A great service all round. Both Dr Mehra and the receptionist on duty were incredibly helpful. The time allocated for the consultation was more than adequate, with the appointment starting on time. A real bonus to have an inhouse dispensary. Highly recommended.

Same day appointment. Dr Mehra was very professional and interested in solving my issues. I had blood tests done, I was guided into which ones were best suited to my needs. The procedure was fast and efficient. I got most of the test results emailed to me the next day. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic practice. The efficiency and warmth greets you the moment you walk in the door. The reception team is wonderful and considerate. And Dr. Mehra has an exceptional bedside manner to match his expertise! He diagnosed and treated my son's very painful ear infection so swiftly and with such compassion and kindness. What an absolutely lovely and excellent doctor.

Required same day COVID PCR to travel to China, really simple booking online (I rescheduled multiple times with ease) sample taken at 10AM, location was very clean and super easy fast and welcoming, had email updates all day and the result certification at 6PM, could not be happier

I’ve used DocTap twice and found them to be very convenient, helpful, and knowledgeable. With my NHS GP if I don’t make a booking first thing in the morning, on a weekday, I can’t get in. With DocTap I can get a booking within a couple hours even over the weekend, go in and get good advice, and walk out with a prescription. My most recent visit they had the necessary antibiotics in stock there saving me a trip to the pharmacy. Lastly, they put detailed notes from my appointment onto my account which I can view and automatically share with my GP if I choose to. Overall I doubt I’ll go to my NHS GP for issues in the future whenever DocTap is an option.

Visiting from Australia and needed to see a doctor. My brother would lives in London recommended Doctap. I went online and within minutes I had an appointment for the same day and only and hour a abit later. My appointment was easy and I had a very knowledgable doctor who helped me straight away. Can’t recommend this clinic more.

Me and my Family have been using Doc Tap (Hammersmith) for the last 2 years and i'm very happy with the service. I brought my son here for a GP appointment with Dr Hawche the other day. I would highly recommend using DocTap if you want to be seen quickly without any hassle. The room is clean and spacious. Dr Hawche was a lovely doctor and was able to provide us the medicine we needed as they had it in stock, so we didn't need to go to a pharmacy either.
