable, the app is easy to use and the sessions are always varied and challenging. My strength and fitness continue to improve, which is really motivating!

    ‘After three years of training at the Fitting Rooms I am stronger, fitter and more flexible. I expect that is also true everyone who trains there. But, as I am now 75, this matters a bit more for me than for most people using the gym. What has really impressed me has been the well-tailored design of the programmes that has built my confidence as well as my ability. I now plan my schedule to fit my training not my training to fit my schedule.’

    I never wanted to join a gym. However, as I turned 55, I knew there was compelling evidence that I’d benefit from strength training. My challenge was to find a gym where they could work round my old creaky joints and I wouldn’t feel hopelessly out of place. The great news is that I found The Fitting Rooms. All the PTs are a joy to spend time with and somehow manage to strike the perfect balance of support and challenge. I joined the gym hoping to get stronger. What I didn’t expect was to laugh so much along the way.

    I was struggling to find an effective and sustainable approach to fitness until I came across The Fitting Rooms. Shared PT has been absolutely brilliant for me. I love that you get coaching on form and progression from fantastic trainers, challenging routines that change every month, and a flexible timetable so you can always fit it in around your schedule. Since joining merely 4 months ago, I have lost weight while increasing muscle, and gained a huge amount of confidence.
