As a delivery rider, I had the worst experience in my life in that place. Overcrowded, drunk teenagers fighting in and out, a few of them tried to steal my delivery bag while I was waiting to give the delivery order code to the staff (I waited for 40 minutes for it there) others tried to steal my bicycle from the outside, even if I was with a friend who was guarding it, they had a fight there too... Chaotic fast food, TOILETS WERE CLOSED, poor efficiency from the staff that was behind the counter, bad management by letting kids to drink alcohol in there and doing everything they want (fighting, stealing, girls were some of them drunk as well and were not wearing a recommended type of clothing) Wont get there anymore

It's great place at cold night has nowhere to go,grabbing cheap warm foods.but look what happened at late night,no crew to clean the tables and the floor...

Delivered the completely wrong items, no fault of the driver as the receipt on the bag stated the correct items. Whoever packaged the food is incompetent

Another great Macdonald's! Menu keeps evolving to meet every budget and the range of products means there is something for everyone at any time of day! I personally love the great value coffee (gives pricier merchants a run for their money any time!) and McFlurries, which I somehow manage to add to all my orders! The points scheme is also fabulous and those points quickly add up to genuine freebies from the menu - but please add the option to buy a larger McFlurry with points 🙏

Small location with a few seats to sit in. Could have been cleaner but was very busy with delivery drivers so don't think staff had time to clean tables.

Young man was polite and tried to help, but his female co worker and the duty manager Anndrea were totally rude about the fact my large strawberry lemonade was not filled up to the top of the cup and there was hardly any strawberry added. No apologies from the manager or an offer of a top up. I've never had a large strawberry Lemonade handed to me like this before from other restaurants. Very disappointed to say the least. Attached photo is drink before it was even drunk.

Ordered two burgers, 20 nuggets and some fries, got home and both burgers were missing. Absolutely scammed by mcdonalds! They even made me recite my order back to them before i got it as the printer wasnt working so they knew i was meant to have two burgers in my order

Waited for an ice-cream for over 12 minutes terrible service and attitude and the manager is horrible will never go there again maybe hire someone who actually speaks and understands English

I came back here to change my review and rating, because, unlike my 0-star experience from two years ago, this time the shop presented itself in a much better light. Despite that it was busy, staff were friendly, and when I ordered my customised food, it came exactly as I Ordered it at the kiosk, well done for the improvement!

The food was just as tasty and enjoyable as in Australia. I ordered ketchup to go with my McKrispy, it didn't show up. Maybe they ran out?

I love the service done by amazing staff and managers on shift in the breakfast time. Please make sure your managers are polite to customers as well as employees whereas I seem really rude floor manager named MODUPE to both whereas I want to order today even yesterday as well.

The order machines were not easy to use cause they were in a different language and i could not order any food. I had to go to the counter and i lovely lady helped me with the order.

Not busy, but toilets locked and was told to use the disabled toilet.peopl queuing, very inconvenient. Do NOT recommend. Food average.

I went in late in the evening and the staff were rude. They made a mistake with my order and I only noticed over half way through, including a part that ought not be included (same exclusion in another burger not fulfilled) I didn't noticed towards the end of the burger which they commented on which is fair enough but they literally knocked my burger off the counter after not noticing. Make a mess of the floor and leaving me insulted.

Gharge me 10p for medium cup of water after I just brought a chicken rap manager very rude both of them this was just tap water

Food was cold, management was non-responsive and did not take responsibility for their mistakes. Food was cold by the time it got to me. Would not recommend.
