I
recently
held
a
day
retreat
here
and
it
was
a
magical
experience
-
both
for
me
as
a
facilitator
and
our
community
who
joined
us
earlier
this
month.
This
space
is
abundant
with
everything
you
need
from
yoga
mats,
blankets,
bolsters,
tables,
chairs
to
herbal
teas.
The
space
is
spacious
and
filled
with
plenty
of
light.
The
access
to
the
kitchen,
cutlery
and
sinks
was
really
supportive
as
I
provided
snacks.
Having
the
ability
to
adjust
the
lighting
aligned
with
the
rhythm
of
the
retreat
was
so
special.
The
sound
system
was
really
great
too
-
I
was
able
to
connect
to
my
playlist
without
any
problems,
and
the
quality
of
sound
was
amazing.
It
really
set
the
vibe
in
the
space.
The
energy
in
the
space
is
warm,
welcoming,
peaceful
and
pure.
The
attention
to
detail
of
the
decor
and
plants
is
a
reflection
of
the
care
Liza
and
her
team
have
for
the
space.
I
felt
the
love,
respect
and
gratitude
from
the
moment
I
visited
the
space,
and
knew
my
retreat
needed
to
be
held
in
this
nourishing
space.
Liza
and
David
were
a
pleasure
to
work
with.
From
booking
the
slot
to
arrival
on
the
day,
they
were
supportive
throughout
the
whole
process
-
very
approachable,
efficient
and
kind
in
their
responses.
I
am
so
happy
I
discovered
this
hidden
gem,
and
I
cannot
wait
to
hold
space
here
again.
