Jewelry
is
okay
but
the
staff
need
a
lesson
on
customer
service
and
CUSTOMER
STATUTORY
RIGHTS.
The
workers
and
manager
are
incompetent
when
it
comes
to
following
the
LAW
and
providing
an
exchange
or
refund
when
NECESSARY.
I
had
brand
new
jewelry
set
never
out
of
the
packet
which
I
had
bought
recently
and
wanted
to
exchange
for
a
different
color
but
for
some
reason
this
special
shop
think
they
can
make
their
own
rules
instead
of
following
the
law
and
allowing
me
to
exercise
my
customer
rights!
I
even
had
the
website
no
my
phone
out
showing
that
I
should
be
allowed
to
exchange
the
brand
new
set
but
the
manager
just
told
me
that
they
don't
accept
exchanges
and
it's
even
written
on
the
receipt??!
Such
a
shame
as
I
was
planning
on
bringing
my
family
there
to
purchase
jewelry
for
an
upcoming
function.
I
will
be
taking
my
money
elsewhere
where
the
staff
have
more
sense!
