So welcoming, traditional food and very tasty. The place felt like a warm hug and the people running it were so accommodating. We had a theatre show and an hour to eat and were so impressed with the quality and service. Will definitely come again

We came in for lunch and enjoyed the Buna Special for 2 people. It was very flavorful and delicious! There are plenty of vegetarian and meat options available.

My friend and I split the vegetarian platter for 2 (22 pounds total or 11 pounds per person) and was so full after we finished. It was my friends first time trying Ethiopian food and she loved it. It was delicious and I highlyyyy recommend this restaurant. Great food and great people.

Went for the first time today and could hear other customers raving about the ‘plate’ combo which was injera with a mix of various toppings. This was so delicious and I love how it leaves you feeling so well! Most food is naturally vegan and gluten free which was great as my friend is a strict vegan 💚 brilliant friendly service too- thank you!

Really welcoming venue serving a wonderful menu of gluten free Ethiopian dishes all served with teff injera. Our waitress showed us how to tear the injera and use it to pick up the food on our tasty sharing platter. Beautifully medium spiced.

Diet: Halal & gluten-free Order: Special platter for 2/3 people - can easily eat for 3. Kifto is gluten free. Provided extra kifto when they noticed we had finished it with much more of the food left. Food was delicious, will definitely come again! There's a few Ethiopian places in the area, I know you've seen them if you're looking for good Ethiopian food. I was like you! I picked this one and have 0 regrets and cannot wait to return. See the beautiful bounciness of this injera? Need I say more? The sweet chatty owner walked around with steaming hot Ethiopian coffee beans at one point, letting us smell the incredible aroma. 10/10

Lovely little restaurant with service with a smile. Never had Ethiopian food so decided to go with recommendation from them . Food was OK but all very soft, more or less tasting the same , not very spicy with herbs , lack seasonning etc.. a bit of a disappointment but nice to try .

Very good Ethiopian at a very reasonable price. It's £32 for the sharing multi platter for 2 very hungry, or 3 sort of hungry people. The Ethiopian honey wine is definitely worth a try, it tastes a bit like sweet apricot juice, quite nice, £5 for a large glass. It's on the way from Highbury & Islington to Emirates, went there before a cup match midweek and couldn't believe how empty it was. This place is a little gem. If you've never tried Ethiopian, it's a bit like Indian, but it's all plopped in little piles on a big plate in the middle to share.

The Buna platter was delicious and I would recommend it 100%. It was a combination of meat and vegetable dishes combined with their local bread. The atmosphere was nice and I loved the decor! Our service was excellent, speedy, and the waitress was very friendly. The price was absolutely reasonable for a 2-3 person meal too.

The food was so delicious,staff so friendly especially Hana , I really recommend it .
