An acquaintance from Luton invited me to this place about 5 years ago. Nice decor, nice drinks and a lot of fine looking woman. However, the venue is small. If you are claustrophobic (thankfully I'm not), this will not be for you. I visited twice since my first invite- 2019 and I popped in 2022 (Saturday 19 February) with a lady "friend". ***To cut a long story short*** We missed our free entry tickets by 30min and the slavic/ eastern european lady at the payment desk was bolshy, snappy and her attitude with the look on her face was foul (I presume it's all that plastic, botox, fillers and fake 'ish that didn't help)....she wanted us to pay £20 to get into the venue. We said thanks but no thanks and left with our self-respect and dignity intact. TUNNEL: if you want good clientele, get your staff to "level up" and treat the customer's with respect. Without us, you have no business in running an establishment....

The security of the club is not to a good standard at all. There will not make good decisions and keep drunken and abusive attendees with out properly analysing it.. Someone threatened to kick me then that person told security that there know me. That’s why there didn’t kick him out. That doesn’t make any sense. It shows that there think abusive behaviour is normal towards women and If there allowing someone that has lied saying there know me after threatening to hurt me and another female staff member. Shows there do not care about women. Never going again plus the place is small

I was waiting and the security said they gonna check if its ok to let me enter. 5 mins later the manager and told me that i have to be 25 to enter. Never heard such lie. Maybe it was because im white or whatever. Unlucky. I would like to finish my london visit with a nice evening in a nightclub...

No door on the one cubicle inside the mens toilets. Not allowed to use womens, even with a toilet attendant monitoring and several members of staff around. Big song and dance to get them to open the disabled toilet. Allocated a table and agreed to buy a bottle of vodka… only to be told they don’t have ANY 70cl bottles left and the ONLY option is to buy a litre for £50 more. Decided against and then we were kicked off the table. If you want afrobeats go to a Faded event instead (faded at Joiner on Worship). Their toilets have doors and their menu actually reflects what they have behind the bar.

DO NOT GO. Worst experience ever. Very rude manager that didn’t let some of my friends in due to ‘not looking like they fit in’ (of a white origin) or a no trainers policy which wasn’t stated on the event. Lots of people with trainers were being let in so it was very selective who they wanted. Eventually let them in after a battle. Did the same to loads of other groups. Very selective in the ‘type of person’ they want (good looking people only apparently). Drinks were £15 for a single and the place is very small.

DO NOT GO. My friend and I ended up getting kick out for 'apparently being too drunk and occupying someone's table'. This statement was completely false since no one mentioned anything about the table except the security guards themselves when they were kicking us out. In addition, in terms of being drunk, we didn't do anything that would indicate we were heavily intoxicated or disruptive. I feel like us being kicked out was a racially targeted move with absolutely no sufficient reason why. I would like a formal apology with a clear reason why we were picked out of the group of people to be kicked out, as well as a refund for the amount of money I spent that this establishment. This place deserves less than 1 star. Update - One of the managers responded to my email and mentioned I quote - "Blocked staff from entrance way and opened the door and went behind the bar". This is the biggest lie I've ever heard. So not only are their business practices involves scamming people but they also make up lies.

Lamest nights are always at this place, bar staff rude as hell, manager literally threw our stuff on the floor to make space for some girls (bare in mind the club was empty, 15 people tops) no table was booked, we left because of how boring it was! 1 shot of tequila 10£ 😂😂😂😂 I ran my friends!🏃‍♀️

I went months ago to this club with my friends and everyone was really nice , from the manager to the bodyguards !! Just the only things the table is overpriced for the drink you have . And isn’t that private . But expect that , was all good ! Thanks

Place is always great. However the lady in the women’s toilet ruined the experience for me, she was very rude and unhelpful for absolutely no reason. Horrible woman.

Have been here once before on what was a decent night out. Came back last night around 11:45 on a Saturday night and the place was empty. I counted six people aside from me and my girlfriends. DJ was not on yet, playlist was turned on and off and there were two guys doing minor construction by the looks of it. Vibe was all the way off so we decided to go get a drink somewhere else for the time being. Manager/owner (?) came running up behind us asking why we thought it would be okay to leave. He accused us of “abusing the free tickets” we had gotten (which, mind you, don’t have a time limit) and suddenly became incredibly off-putting and rude in front of two incoming customers who were about to pay full entry. Will *not* step back into this establishment, horrendous treatment.
